Only bank in uae with 1* ratingWorst bank ever i have dealed with in my life.Call centre say something one day and next day something different.Updated the kyc document and even after 6 days it is still on hold.made a call to callcentre and first day they said personal banker will call back, second day they said they are raising as a complaint so manager will call back with an update.today is the third day i am calling for the same reason and they said same answeryou will get a callback with an updateYou must be ashmed of giving the same answer every single day but can not fullfill it.

Very bad customer service. My card blocked for a week now without informing me. Submitted KYC docs, still no response. Therefore, closing the account.

I wish i could give no stars. Easily one of the worst banks in UAE with no appetite for customer service. I am a premium customer with the bank & not sure how they must be treating other customers. I visited the branch twice time in last 2 weeks, i would never visit a branch during COVID unless i am not able to do it online. 1st time i wanted to wire transfer an amount with can only be done by visiting branch (online has limits)I understand due to COVID bank needs to restrict number of people coming inside. But this instance there were no customers & they started questioning me at the gate without courtesy of having my temperature checked & letting me come inside branch.2nd instance security will not let me inside without gloves (this was not the case week before, gloves were not mandatory)When i requested to provide me with a pair, expecting they should provide gloves to customers which is normal procedure. Security refused & after 10 mins locked the doors ...bank closing time.I did manage to get inside when i called my RM...but what happens to those who dont have a RMI was shocked ....

This would be the worst bank in the whole world. I had a corporate account with CBI for which they charged me AED100 incorrectly every month. While they said they would reverse, they never have. Then to top it off they send me a letter to my PO BOX (no call, no e-mail), informing me that they closed my account for which they charged me again to issue a cheque. The cheque as you may imageing is not made out into my name, it is made out to my company name, hence, i can not access it until I have figured out a new bank account. If done overseas, I would have lost the AED50k. Got a call from a Mr. Shanwaz to inform me about the above. Did not show any interest and simply told me if I dont like it I should drive to their branch. Since they have closed all but one branch in Abu Dhabi, easy to find but I really horrible company. Good news, business is going well and I am pleases not be working with a selfish company.

Dear Concern I am one of your credit card customer & also a banker I was taken quick cash loan from credit card on 13/12/2017 for 36 months & you guys affront deducted interest for 36 months & transfers rest amount & instalment started from 26/01/2018. I was paying every month on time but suddenly my instalment plan utomatically without my knowledge changed to outstanding & I start getting finance charges!!!!! How come you guys after taking 36 months interest affront & again charging me finance charges???? I want clarification & I called several time to your customer service for the same but no one is ready to clarify my quires but still no one called me from your side now I am fed up even you guys block my card as well!!! Now I will escalate this issue to CENTRAL BANK OF UAE this is my hard earned money. Please look into the matter every month I am getting charged of AED 350 !!!!My cif number 238194. I hope at list this time You guys will not disappoint me!!

First of all dont call on their branch number because they won’t pick it up.Second their customer service staff don’t even know the procedures as I went their to pay my settlement for their loan and credit card and she was sending me directly to the teller counter when their Branch Manager Mr. Ebrahim Baniyas came out from his office and asked me to come in his office and rudely asked the lady “why you’re sending him to teller counter?”Then he called to their head office or some other officer to ask where to deposit as he wasn’t able to figure it out in which account they should deposit this amount.Seriously?? He is the branch manager. Well finally he came to know what to do And i made the transection.

Dear CBI management,i came to know you want to close my company account with 2 weeks notice without a proper information. and reason. We have payment to collect and we need more time to contact our client and to change the bank details. Worst bank and customer service ever .

Very very poor performing bank.... very bad service... bank staff do not have any coordination among themselves and no proper customer service.... we are the most helpless customers of this bank.... will make sure that we take our concerns to central bank and ensure major compliance issue for CBI. My sincere opinion never bank with CBI ... my credit card got stuck while I was depositing cash into the machine and the machine took my card inside... instead of the bank to call me and return my card I have been repeatedly calling the bank for getting my card back ... it’s 10+days now and till now the bank staff is asking me to wait for the branch to call me for returning the card ... God knows which year I will receive this card which was stuck on 4th Sept 2018...

Undelivered promises, request liability letter and leave it to the unknownDebit card has one job, and that is to get CASH out of it. Yet, it has been days not functioning due to an issue with their system, when inquiring to call center, the response is delivered in a very rude way (we don’t know when it is going to be fixed but the fixing is under process, this is going on with all our clients, not only you) ....
