Very slow service. I came to close my loan yesterday by 12pm i took a token the time reached 2pm and they closed and said you can go to another branch or come tomorrow morning by 8:00 am.

Went to this branch to get a clearance certificate required by my company. I went to help desk and ask the guy if they could provide me the certificate. He told me go to customer service take priority number i did the same. there were 3 people ahead of me in the queue. I waited for more than 1hour for my turn because out of many counters in customer service desk only one seems to work. When finally my turn came, the guy just told me. sorry we dont provide this certificate here pls go to nad al hamar branch . It was a surprise for such a huge branch not offering the same service with others. Your help desk near the entrance is basically useless. He could have informed me ahead and save my time. I hope you take feedback seriously.

One of the worst banks in customer service in UAE. Not advisable at all. If you want to waste your time, energy and money then go deal with this bank. It is a shame it’s holding the name of “Dubai”. It should be renamed to reflect its horrible services!

Customer service is so poor. And 2 counter works out of 8 . Staff should be polite and helpful rather than making huge queues .we came 11 am and could not finish till 1.20 pm and closing time is 2 pm. Ticket counter staff was so rude .

They are all messed up from call center to bank customer service agent.. request them since 1 month ago to assist me on unblocking bank account..1 month ago nobody gave clear instruction, they just said wait for salary to be received in account which I waited for this month salary..called again call center, was given request number by sms and waited 48 hours still nothing happened.. So I ended up coming in Deira main branch, was instructed to submit salary certificate which I complied, was sent electronically and came back just to be informed again it will reflect in their system 24-48 hours.. everything is very clear if only u instructed ur customer one time ..this time we are facing this epidemic and was expecting all will be sort out through call but nothing.. coming in ur branch, thinking all will be sorted out but just the same, sending people back and forth.. very disappointed from call center who doesn’t give clear instruction to that Asian CSA.

Worst customer care service ever. The people who work in there doesnt even respect the customers. I waited for 3 hours in a que (token) of 09 people. And on my turn i waited half an hour for just updating my Emirates ID with the account. Its so shameful how the company treating valued customers like this.

Im investor and I would honestly say its One of the worst banks I have ever dealed with , so you keep your money in this bank and the let you feel you are grateful to them because they allow you to do so .... this branch manager is so careless as I waited him for more than 45 minutes to complain about unauthorised credit card transaction he was sooo careless , they called me more than 100 times in 2017 in asking for my approval of personal loan they call you in the morning , afternoon and evening anytime they just wanna steal your money , totally disappointed that doesnt help to show Dubai as an awsome financial oasis

The # 1 worst customer service award should be handed to them, then the CEO must be fired for illogical, unreasonable delays either over the phone or being physically at the bank and for hiring incompetent, not upto the basic bank standard employees. Find another bank where you can be treated as a human being or near to it.

An hour and a half we wait for the turn and not for 15 people, meaning more than half an hour after .... any bank is waiting for a two-hour turn. Certainly they have a problem with the organization, and God knows best .... I think the issue must meet the officials in the bank to find a solution to it because it is not normal and outside From the ordinary in the city of Dubai.

The worst customer service, someone answered my call 90% was asleep and God knows and said that he will transfer to customer service, after half an hour of waiting line was cut for no reason, tried to find a number on the website of the son but there is, there is an online conversation but you can not From my answer to any query because of the bad artificial intelligence of the bank, the only solution is to go to the branch to turn and power only in God

I dealt with all the banks in the UAE. I swear by God that it is the worst bank at present. Dubai Islamic Bank. They dealt with the customer before the personal loan is 100 by 100, but after your salary came down to them, their treatment was zero. They told me: Wait after 70 days to take your money, by God, this is what is forbidden.
