HORRIBLE!!!!! I went to obtain a form at the Al Siddique branch, thinking it would be a simple and quick task. During my 40+ min waited four customers were served by the teller. During the wait, two women tellers were engaged in conversation and NEVER bothered to acknowledge or assist any customers. There were three customer service advisors with only one occationally assisting customers. It seems that the only FAB employees assisting customers were one teller and the security guard. There is no excuse for this, as it was 2 hours before the next prayer time. Lastly, when leaving the bank, there were about 10 FAB employees outside in the smoking area. This kind of service is disrespectful of customers time, but mostly just poor business practice.

FAB or previously FGB has the worst collections department when comparing with other banks. Totally unprofessional staff who lack even basic training how to talk or treat customers. Will go to any lengths and any cost to harass customers in order to recover their money.

Worst bank in my life. I called customer center of FAB. And I visited collection department according to the advice from them. But, collection department didnt help me at all.They were very very arrogant. It was worst experience in my life. Unfortunately, they were not professional and trained at all. And they didnt know what was customer service. I dont recommend FAB at all. I shared this experience with my friends and family.

Hi its very bad experience as I have close my cards and account with settlement in 2018 but still its not closed and now coming up with over and ac overdraft since 2018 and burst my aecb report due to that no body wanna help always putting on others to do the needful....very bad service

Stay away from this bank at all cost, unprofessional, no respect and absolutely no customer service at all. If was able to leave no stars trust me I would. By far the worst bank in the UAE.

The worst service ever, ignorance and carelessness from all the employees. NO EXCEPTION ALL EMPLOYEES are really unprofessional and could not care less toward their duties. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!

The worst service is providing by this Bank. I have settled my credit cards 1 year ago but still not settled in the AECB. I have visited the Collection department for Clearance letter but still they need another 1 month time to provide the clearance letter. However tried calling several times through call center & colection dept throigh phone & E-mail but nobody is responding. The worst Bank with the poor service provided by staff.

Very bad experience with such bank, collection team are very unprofessional, i never heard positive feedback about this bank till i discovered by my self how FAB is the worst bank in UAE i highly request central bank to look at this high numbers of complaints. Never deal with FAB

The customer service is useless. I have settled my liability but the amount was not adjusted to my credit card statement. I was not able to reach the contact center and nobody responded back to my emails.

Hai everybody,Today i have a verry bad experience from the collection departments contact #04 - 6075117, to my wifes mobile no verry disrespectful and with an inhuman nature.I request and suggest any body who is seeing this review never take any banking business with FAB.Any collection departments contact heads are seeing this review pls check the call records from this no done today 21/12/2019.I am giving one star because I cannot post this comment.I am sure this will be taken to consideration and the bank should take strict disciplinary action against such employees who dont know the customer service values.RegardsBinukumar.

My account has been locked and I do not have any information about it.after I reach out to the brunch as per them, it is blocked because of final payment from previous company, however I have joined new company and 2 time salary was credited, till now the account not de-blocked.I really upset with service that you provided.
