I’m very impressed with the assistance provided by customer service at Adib Bank at Al Barsha branch! I was looking to open a new account, but was hesitant to pull the trigger. The worst customer service I have experienced from all ADIB banks is in this branch. All customer representatives from all ADIB branches are normally very professional and friendly. Today I experienced the worst attitude ever given to the client in the branch. The first counter employee is very disgraceful towards his customers. Such employees ruins the reputation and customer service of the bank among all others. I will try to never come back to this branch. As a premium customer I would never want to experience such attitude from bank representatives. If there is a chance to give zero I’d give.

The staff was very bad service mind.They think their self like a government work.There is no service mind at all and even some people don’t know their work.For example, any branch accepted trade license renewal copy, but one of staff said we didn’t do that~^^ Is it not same bank!! Is it ENBD? Am I visit wrong bank?It the end I had to pay delay charge for renewal trade license.I’m sure everybody agree on that ADIB Al Barsha mall branch service is very poor.

Didn’t like that :1- missing information to activate my kids account where my passport should be available as well as my kids !!2- the person who told me this , requested me to go directly to him if I got my passport ( without ticket) where it was with a good will. But turned badly when I arrived and did what was requested me to do , and told me to sit and take a ticket !!!!! In my opinion, this was unprofessional behavior. Either you do what you told me, or don’t promise anything!! It was annoying from the first place not to have the correct information .

Worst bank ever..!!app is not working properly, 10 times you have to do a transaction and it said, sorry we can not proceed you request at the moment please try again. and then all the sudden after 30 failed tries app finally proceed your request. ADIB IT team seriously need to fix these issues, which are unbelievable.

I was very pleasant with the service of Mr. Faisal Al Murisi in Albarsha Branch. After the slow process I experienced with my previous bank in transferring my salary to ADIB, I had a quick and professional response from Mr. Faisal who finished my requirements in a very short time. He provided me with the right information and an easy way out to finish my Auto Finance. Two visits to the branch and I was done with it! He really shows professional manners and care to his customers’ needs and demands. Search for him if you want to have a good customer service. 👍🏼

Absolutely pathetic customer service. The waiting time at the customer service counter are simply unacceptable. 45min to an hour is like a norm for them and the bank staff doesnt seem bothered at all. Too many staff but too little people actually dealing with the customers. The rest seem to be just roaming around sipping coffee. I fail to understand how this bank is surviving

Avoid this branch if you can. I visited the branch 4 times because they keep giving me new requirements They only have 1 customer service rep working and he cannot complete a smal process of increasing a credit card limit.In the night shift, there’s no gold section. So they serve both gold and retail customers together. So even if you arrive 1 hour before a gold member. A gold member will be served before you.

Never since 2012 when I opened the account with this bank I had good experience with them. If your salary is not sky high or if you are not a local you will be served extremely slowly and with a sour face. Never friendly staff, and they make you a favor serving you. And of course, their waiting time in a queue is already so famous. One staff on customer service, 20 people in a queue and he leaves for 15 minutes.40 minutes to order managers cheque, 1,5 hours to get the day after. I was able to solve couple problems only with a help of acquaintances among managers, otherwise there was no way to solve anything.You decided if you want to deal with this bank,

I think it is not this branch issue, its issue with the bank itself. I had waited for near 2 hours and Dubai Mall branch and then they said branch closing time - come tomorrow. So I put a review there and noted that so many had put negative review there for that branch.Today I came at this branch to complete my account closure and am noticing same type of reviews here also. Seems the issue is with work culture rather than this branch or that branch. They move super slow.

I tried to Open a Joint Account in Egypt with my Current Account in UAE. So I went to that Branch more than 3 Months ago and so far the account not open because they dont know what they have done with my application!So I made a Complaint and still nothing happened.I had a call on the same day 7 Jan from a representative from ADIB. I told him about the issue. He asked me what was the name of the staff at the bank you submitted your request so I replied that I don’t remember. So he replied that you cannot remember one name and we have to memorize the 250 customers!When I called the 600 Number twice to report the issue, they asked me same question what is the name of staff in branch. My answer was the same that I don’t remember the name.Why I should remember the name?! That is very strange. On ADIB side you have my name and number so in ADIB Egypt if they have any issue they can send you my details including the Account Number. So you don’t need to remember my name and that was my reply to Ali that you have all my details. You also should have some kind of internal number to follow up with like a reference number for my request.ADIB representative asked me to describe the staff whom I submitted the request in branch so I described him and he said that this is xxx and he will ask him to call me tonight as he is evening shift. No one called. On Thursday I had 4 missed call from a number that could be ADIB but when I call back I am unable to call it as it seems it’s only outgoing calls and no incoming.I had a check with CIB yesterday and they told me the documents required and the Account will be opened same day and the card will come within 5 days.So no need for ADIB Egypt account as this is too much time and waste of time. As mentioned very strange I have to memorize name and describe how people looked like.

