I went to Mall of Emirates beach for cash deposit to my company account. It was just 5 thousand AED. Bank close 4 pm as per display board. It was 3.58 pm in my clock and banks exchange board time shows 3.59 pm but the counter was opened. It was one minute still left to close. As I reached counter cashier refused take money. I told him it’s still one minute left and I come from far since in Dubai only two branches accept cash in the counter. Teller said they already closed their task everything and can’t accept any more. By that time it was already 4 pm and security started shutting door. Question to the Bank - How come Citibank can close their activities before scheduled time? Kindly investigate. If not, we assume that management is not bothering customer’s service!! I rate this bank no stars, to proceed my comment 1 star

They offer you loan with lies, they approved me one at 14.2% p.a then I see the bill and says 24.4% how come???

37 000aed required to be locked on your account in case you are in a huge desire to have one in this bank... 37 000aed.... It is an ultra small 1 desk office located on level 2 next to the parking exit (a very strange place to pick for opening a bank branch, unless you are trying to hide/not be found by many). This being said Citibank has (if Im not wrong) only 2 branches in the whole Dubai area... A wild guess - I chose to become a customer of a bigger and better bank. Hope they have enough customers to keep operating. 2 European guys (customers) were sitting inside and signing the 37 000aed deal with them when we visited....

Very useless branch they cant help with anything they will ask you to go to main branch. They cant verify my signature because its not clear in thier system.I am here with my all ID why you need signature, all they can say its system requirements.I cant believe these types still exists.I am very unsatisfied

Horrible service. Staff are rude, lack basic knowledge, have 0 ability to interact with customers beyond come get this credit card, and judge you based on what you are wearing. 1 visit and I regret staying with Citi for so long. Closed down my account and never felt better.A guy at the call center was able to clearly and helpfully fix my issue in 5 minutes, although their call center is very hit or miss, while the staff here didnt even present me with the information the call center staff member provided. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I’ll never recommend there card to anyone everThe calls from there sales team is to burn your pocket as they never do what they promiseI’ve requested for the EPP plan on 6th of NovemberLater they said that they’ll be needing the invoice number for that so I said ok I’ll do that later as my statement date was 13.On 12 of November I got the call from them for the cash loan but I denied for the loan and then i told that I want to get my amount converted into InstallmentsShe replied that she can do it without any invoice number so i was relaxed as she confirmed that it’s doneLater on the next day my statement got generated and the full amount was there as she didn’t converted thatGuys please beware from there fake calls and specially from there sales teamHighly disappointed and wil never ever recommend anyone for this card.

Such a bank has to make a regular training on Banking rolls ,customer service ,operation systems to local banks like Emirates Islamic bank or Rakbank . and you can notice the high standard once you call the customer service call center and you can compare it to EIB call center to see what i am talking about , staff are highly educated while anybody with any degree can join Eib Sales and do sales

Worst after sales service. I recently availed a personal loan from them. The interest rate and the emi mentioned in the application form was different from the disbursal amount. I wanted to confirm this and request for a loan letter (which was supposed to be sent to customers by default) mentioning the loan amount and the EMI. But i hve been following these guys for more than 2 weeks but still i havent received any response.Dont ever avail loan from them..Update 1: its been more than 2 months.. I still didnt receive any update.. I sent emails, contact them, but no response.. I figured that 1.25% interest increase is there.. Still i have no idea how and why this increase..

I rarely review places on Google but the service with Citibank at Mall of the Emirates was so poor that I felt compeled to write a few lines. I came to open a cashback credit card account. They made me open a checking account for it first and then worked on the credit card. During the entire process Citibank was contacting me every day, sometimes pressing me in a rude manner late in the evening to complete all the documentation for the account opening. The bank agent was extremely pushy. Then once the checking account was opened, Citibank completely stopped contactig me and I had a lot of difficulties to have the agent help me with the credit card. After 1 month, I still do not have got my credit card account opened because their credit verification team cannot access my company building located in an airport area, I had to talk to the branch manager, to his boss, and now that I am trying to close my unused checking account Citibank is asking me a 125 DHs closing fee.I strongly recommend avoiding this bank, it has been so far the worst banking experience of my life.

Since May 22 I’m trying to dispute a transaction with no reply from you. Tried online banking, Facebook and email.Bad banking experience and I know exactly what to do with my Citibank credit card after this issue is settled.

Never seems to work and they don’t update their websites that the system is down and not operational. You reach their and discover that systems are down and you can do nothing.
