I want to complain about Lady who sell me the loan on My credit card. First of all she did say the bank will charge me 0.78 percent per month, not per year. After many times I was asking her how much total charges will be in the end she stated 175 AEd. Second I asked what my monthly payment will be - 1440 ... this month I received a 2660 bil per month even I haven used a credit card. Please contact me for further action you will take according this person.The last one it’s impossible to talk to some real person through the customer service, EVA is the stupidest ever system who will ask you questions for half and hour and then just cancel the call

I requested a debit card for my new account. The service person had me fill out a form and said it would arrive in 5 days. A week later at another branch Im now told that my request was never entered into the system. The person I dealt with must have simply thrown my form away after I left. Absolutely awful service, especially for a brand new customer.

I gave an application for opening an bank account on 11 of march, i was said it will be active in 2 working days, but after an long followups i came to know that my the lady at the branch has not processed the application, i dont know the reason may she forgot but what was my mistake, is opening an account in EMIRATES NBD IS MY MISTAKE, my colleague opened on the same day and account is active, so i went through and registered an complaint on 600540000 but everyday i have to hear an same thing your complaint is under process.... i am not saying that bank is not good bank is good with good benefits but they should look for the employees should be well so they give good customer service they are making banks name down....

They didn’t deserve this star but i am not able to give them 0. Absolutely worst costumer service and lazy agents on top of that extremely rood. Honestly after this i am thinking to change bank since level of their services drop down a lot. Person there didn’t want to rise new requests just because it was close to end of his work time, i think that bank should examine their hiring policies or includ costumer service in the training and please provide proper english classes, since i was asking one and agent was answering different thing. Please avoid.

I have to share with people my experience with this bank. This bank doesn’t respect customers at all. They lost a cheque that I deposited, no body called me about it, when I came to check why I didn’t receive the money after one month. they were laughing about it like it’s nothing. They told me to go to police and announce that it was lost..On the other hand, they don’t respond to queries, they cancel my transactions whenever they decide without any notification. Calling them or visiting their branches yields nothing as they are not interested in helping customers. The only time I get calls from them is when they try to sell me useless services and extra credit cards.I don’t know how such banks still in business, but seems like the quality is their last concern

I came to Dubai mall branch 3 times to open a current account. 1st time to check which documents I need to bring, they said passport and Emirates ID. Ok. Coming 2nd time, they are saying I need to bring a payslip as well. I’m mad, as they could have told me it at the very beginning. I’m wasting my time. Ok. Coming for the 3rd time, waiting for 3 hours( not exaggerating) in a queue. Ok. I’ve applied to open the current account (as I thought ) and get the check book on 20.07, today is 31.07 still NO ANSWER! I called call center, I’ve raised a complaint, somebody called from the bank just to say that someone else is gonna call me back with explanation. Still no answer and the problem isn’t solved ! I still have no current account nor check book ( which I really need it ASAP)Customer service is horrible !Waiting for ages !Staff is extremely sloooow !Btw there was another woman, also not happy at all with their serviceThink thrice before opening an account at NBD BANK especially going to DUBAI Mall branchIt’s always busy ! They are working very very slow

Super slow. I’ve been waiting in the queue for 1,5 hours! No one to assist you at the entrance. I was about to ask security for help but that guy just ignored me and went to say hi to his friend standing beside me. I thought customer assistance is a first priority....Very disappointing

Possibly the most pathetic service Ive experienced in Dubai. I got a new credit card which was assigned to the wrong phone number, therefore its impossible to activate it. Changing the phone number is only possible in store and REQUIRES MANAGER APPROVAL. Managers only work until 2pm...

Worst customer service at this branch, 1st wait for long queue even when you need little information. Every staff guides you different information. Even the time frame of service delivery where given wrong.This review is based on my personal experience and at the time I used service however the real service, conditions and environment may vary.

Cant believe how I didnt check the reviews section before opening account in this bank. DONT deal with them unless its fine for you to deal with a bank with the poorest complains department and worst customer service.Even if the fees and exchange rates were crazy and they had decent departments I would respect them, but to have a bank with the best sales team and worst everything else is a disastor

Ok this isnt so much about this branch as it is about Emirates NBD in general, while I wouldnt recommend this branch to my worst enemy, on a week day at lunch time, that is besides the point. Emirates NBD has made my life very hard. they are incredibly hard to deal with over the phone because the empolyees can give you little to no information siting They are just customer service which may be comforting or frustrating to you depending on your stance. Over the last few month and especially now that I am moving into a flat, they have made simple processes long. They have been unable or unwilling to give information on the phone. The stress of moving plus the stress of the bank just making things harder is incredibly frustrating and at this point i wish i would have opened an account with another bank *End Rant*

Substandard customer service once they get hold of your money.Terrible service, unprofessional and unreliable.Ignoring the unauthorized transaction that had occurred earlier this year (which was left completely unexplained), I still kept on banking with them but made a mistake of transferring funds to a friend on January 5th, 2019 & instantly revoking the transaction. After speaking to the CS team over the live chat (who reply after a minimum of 8hours) – I finally managed to end the conversation with a service request to revoke the transaction. I was advised over a waiting period of 16 working days – which is okay since I am an ex-banker myself so I understand how this works. After a month of wait, the LIV team closes my request without my consent stating that I need to receive a debit authority letter from the beneficiary account holder (who is also an ENBD customer) – which is logical again since they cannot debit a customer without their compliance. My friend checks his statement & low & behold – there’s no funds credited into his account! Eventually he checks with the bank & they instruct him that they cannot issue a debit authority letter since there were no funds transferred into his account. He is advised to instruct me to raise a complaint in any of the ENBD branches. I, then, visit the branch & after a 50 minute wait, the CSR instructs me that they can take no complaints for LIV account holders since they are only dealt over the online chat (which I had already known & the CSR had confirmed with my friend that it will be resolved by visiting a branch ONLY).It has now been over 24 hours that I’m waiting for a reply from the “live chat” & there has been no response!!To be honest, this is absolutely disgusting & I would never recommend LIV to anyone now. Their service is very slow and the agents join the chat after ages, apologize for high volume of inquiries, reply & then leave the chat – whether you like it or not!

Never have I dealt with a more incompetent bank as the Dubai Mall branch of EmiratesNBD, even the most simple request is like pulling teeth for any member of the staff. If you want to waste hours of you life and be treated like an idiot and be told that yes, your request has been processed, only to find out that it hasn’t and never was, well this is the bank for you !

My review is on telephone banking. Horrible! The customer service 800/600 number is led my a coputer generated voice EVA where u need to voice out what u need but the stupid system is so limited that u do not get whatt u exactly need. Also there are times u need to speak to a human being for details that limited computer could help. I spent half an hour at least on the phone with this system trying to figure out how to speak to a human being. Sucks big time! Most banks here sucks! Wpant to look good using technology but very amaturish and limited. I slhould bury my money in my back yard than use any bank!

All the employee doesnt know right information, they will missguide you about charges of services and time frame of the delivery of the services. I have visited many branches but Dubai Mall branch is the worst. They are busy with their coffees and do not care about customers. Never go there.

Dishonest when confronted about poor service and delays in processing important paperwork (having already waited 6 days for something we were told would take 3 days which in fact is something I am sure they can simply print out and hand to me). One of the worst banks ever ... I have a loan, and they tired me very well and treated above bad in all branches and exclusively stupid in the Call Center .... I will go about my account and my loan to another bank ..... They love to manipulate the times of people and install debts on you while you laugh and play ... And the evidence of the calls recorded at them ... But oh, I never expected this.
