It said that its open in Dubai Mall and thats not true as the branch closed. Since its the closest branch and in this situation of COVID I had to go all the way there and get told that its not operational any more. Talk about waisting time and effort.Please update the info since you are handling it on the web.

Ive had a couple of bad experiences in the past but recently (since 2018) the standards have gone up tremendously. The staff is extremely helpful & even the management has an open door policy for any issues. Highly recommended as the best SC branch in the UAE.

I urge to Dubai Government kindly take notice of this bank and their banking service,I have spoken with the customer care assistant and she assist me for card cancellation, According to her i should go through online banking and use following steps , help & service , Card management, credit card cancellation , but surprisingly there was no option for card cancellation what a great game and even when i go through phone banking i could not get the option to talk to customer service what a great cheating game bank is playing with the customers first of all 600 no is charge more so customers will never call and even if he called he cant find the right path, worse game playing by bank. kachra banking, i will never ever refer to anyone to go std bank,

04 Feb 2020, 08:15pmSCB Dubai MallMe and my wife went to SCB Dubai Mall. Upon getting the queue number, the machine took a while. Security guard (Rizwan) came to us. He assisted us but said some racist comment, that the machine was slow as it is made from Philippines.Exact conversation:My wife: machine us kinda slowSecurity: made in the PhilippinesIm not sure if he is joking with us. But thats not a good thing to hear especially from someone taking care of security.Im not telling this to put him out of his job. I just hope that this will not happen again to anyone.PS: Again, please do not do something that will affect his job. Im sure he also has family to take care (same reason why im here in UAE).

Was there in the afternoon in the middle of June 2018.Were competent and polite service.The teller queue var really slow, but once it was my turn the stuff I needed to have done was handled very well.I enjoyed that I could verify account numbers and transactions via their tablet.I was there to close two accounts. After having signed the papers my signature was instantly approved by the teller which is a huge benefit compared to other banks where this process can happen days later causing you to have to go again to try and redo the signature.All in all a pleasant experience.Depositing a check, depositing cash + closing 2 accounts took a total of 40 minutes which I guess is pretty darn good for the UAE ;)

The worst ever banks.Unprofessional, incompetent untruthful, disqualified and lier staff. I closed my car loan and after 12 days they are not able to release my mortgage. They claim that Abu Dhabi police has problem with their portal, I visited Abu Dhabi police and found a lot of clients releasing their mortgaged car. The bank is not telling the truth.Over 12 days they promise to release my car within 1 working day but it does not happen.I emailed the bank CEO without any acknowledge of receiving the email and without any feed back.The worst banking experience in my life.

Extremely bad service. Why stay open till 10 if you are going to be as slow and not efficient at all. Might as well close at 3 and work in an efficient and effective manner. Extremely disappointed from this terrible customer service.

You ask them anything they direct you to phone banking. ( I asked for credit card closure). The phone banking goes into silence when you select the complaint section. The hotline in the branch is placed in the most inconvenient location literally standing outside the bank near the ATM and that too is useless. They say they will call back within 3 working days. Earlier pending cancellation callback has crossed 4 working days and they now claim count starts from next day. What a waste of time!!! No service only excuses!

Very bad bank, bad practice of getting signed on wrong papers by RMs. When you call them for help on phone banking, you are again directed to same RMs who are appointed cheaters of the bank. When you make complain, no action. They keep you hanging all times. I can understand why they have been fined by International regulators so massively.

The lady staff at the teller counter is not helping at all, not customer friendly, I have reached there on 24-August-17 @ 8:pm, counter staff said she cannot help time over, but i got token ticket i showed them but didnt accept said you come back tomorrow, this is not the service expecting from a bank like SCB, especially from one of your prestigious branch

Wrong information about the timing. I was really hesitant to go to Dubai Mall Branch as it is too far and I am actually thinking might be close because of Ramadan, but because I really need to go, I googled the timing and it says (Open today from 10am til 8pm. And I was totally disappointed as the security officer told me it is open from 10am til 3pm only. Very irresponisble of you not updating the Service Timings on the website. Why?? Really unacceptable, please update it for the other costumers. Thank you.

Gave a Auto loan closure request 4 days back. still not closed. Branch says turn around time is 3 days, call center says its 4 days. Walked into the branch for update and closure on the 3rd day... it was still not resolved.. Funny thing is when at the Branch the Branch says the operations team is working on it.. The call center is saying the branch is working on it.. So i guess no one really knows who should work when a customer request is received...

Not a bank just a headache,time wasting and pain.After a long queue which i dont understand the sequences i mean suddenly a women from UAE can take a number and finish her job in 3 minutes before your 1h waiting(may be she has some priority on this bank,her nationality is only a coincidence i dont know).they gave very funny reasons to fail why you came for and you wait 1hour just for nothing.

Only one counter open for customer service between 11am and 12pm. The second counter opened at 12pm and the employee spent half an hour on the phone. Waiting for over an hour as I am typing this.
