As not many RAK Branches available in different parts of UAE, so it’s very difficult to be a RAK Bank users to avail services on time.When we call call center, they tell us to visit Branch and check. After traveling long distance and spending 3-4 hours for a single purpose of checking a service, they finally say you’re not eligible. If this could have been advised to us via call center then we will not waste several hours to visit branch. But if we check with other Bank Users, they are eligible for such similar services in their bank with same banking history and criteria. Not happy 😞

My name is Ramya , I had credit card with Rak bank , I have paid 300 Aed extra and the bank is refusing to return my money, if we have to pay anything to the bank they will collect it from the airport only ,j had filled all the formalities when asked for ,now they are not returning my cheque the manager in the branch the lady promised me to issue the cheque and did not , is Rakbank depending on my money to run ? Can anyone help me to get my money back please, Im ready to go to the police too ,hope UAE has its justice in place

The staff here was good, especially shahid memon, he guided and helped us in opening personal bank account process and was very supportive and friendly.Though the account opening process is still underway since 20th September 2020, hoping it will open soon as its already been 15days for simple personal account.

Worst and very unprofessional especially counter no. 13 of customer service. That guy is very unprofessional, childish and disrepectful. Im talking to my phone and at the same time his talking to me which I told him to wait for a moment. And that guy is still yapping without respect.Ive waited long time for my loan to be closed. It took almost 1 hour until the bank closes which I told them I need to settle that day which I waited and waited until 3:30pm (bank is already closed) they give me the paperworks for closing my loan.Such an unprofessionalism and disrespectful employees they have!Dont waste your time in this branch. If only I can rate this branch a -5 stars, I will give them that rating without thinking twice.

Worst customer care banking services in UAE! They are not helpful at all and they refuse to assist the customers as initial word like No. πŸ˜’πŸ˜‘Uneducated staff, poorest branch manager. Dont know deal with new or existing customers and always busy on phone. Dont understand English and those who understand can not help or guide.Dont know why RAKBANK hired reference not educated employee and they made worst customer service.Request to all user living in Dubai and UAE, Kindly dont use their services as they dont respect all and if you go second time bank they treat you like enemy and showing bad behavior.While hiring these type of employee the (RAK BANK) management are sleeping or they dont want business in future. Very disappointed.Every time Staff answer is only four words, like a child (we cant do any thing). After they will take their mobile and playing it.Finally, I strongly advice you to avoid coming here and stop using their services. Choose any bank in UAE execpt RAKBANK. They are very headstrong and they do their best to disappoint you and making you leave their branch without completing or achieving anything!
