I don’t know why the bank is keeping opening more branches but without hiring enough stuff, the customer service that supposed to be 4 counters , only two of them is available for customers.. furthermore, they let the customers wait outside the brunch under the sunlight that is 45 degree, because of their stupid rule: 13 persons allowed inside.. okay you can make additional waiting area instead of waiting outside like animals.. if there was zero star I would give ADIB for their worst service

Totally trash, zero customer service, zero talking behavior, arrogant behaviors for all of the staff, they will never ask which notes you want upon cheque withdrawl even if you ask they have simple answer we dont have, the branch manager have no attiquates how to deal with customer, company policies are totally complicated for customers they wont care how the customer is suffering they have their own rules and which changes in every seconds, every staff has their own rules which is nevver belongs to bank policies. My humble suggestion for everyone dont waist your time and with adib

Recently visited first time to this branch. Very unsatisfactory customer service. The staff is very rude and they are like ordering to the customers. For simple enquiry they are not able to explain properly. Management must think about that.

I am visiting this branch almost every week, since they closed the branch in Al Rigga. Seems that some of the staffs got transferred from Al Rigga to this branch. Staffs are helpful at times, but ADIB bank procedure for any thing is a lengthy process. Valet parking is available in this branch and paid parkings are also available in front side of bank as well as behind the building.

I never experienced such worse service than this bank ever in my life ,i applied for a credit card cancelation from last two months still its pending with the bank, an extra payment i made which is not returned still, if you take a credit card from this bank means you fall in their trapp.

One of the worst branches, unfortunately, is a bad service, and the manager gives him a minutes signature of money saying: Come after an hour and two hours. Where are the leadership directives in speeding up transactions. Unfortunately, the manager needs a qualification course to speed up transactions.
