Very rude front desk customer service. They have their ATM machine and cash deposit machines outside so you can get your things done without taking their help. If you are an expat please get your account and debit card activated before visiting the branch. I strongly advise ADCB to train their front line customer desk to be more courteous and helpful.

Low quality servicesIt seems that ADCB dont care about the level of service!!A group of lazy employees dont help or even guide you!All of them shouldnt work in a bank in the first placeKeep asking each other for every request and at the end they dont know how to solve any problem.They are amateurs!Many bad reviews about this branch and ADCB just dont care!

Loan Service Desk is not Customer friendly at all. No space to sign necessary paperwork, all you have is your knee or few centimeters of desk. Process is the following: come here, take pass from security, wait, speak to personnel, go to teller, wait, come back, wait… Why not to improve quality and make Customers happy? Customer Happiness will facilitate decision to take new loan… #ReducedQualityOfServicesAtIncreasedCost

Extremely unreasonable charges... had to pay over AED 150 for a bank statement !!! Thats 3 pages of A4 sheet print out.. had to take the same from another bank in the vicinity where I have an account too there it was just AED 25.... no I know it depends on the bank how much to charge but 6 TIMES more than competition !!! Will have yo think hard why to continue here....

One of the worst experiances:1- Thursday delivery came late2- home Box delivery and technicians werent able to fix 2 items, they were packing it back when we asked they ignored us until one spoke up and said it is new items we dont know how to fix3- they left the boxes in front of my villa and didnt take them in tje delivery truck4- they insisted to keep a coffee table for them it is a normal big scratch5- we call the customer services on Thursday evenings he promised to fix immediately6- the guys promissed to fix and deliver saturday morning since friday they are off but obviously they didnt7- called customer service from 9 am till last call around 4 pm, each customer service gives u a different answer, they made me wait all day home promising the delivery in charge to call obviously no one called, the last customer service staff mentioned any item returned the delivery will be after 2 days???? So why the first 3 calls i did noone explained this so i dont expect8- ive asked for a manager to reach me but obviously no one has time to call, we had been following up and no one bothered to callVery bad experiance, moving in a new villa unfortunately Home box didnt want to make it a pleasent move.

I had very bad experience and they have unreliable services...they provide services through their application and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt... and when it dosnt work and lose money. they just say we can change your card but we cant get your money back.you shouldnt offer your customers with unreliable or fake services!

Been to their collection department Twice, and each time I was directed to different Four desks, and then noted down my all details, & promised they will send necessary document via our registered official address, now more than One month, No response from them. Tried to reach relationship / marketing officer who provided us their product, he gave us a customer toll free number, again they directed to another contact, so finally they directed to total different Four contact numbers, and still unable to sort out the issue. Over all A very poor customer service. And dont have any idea how to sort out the issue

As requested on the liability letter received few days back, the loan settlement is only in this branch in Dubai,After driving 45 minutes in the traffic & suffering until I get parking, the branch manager refused to receive my settlement, asking to send all the docs by email.If u change the process why u didnt notify & still issuing liability letter with old procedures.Very unprofessional & no one care to help.

Awful experience.AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!Customer service 0/10. I opened a bank account because of the offer to get an iPad if I do. After MONTHS I didn’t receive any information about the iPad (so clearly they don’t want you to get it). Once I emailed them they gave me misleading incorrect information: made me go to the other side of Dubai just to come back home without an iPad because they made the mistake of NOT sending me the correct code to collect it (when I specifically asked for all the details how to get the iPad so once again clearly they don’t want you to go and get it.) I was on phone with them for AN HOUR without any solution. What they told me that because of their mistake I have to wait A WEEK for an email with the code on it! A week, seriously for one code!? Outrageous! Customer service was ignorant rude and the most unhelpful service ever they did nothing to help me with this. Absolutely so so disappointing.Please make yourself a favor and don’t become a customer at ADCB. They’re the most unhelpful shady and greedy bank I have ever dealt with. I’ll be definitely changing banks.

Three months back I was shocked to see that I have a low credit score and I owe half a million dirhams as an unsettled amount to this bank. I never held any relation with the bank. When I bought to the notice of the bank they said it will be resolved in 3 days ..later I came to know that adcb had updated my emirates Id in to a defaulters profile who took money from adcb in 2008. They are reluctant to resolve this matter and Is dragging it for a long time...its been a traumatic experience for me chasing the bank to get the matter resolved..

I have been using my adcb account for my salary for more than 4 years and i never failed to pay my credit card. When I received my Final settlement from my old company, they hold the amount. They asked me to submit new visa, salary certificate and other documents. I went to this branch to submit my documents. My salary certificate is a system generated from my new companys employee portal and it is indicated in the certificate as well as who to contact for verification. Adcb khalid bin al waleed branch did not accept it. It doesnt make sense Whether this document is original or system generated, they still need to verify it from my company and they can verify my visa from immigration online. This process takes so much time for the customer and its not really helpful while verification can be done from your side through phone call and government portal, If im a new customer its fine but im an existing adcb customer. And I really dont like the way the customer service talked to me, she was rude. Im closing all my adcb account and credit cards now because of this issue instead of recovering my money. You dont value your customer.

Trying to open corporate account of a four years old company which already has account with NBAD. Everytime I receive a call from the bank to ask information but no one is caring to come and collect the documents to proceed for the accounts. Worst service ever.
