One of the worst banks of Dubai .. everyone comes here complains in loud yells and the staff seem fine if not yell back! Wait times are ridiculous for over an hour to hours and the order of the tokens are not fair to the number that waits to be served! Just horrible!

Branch timing is wrong, I traveled a long way from Academic City to deposit the cash and found out that the branch is only working till 5 PM. That was totally unusual to me. Atleast update the timing here.

I was visiting Dubai Islamic Bank Mirdif City Center Branch day. I collected my ticket and waited in the queue.  I suppose it was a normal work day with above average banking requests. Que was moving slowly. I noticed an elderly couple clearly distressed and impatient. They moved from one desk to another. While I was contemplating on how they would be assisted further to solve their inconvenience as they were quite old, I noticed a pleasant young person, emerging eagerly to resolve their issue. She took them to her small cabin. A few minutes later, the elderly couple emerged smiling and satisfied. Well, when youre awaiting public que systems, these small events take over your brief moments, making you think about common life events. A few minutes on, the same person walked towards me and asked me what matter I was waiting in line for. I had a rather difficult request, as I was seeking statements from one of our old accounts dating back to 2008. Whatsmore, we had closed this account long ago. This person also immediately assisted me and asked us to write a formal email to her with the same request. We did the needful. A few days later our request was promptly addressed. And I would like to commend this person who is Ms. Hana Alsafi (Senior Bank Manager) at DIB Mirdif City Center Branch, Dubai. Bravo Ms. Hana...Keep up the good work..

Very Poor communication, poor customer service. There is no order in in the manner in which tickets are given. You can come first and get a ticket last (happened to me).They made me wait for more than an hour only to tell me to go to a different branch for the service I needed. If they knew they dont offer that service then why make me wait that long?I feel robbed of my precious time. If there was a negative rating thats what I would have given.

Staff and the way services are provided are not my favourite. For each survive they ask you to take a new token. They said dont smile at all due to so much rush. And this bank is how total rip-off of money. You just always pay for the Hidden charges.

Too much waiting time for customers service. Don’t go there between 3-5 pm I was only 2 tokens away and it took me 2 hrs waiting without any tickets got attended. Quick service was good and fast. Need ti improve their system. Not recommended.

Came to enquire about my account, from the security to the clerk i was treated like i came to beg them for money, Dont waste your time here, honestly...especially with the philipina lady wearing abaya, i reeeaally dont know why she shows up to work in the first place if she is so bothered and vexed, stay at home and save yourself and the customers the trouble of meeting you.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Teller service was fine (only did it once), but other than that, everything was awful. They don’t have competitive rates as well which is another negative. But bottom line, the service was so bad it led me to close my account. Please go elsewhere.

Arabic Language((Amendment)) The service is good, in terms of banking procedures, assistance and dealing with auditors. Open until 10 pm and good for urgent procedures or for the purpose of withdrawing large amounts of emergency cases. Difficulty of communication and / or lack of response from the branch was observed.((Modification)) It is good, in terms of banking procedures & customer service.
