Staff is super slow, said open until 8pm but there is 2-3 person working in the bank soo there is no use of keeping it open. came morning 10 and still the seats was not occuipied and the working staff also is super slow.

Worst, super slow staff, they good with there cellphone chat, they good with there eating and walking around.. more than a hour waiting for to meet.. at 1:50 they close all counter and kept 1 open.. at least give some respect to customer.. I never seen any of the branch in this way.. very rude staff

Worst service whenever i visited burjuman branch the staff was never cooperative they have always issue with signature with giving cash while the mankhol branch is very nice very cooperative staff. very very disturbing and poor performance even the staff is showing off like they work as the president of any country... really shamefully service.

Convenient location to have a bank. Emirates NBD is a popular choice of local financial institution and they have good customer service. I have no qualms of recommending this bank to any friend. They have ATMs everywhere and its easy to find the closest branch to you. Tip: You can pay bills, Talabat, online shopping online quicker through their online banking.

Received my credit card today and i activated it. After trying to use online it got refused. Called them told me card is blocked! Like really? Thats my first use of the card and for no resson its blocked? It seems >ve made a mistake opening an account with them.

Extremely Hopeless Voice response system have to physically go to the bank each time there is an issue. Also calling of 600 number becomes expensive and takes long even during normal business hours. EVA does not understand, and most of the time she will be having network issue. Customers are looking for solutions not a nice voice who cannot fix issues or EVA cannot pass to a Human to take necessary action. She will drive you in circles.

The service here is not good at all. They do not understand the simple meaning of the word URGENT. I have filed a simple request for a liability letter on the 1st of June 2019. Till date I have not received this simple letter.Despite following up everyday, the customer care simple leave notes against my request. This bank does not value the customer and the urgency of the customer at all.Kindly request this branch to step into the shoes of the customer and understand their situations.

I had a very big issue with online banking, The guy was there (I think his name is Arun or something same) solved very quickly and in a very pleasant manner. I was there almost at the end of their closing time and he managed all the waiting customers without any difficulty.

The old lady working here was quite happy to say people frequented the branch because they love to be here, I have overheard..if u ever want to be here on a Saturday u can take ur token , get back home comeback after a nap or u can come prepared downloading ur favourite series on netflix, u waiting time will be on an average 2 to 3 hours on supposedly the most smartest bank in uae,,

Pathetic service from every staff member. They don’t care about their customers timings or service they provide. It’s more important to take a coffee break and socialise rather than service their customers. Won’t recommend to anybody!

Not customer friendly.. its bank actually ..then i dnt why they guys asking for change to us itself... They are not willing to pay cash for my check saying that they dont have change at all.. and harsh against us..

Horrible experience.the bank is still running on old process.their staff is very rude.Asees their staff for account opening is not helpful and alsi hasnt opened my account even after 15 days.i will take my business to another bank.
