Just one aged guy was entertaining everyone and we all had to wait till he finishes the first customer.I dont know may be something is wrong with his eyes or eyesight is weak because he was asking the security guard to read things for him which was making the procedure even more late. One of the worst customer experience.

Worst bank ever and that is quite an achievement. 3 months of ‘cost free interest free’ deferment of my loan due to the corona crisis. Had to pay the 3 months interest AND interest on this DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN or MORTGAGE HERECustomer service 0 and proven right on every one of my complaints with central bank. Will move my mortgage at next opportunity

Worst bank few atm, few branches and Dubai mall branches closes at 9pm but according to bank website it should close at 10pm please inform customers about the true timmings. I’ll change my account here to better bank soon..
THE Worst bank ever. We have home finance with them and out worst mistake in life. Poor service in every corner! Can’t get in touch with any department and always have to chase them for answers. And where are the Atms? God knows where. Not even qualified for one star. Horrible!
Lady at the teller was extremely rude by the way of talking. Wouldnt even smile or look at the face. Dont even think of opening an account here or any of their services. There is no way of getting in touch with them via telephone, two monkeys on the hotline can do better customer service than their whole team, they can easily keep you waiting for 20 minutes. Internet banking is primitive, they also tend to block your debit/card if used abroad. Branch in Dubai Mall opens at 10:00 (not at 08:00 as it informs you here).
Worst customer service ever. Completely non attentive staff and long waiting time for even submitting a document.I rather suggest any other bank to deal with.

Worst service everLong waiting time while no even people cuing.I handed my documents for update but still 15 days later it wasn’t updated in the system.
They dont reply to emails and dont respond to contact forms on their website... meanwhile their interest rates on mortgages are sky-high
The fees and services are as down as a financial institution operating in UAE and not a bank as all the rest. The worse customer service!!!

أعتقد أنه البنك الوحيد في الإمارات الذي تشعر معه أنك لست في الإمارات ... عدد فروع قليل جدا .. عدد آلات السحب قليل جدا.. التعامل بطيء جدا مع المعاملات.. وأحيانا تعامل غير لطيف من الموظفين.
Unfortunately many accounts are being closed / old / huge balance required / measure to rise to wisdom
