We waited more than half hour and no one press the Q token, very bad branch management and also staff not professional at all, even one reception desk no one to welcome or to ask me.Very bad experience kin this branch dubai mall and taking alot of time to serve the customer.

I requested for my bank certificate last 18th Of November and no one called until now if it is done or not. Im very disappointed and they told me it will take 3-5 days only.

One of the worst banks in the Middle East - I have (unfortunately) multiple HSBC accounts globally, and compared to any other financial institution, these guys fail big time. You have little to no protection as a consumer and client.

I applied for a credit card online, filled everything upThe staff who called afterwards was unproffesional and very rude, he didnt have the basic manner of speaking to a customer.I changed my mind and canceled my application.

First of all the front desk was empty during the peak time. There is no one to assist for any clarifications you need as a customer. After waiting for more than 10 minutes wondering what to do i found a guy with bank tag on him and asked for few informations. I dont know whether he is a customer service agent or other staff but his behaviour was very rude.There are few more things i need to write down, but the ratings and other reviews mentioned are self explanatory about HSBC service in Dubai Mall.

Useless bunch of incompetent people. Took 4 weeks to open an account. Extreme lines (1h wait is normal). Need to visit 3 times as no one can give you correct answer. Their internet banking is a joke. Avoid at all cost

Dear allI am writing this with heavy pain and Insult once i visited this branch of HSBC for ACCOUNT CLOSING. The person considered me as a second class human and treated me with insult. He doesnt gave me any proper information that why i cant close my account there since HSBC claim that account closing service is available in all branches. When i raise questions regarding it the person was slipping away without proper answers. i felt mentally insulted with those responses because only for account closing i travel from a far away place to Dubai where i have no branches in the place where i am working. Such response to the customer is very disappointing.

Totally inefficient!Useless staff!Long queue waiting to be called.We waited 2 hours while we were only 4 customers! Believe!They dont deserve to be employed.They just blocked our credit card for no reason and when we called the customer service, they couldnt even talk proper English!One star is too much for such a misery.Pathetic

Worst customer service ever. Their call center is the worse Ive ever seen, its not built to make the customers life easier and the training of the call center employees is just so bad, they talk too much and just keep selling current offers. Following up on complaints as well is just bad, there is no communication with the customer. Their service is frankly impersonal. Ill give them a couple of months to see how things go, if theres no improvement I will switch banks.

Worst bank in UAE. Apparently anything you want from Dubai Mall branch they said sorry this is not a branch this is customer service only. Teller sistem is out of order for a months. People are fighting who came first. Staff are 0 for help. Im not sure how HSBC is world class service their system here sucks. Immediatelly replacement of all staff needed

Worst customer services. Their staff are not fully trained, they were supposed to call me to resolve my issue and they didnt call for 2 days... I made an online transfer 3 days ago and the funds have not yet been transferred however they have debit the account..!!!

The worst .....horrible horrible...horrible ..called and one lady Omniya kept me on hold for 10 minutes ..was on the call for 30 minutes and she was of 0 help. YOU ALL NEED TO EMPLOY MORE EXPERIENCED PEOPLE IN BANKS....WASTE OF TIME, AIRTIME AND ENERGY...

Worst bank ever, I’m mechanical engineer , believe me , stay away from this bank , they put my account on hold with no valid reason , since two months I’m not able to withdraw any money from my account . I’m not able to even know what is the reason .