Absolute no sense of customer service. For a very small transaction they take more than half and hour and still do not have the correct solution. They seriously need to rethink on how they serve there customers. Employees sitting for customer service are happily chit chatting rather than serving customers. And the best part is they are showcasing that they have been awarded the best Islamic bank for customer service in 2016!!!

1 star for being open till 10pm which is great for customers.2 stars for friendly staff and service.What is not good is waiting 40 minutes to be served when bank is almost empty. 3 cashier tellers available with only 1 operating, hence being made to wait extra long.

Hopeless bank and hopeless staff who works here such a disappointment .We needed a liability letter, went in the morning after they contacted us that its ready , when we reached we were told that it needs signature of another manger that comes in the afternoon . That means waisting our time . I came back in the afternoon as they advised. Their manager called in sick , so the whole bank and customers experience has to suffer because of that .they said come tomorrow , i told them I’m not leaving before I get it. Again waiting my time . They made some calls and informed me come after 3 hours it will be ready and that another manager will come by to sign it . I came after 3 hours , still no paper signed because Mr manager still didn’t show up and has more important stuffTo do then waisting out valuable time .After waiting there and they made some calls,apparently it was possible that someone could sign it in the branch without need of all this hassle but apparently, this bank deserve all the bad reviews mentioned before .

Applied for credit card on 2nd of May. Till today 9th of June didnt get it. Armex contacted with me. I choose the day and time of delivery and then:Dear Customer, your ADIB Bank shipment no is not yet received due to technical issue, kindly Contact ADIB Bank, for assistance please contact +97148706070. aramex.ADIB declining everything blaming on Armex, meanwhile Armex blaming ADIB.Dear Customer, please note that delivery of your Value Plus Covered Card has been delayed. You will receive the card before 10th June 2019. Courier will contact you for card delivery once it is ready. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.Lol before 10th they said.

Terrible experience in albarsha mall. Faizal the representative was not friendly and made us feel like a burden in issuing a managers cheque.I just moved from enbd to adib and would go back in a heartbeat.they violate key central bank regulations and am unsure how they dont get penalised.They informed that they are unaware when their branch managers would be in his office. That to me is a non commitment and wouldnt want to deposit my money

The worst bank service I have received in my life I DO NOT recommend this bank to any of you. I have transferred my money from ADIB to emiratesNBD on 29th Nov 2018, until today 6th Dec 2018 I did not receive the money in my bank account, keep calling the bank for several times but the agent keeps telling me that they have transferred the money to EmiratesNBD and they have no problem. I called EmiratesNBD and was informed that they did not receive my money, now the bank is asking me to provide MT103 and was informed that I have to go to the branch to get from them. This is ridiculous that the bank is not taking any responsibilities and blame others for the service.

ADIB Al Barsha, is the worst experience of my life so far in terms of how they handle their customers.On Saturday, afternoon I went with my wife and 4 yr old son to open a joint account with ADIB at Al Barsha Mall Branch. We were given a token by the security guard and we waited for our turn. When our turn came, the person (Mr Mohammad Al Fardan) who was supposed to assist us started entertaining other customer. It took almost 2 hrs that day with no outcome. At the end ‎we were told that he couldnt update the city, hence, need to be sent to back-office and thereafter will call us to sign and open the joint account. The estimated time given was 10 min to max next day morning. No news till Sunday evening when I went to the bank again and met Mr Ahmed Ibrahim who tried to assist but couldnt. He spoke to Mr Mohammad and he assured to follow up and sort it out next day. Again no news. I visited the bank again Monday evening and met another gentleman Mr Rami who seemed to be doing some sort of favor by listening to my concern. No attitude to help customers. He stated, Im busy and have a lot of work. Today again, I met same person and his unwelcoming attitude continued. Hes not at all suitable at his work place. He stated today that it may take 2-3 days more to solve this issue created by Mr Mohammad. They even dont give you branch managers email when asked. At the end a wrong account was opened and I need to close it. This is because staff there doesnt know what they are doing. All the best!

Zero for:- lack of customer service, lack of empathy, unwillingness to help, bad attitude and lack of product knowledge.We have been actively trying to solve the same problem since 2016 (5 years). We are the ones chasing the bank to find a solutions but the staff at the branch does not know how to help instead gave us bad advice. The worst consultants are at Deira Collections Department. They are so rude, aggressive and combative. They give clients impossible options or no options at all and they do not follow up. I have their names. They practise bad and to an extent illegal banking practises. We are considering going to court now. Bank with ADIB at your own risk!!!
