My experience is good with the services they provided. But their chat agents especially Clint behaviour is terrible. He/she will not listen you if you have query or requires any help. They will simply disconnected chat and it was happened to me twice yesterday. He/ she won’t bother whether our concern is cleared or not. Trust me guys don’t make a chance to chat with them. However in terms of banking facility as mentioned in the begining ‘Good’.

You can get clear idea of this bank and their approach to customer enquiry just by looking at the reviews .here alot of people complains about their customer care inefficiency,still no one bothered to reply about that,as a proof you can see here,how they handle customer.so there is nothing strange if their customer care is like customer dont care ,my friend car got blocked,cus while doing payment online,it asks for OTP and when we enter it,again asks another OTP,it send many OTPs at the same time,and when we submits ,payment gets failed,and finally card gets blocked.

I raised a complaint with regards on my transaction made for pick up money to the Philippines and since their remittance partner cannot trace it I waited for 5 days to refund back the amount but then its not still refunded. The complaint team called last April. 14, 2021 and inform me that it will be revert within 2 days but until now Im still waiting to think its now month of May. Services in live chat as well is not good and effective. I looked for it so that I can communicate well but then they reply me like an Automated respond. So far my experience with CBD is not good they are gibing me a false statement and to wait for a long time.

Customer with CBD since more than 5 years . Unfortunately I still have issues related to poor of service and lack of performance specially with customer service team they are not able to meet the minimum standards of any inquiries .I should close my account in CBD Immediately !

Worst call center service service ever, reaching a HUMAN BEING to talk to is the hardest thing ever. Everytime you call you gotta dial the 16 digits of your card while all you want is to ask a simple question that an employee can answer with one word, you end up spending 10 minutes pressing buttons.

The task is to get cash very quickly, But it takes a lot of time for customer service. You can also use the giant machine to deposit cash easily. Overall I am pleased and thank you for their cooperation.

Worst customer service. They market their rewards points system but they are unable to deliver products on time and when you call customer care, they are not supported with systems showing them the tracking details of the order. They also dont have contact numbers of their merchant. They simply refused to assist any further on the subject.

Writing a check is the most annoying product available to this bank and uae banks in general. No two pen strokes are the same. If you give you landlord 4 checks or more for the year, is it an AI service that scans and verifies check signatures? Overcomplicated process. This bank has the worst customer service process and is not customer friendly at all.

A very helpful bank offering a variety of different products to suit me. If I were to prefer online banking, they have everything from the CBD iPhone App to a Facebook Bank where you can make transactions(!) However if I preferred coming into a branch and dealing with my banking there, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely my bank of choice!

1- Last year I asked for No Liability letter after I offered them an from Sharjah Islamic Bank to buy my personal loan and credit card loans. I did this through Me’aissem city center branch. They lost both the offer AND the No Liability letter application2- They have this weird practice of withdrawing the loan installment 25 days before it’s due time. With my friend , they were able to withdraw 3 successive installments3- Last Wednesday, July 25th and at 9:30 am , they sent me a text ( attached) telling me that the loan installment of Aug 24th has been ‘on hold’4- Their customer service e-mail is non existent ( I’m attaching an email that I sent to them on September 9th 2017). I’m sure they’re busy with other stuff5- I want to be very respectful here, so I don’t recommend this bank to anybody ( just observe with me how they NEVER replied on anybody on this page)

Honestly one of the worst Banks in the UAE, terrible products, terrible rates and terrible customer service. It’s almost impossible to get through someone from call center. Try to avoid this bank and never open an account or take a card or loan from them. Trust me, you will regret it. Thank God I have closed almost everything with them and life is good now.

Commercial Bank of Dubais Head Office. The place is equipped with lots ATM Cash/Cheque Deposit Machines and also a branch of CBD functions there. This CBD office is easily accessible from Deira City Centre Metro Station od Dubai Metro Red line.

The main office of the bank is spacious but you have to wait a lot. It is also problematic to park, and places are paid. On issues of bills, transfers, as well as references, I recommend visiting other small branches. Easier and faster everything is done. But regarding complaints and suggestions the place is.
