Very bad bank and bad customer serviceI purchased a product online in February 2019 and after deducting the amount, I contacted the bank to cancel the transaction because I did not receive anything and after months of calls and emails, I did not get anything back. I spent about the same amount of calls to their customer serviceYesterday I was booking an airline ticket to travel and after withdrawing the amount I received a message and an email to cancel the reservation. I contacted the bank minutes after the amount was withdrawn to cancel the transaction. No one helped me recover the amount.I visited Al-Raqqa Street branch, the answer was simple: You used the card and you have to bear it. They simply help people deceiveKnowing that all other banks help their clients to retrieve any amount easily and do not transfer money except after making sure that the transaction is completed by sending a notification of receipt or the like.Now the same scenario is being repeated with me last yearI do not advise anyone to use this banks cards for any transactions

There is absolutely no help from employees to management ... a delay in months in completing transactions with never ending them completely ... the experience of dealing I will never repeat
