Worst Bank in Dubai. lots of service charges minimum balance charge. Dont have ATM in any malls waist of time to open account in this bank

After applying for my Account Closure, they just took all my money which was in my account as Service Charges. I have never heard of Such Service charge ever in my life. Too bad service and I would never suggest anyone to go with this Bank because I dont want others to loose money like me.

There was an addition of partner in the firm. the bank was requested to update their record but they refused to do so and asked to open a new account. However, the other banks have done the same thing. This is really disappointing . Can you look into the matter.

Good banking and good staff

The ATMs dont work half of the time nor do the staff, constant lines and takes way too much time just to do small transactions, avoid going here if possible

Overall it is good bank.

Online access designed in the 80s using html. All staff from 3rd world countries, im suprised this place is still open, probably barely surviving.

Reduce staff and over load they are frustrated so they right with customers
