Hello thereI called your helpline about a week ago and they assured me that someone would call back with an update in 48 hours. Time has gone but no one bothered to get in touch from your sideWhile i understand that the issue has been raised with visa and takes time, Emirates islamic is in no position to justify how the transactions pass through their system without a need of authentication of unknown transactions.Im already in the process of gathering details on who to raise a complaint against such carelessness and bad customer service by Emirates islamic. I need an immediate response and resolution from your end and i also intend to close my account with your bank because of your pathetic state of services. I have worked with many banks in the UAE but such issues only happened during my time banking with EI, that too not once but twice.Thanks

Attention:Dont open salary account in emirtaes islamic specialy less than 5000 i have very bad experiance with themThey dont mention monthly charges in monthly statement and if you are not using your account for year they will charge you 25 dhs every month and it will not be shown in your monthly statement.when you call for close you account they will surprise you

This bank is one of the worst I have seen. None of their customer service persons does anything. They just keep passing the buck to another desk. We are paying for a relationship manager, but I have not seen that person as yet. No one picks their phones. Their charges are also so high, for a below average service. No one allows you to escalate issues as well. May be their managers are also made of the same stuff. The best thing to do is to move from this bank. There is no other choice.

I have settled my personal loan through other bank on 14th July,2021 bank deducted my installment of same month because of that Im out of cash since Im out of country. Still waiting for clearance letter to release my funds with other bank please expedite the process.

Worst bank ever seen in uae , I want to complain about the important delay of receiving my debit card last Thursday i should receive my card and they confirmed in the branch that day 17 th Thursday a day before i received a call that confirmed next day I ll receive but no one called me and i was waiting for that call all day at home and Friday is off Saturday no one contacted me and Sunday as well so i complain again Monday they told for sure we will send you today and as always i didn’t receive any call ,in 22 of this month i must to fly out of uae without using a debit card but this is my last experience with the bank like your behavior you deserve 00 .

This banks governance is a complete joke. They have no proper systems and processes in place to properly address customers request. For example I have finished paying a loan a month ago and they have not yet updated the system. I visit the branch, they pass me onto call centre. Call centre pass you back to branch. No one really knows what is happening and they play ping pong with customers. Their CALL CENTRE & Switchboard is even worst! It takes 10-15 minutes and many attempts to even get to talk to somebody. They charge you for the calls, they purposely make you wait and delay your call when they know very well they have no answer to your enquiry and they are simply not well-trained to do a job.

Most of the banks help customers during this pandemic with offers, benefits and discounts. But being a frontliner healthcare staff this bank has put me in utmost stress and helpless situation.. I regret that shouldnt have been a customer with this bank.. the top level always hide behind and front staff always have no answers for many things except bank policy, policy, policy.

Since more than 4Yrs the bank not able to fix their profile system , another customer profile showing in my profile , several complaint done and the reply as usual ( issue resolved ) but nothing resolved … because their IT doesnt know how to solve the issue .Very bad service , many agents on their call center doesnt know how to check the system m and always putting Hold , and bad customer service.Complaint raised with the central bank already .Even 1 star you dont deserve

I went to emirates headquarters branch for the restructuring of my loan , the agent named Sharooq was so rude and unprofessional he made me feel like I was there begging , after waiting for ages he told me my papers were not completed and I have to print new once and fill them when I asked him which papers were missing and why I have to fill them again he told me he will send me another email with the papers -which he obviously didn’t do- I just wanted to highlight how unprofessional was this agent .. it was an awful experience!

Weird rules for credit card , unusual delay in getting approval, no human agents to talk to!! Customer cant use credit card if a balance transfer is taken, nowhere is mentioned in their mobile app, the amount to pay to avoid finance charges leaving people in chaos.

Today’s trend is to switch towards online and digital banking. Whereas in my beloved bank Emirates Islamic Bank, you can’t even downlaod a proper bank statement which has your details on. If you need this service all what you need to do is simple:1) Drag ur self here to the branch2) wait for one hour and3) just to ensure maximum satisfaction you get charged 150 AED.Special thanks goes to Mr. David Sunny the operations manager who is not very helpful!“Emirates Islamic Bank where the future will never happen”

DHCC EIB Branch for me is very excellent. Ive been to Garhoud and Sahara Centre but im not satisfied with their service, most worst is in SAHARA Centre, the customer service is not good when its comes to explanation and service. almost every weekend i went to there to update the status of my account and my money but ending with nothing. But in EIB DHCC Branch is very easy to communicate, clean place, quite and very accommodating staff even the security is very approachable. Im Satisfied!

They ransacked my card without any warning, and kept me chasing after them for a whole day when they opened it without any benefit. This and the scandal of the day your card does not work when you pay the restaurant account. I called the call center and they told me the progress of the branch, I walked the branch and they told me that you should call the call center.Is this a bank then?Personal Opinion based on Recent Events:They blocked my card without any prior warning, having me chase them for a whole day to reopen it. This, along with the shame that your card gets declined when you pay the restaurant bill. I called the call center and they said to go to the branch. By God, advice from me, guys, I myself did not see anything but lying and theftFirst I completed a year’s end and the bank withdrew the full salary .. I asked the bank to return the debt schedule, but he did not take any wages from a year that are counted in arrears and the bank is the one who is late in resetting the schedule. This is considered theft.They treated them in a big lie at the beginning. They said about insurance for salafiya, in case you lose your time, etc. And when they say no insurance, you are not safe.By God, I did not see them well. I hope that I close my account with them as soon as possibleAnd the employees treated you when they spoke to you in a threat way, as if they were giving you Salafism from his father’s pocket ... They are not experienced and the client is not among their priorities .. They are technically stalling and delaying in a childish way .. They lack honesty in most of their dealings .. Lying is their rule and the bank does not hide by inflicting the greatest harm on you in order to achieve an internal goal of the bank that is not mentioned ..
