I was open account last both very easy steps, and deposit some amount. After that; all my pos payments are okay good going, but I can’t withdraw from atm. In app where is the daily limit changing options it is not getting. My suggestion is please update the mobile application to customer friendly.

I had salaried account in this bank last 3 years well maintained.But this bank is does not provide any credit card facility. As I am frequent traveller so need credit card but always face problem just because of them.Other bank ask do u hold any other bank credit card.When my bank is not giving how other will provide
Got coupon and waited for my turn. Teller keep shouting anyone cash online ... I dont know whats that because I dont have acount with this bank and will not ever ... in total I was waiting with another 12 clients which some of them are dealing with customer service not the tellers at all ... in short they have in 8 or 9 clients ahead of me and still waited for 45 minutes .... service very very slow ... tellers are polite ... in other banks I had to wait maximum for 20 minutes with more clients ahead of me in the line.
Theres 🏦 bank everywhere for everyone but not every 🏦 bank is like this easy for everything. Even if you want more.

Very bad service Ive seen, the teller did stamp on my cheque and instead he was along me: did you call the guy! Which it wasnt his business to ask.Ive called and raise a complain about him.
