Very Worst Service. when ever you will call them for Pakistan account service they will tell you we can not do anything Please contact pakistan branch. No facility for overseaes Pakistanis. whenever you will call to Pakistan helpline they will hold you more than 10 minutes and result no solution and they will inform you we have UAE branches Please contact with them. Really worst Experience.

The ATM of UBL deira branch is not working for 2 days..it is out of orderKindly put the ATM in order...

Only about this branch i want to say that the male staff specially on teller is working very slow because of that the waiting time is too much. Female staff is very supportive specially on customer service. The security guard of this branch is not professional trained.

Really disappointed with their service.. dnt ever open an account with this bank.

Poorest ever service I have seen ...almost one Hour wait for one transaction....

A bank like no other. I request for new ATM card and it takes for 2 months. they also request for document update over and over again even you already given them a copy. change of contact number also takes centuries.

Staff is very helpful especially Mr Mujahid. Answer every query with complete satisfaction.
