First time to stop by this branch, and I just want to reaffirm the previous negative feedback received here on Google from other users. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service, which gives a clear idea about how the bank may treat its employees and mainly prospective customers. Thus, I’m definitely not considering this bank anymore!

We had a terrible experience with this Mall of Emirates branch and this not first time. We came forward to the staff trying to find solution to our problem and mr. Naseem not only didn’t try to help us he ignored us and just walked away while we were still talking. It felt like we were supposed to serve him not opposite. We had to wait and followed him to get any kind of answer.Rude, Ignorant staff. As I understood from previous reviews this is usual way how this branch operates and no single reply from their site...definitely changing bank

Horrible Customer Service ACROSS THE BOARD!No answer by a person to any number provided. No help whatsoever! I regret changing to this bank. This issue has been going on for two months. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service. The atms are great but when you need a physical person- there is no one! Need huge change or you will lose all customers!

Sadly, this branch provides a consistently terrible service. The staff and management are generally rude, unhelpful and disinterested. My experience seems consistent with many other reviewers.

First let’s say that I gave one star cuz google won’t allow me to give minus five. The worst experience ever I had with the customer service they have, applied for a bank account not loan or credit card just only an account for my salary and no feedback yet on that. And the best part is calling twice to follow up on the application left on waiting for 7 minutes to tell me we have a technical issue and we will call you back and of course surprise surprise no one calls. One advice to the bank OWN UP TO YOUR $&@& and stop treating customers as they asking for charity.

Had a horrible experience at MOE branch with an Arabic lady at customer service... I visited the branch at around 12 pm on 14th May. Giving the details so that they can take action if they want to.There is no token system... seriously guys??? Do what is required first rather than remote teller service. The Arabic lady was standing in one of the 2 counters I had to stand in a queue and when my turn came she told me to go to next counter why was she even there in customer service desk if she cannot help??? she was just directing all the customers to him and the poor guy was bombarded with work and this lady is happily taking on phone standing at the counter... When i moved to other counter there was another customer waiting in that line due to which we had an argument between us who should be served first... Totally unnecessary

MASHREQ have so far been the worst ever I have banked with!! I have been claiming a CREDIT SHILED OFFERED AS FREE SERVICE ON MY CREDIT CARD for which they have charged my account with 3,000AED - despite all my efforts & endless phone calls to management who lack training & skills to deal with issues, I am still awaiting for this amount to be reversed soonest. MASHREQ HAS ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS, THEY LIE & STEAL FROM THEM, TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER!!

It was BY FAR THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! Dont ever go in there. Otherwise, youll only regret it. If only I could give 0 stars!Firstly, I must state that I am an Italian citizen but a UAE resident as well. I opened a bank account in this branch last February and got the debit card a few days later.After a week, I came back to Italy where I spend most of my time. I went to a gas station to fill up the tank and handed the card to an employee. Little did I know that my card would be declined and I wouldve had to pay cash that I was luckily carrying in my wallet. No warning and no explanation whatsoever from the bank.I called Mashreq customer support the next morning and demanded an explanation as to why my card was blocked only to find out that no one knew why. Basically, the only explanation they could give me was there is an ongoing investigation (which is completely acceptable) and we dont know when it will be unblocked. So, I asked them if they could transfer me to the concerned department and they said no. Requested a call back and they told me that someone would be in touch within 48 hours, which, needless to say, didnt happen.Then I contacted the bank employee from Mall of The Emirates branch who opened my account and he said that he would check and call me back in a couple of days. Again, he did not. I messaged him on WhatsApp for several days. He would read all my messages and never care to text me back. Then, after a few days of stalking, I managed to get the branch managers telephone number out of him. It goes without saying that the branch manager couldnt give a rats a** either. I called him an infinite amount of times during working hours and, by a lucky fluke, I got an answer. He asked me to give him the account number so that he could check the situation. He said he would call me later and, surprise surprise, he didnt.So, its been almost 2 months now and unfortunately my card is still blocked and I cannot use it even though my salary is being transferred to the account every month (including a bonus). Therefore, the cash flow isnt affected at all.What I want to point out is their horrible customer service, let alone this branch employees who keep ignoring calls and texts from a valuable customer. This is not how a customer should be treated, Nay, this is not how a customer deserves to be treated. A client in need MUST be assisted at all costs. That is the first rule in business.No wonder they have received so many bad reviews over the past two years. A client always appreciates when he feels welcomed.To sum up, dont ever step foot in there, for your own sake. Choose another branch or another bank completely. You WILL regret it 100%.

This place is so disorganized. Staff are not welcoming. There’s no queuing system for the teller. You’re lucky if one the staff is your friend because you will be given a golden ticket to cut the line.

I’ve been a Mashreq customer for 15 years and never been to branch worse than thisVisited them because my supplementary card got expired and needed a new one, even though I’m a gold member I was made to wait because the customer representative was busy checking something useless on his computer (I could see what he was doing so he can’t pretend he was working). He checked and said that I should receive the card in 48 hours. Now 480 hours later, I have no clue where the card is. I had to speak to my relationship manager who says he is checking the situation and will get back to me.No problem, I am currently using the card of a competitor bank and will soon close the credit card of mashreq due to this silly service.If I were a mashreq bank manager, I would track the file as my name is clear and they can see who gave me this service and fire the employee who is going to cause a 15 year gold customer to leave the bank!!!!!By the way, the branch is now closed for renovation but no one bothered updating that on google so I went there yesterday to find that it’s closed. Clear indication of how much they care about their customer’s time.

Closed. Thanks for informing your customers. I went the next day at IBN branch, also closed. I called customer service, the latest branch is in Dragonmart and closes at 4PM....What is going on?? Are you going out of business?? Should your customers withdraw all the money on their account?? Or is it just that you absolutely don’t care because customers, haha, who needs them right?

Understaffed, overcrowded, no queue system, waiting time upto 30 minutes, while waiting the representative will insist to listen to the promo offer. No courtesy towards customer. In fact they bluntly asked how much is your monthly salary?

The staff are very slow you need to wait for around one hour or so it’s usually very crowded and you have to sit and wait for a long time plus they might ask you for a variety of documents that you might not even have along with you.I have been there twice and I had the same experience every time I go there
