One of the worst branches. Customer services employees (except one) don’t have much knowledge about their own process. I asked for a simple dent letter and they sent me to another branch. Their branch manager is really ineffective

Employees seem very discouraged and disengaged. Process is still manual, they actually have to print papers and send them with the office assistant to the manager to review and sign, then bring it back.It felt like going back to the 1980s.In top of that, compliance to the COVID-19 precautions was very poor. Some employees were not wearing masks at all, some were wearing it but exposing their noses. I saw a number of employees sitting behind a single desk without proper masks or distancing.Disaster.

The branch is located along Jumeirah Road. If you are going towards Bur Dubai/Deira its on the right side and if you are going towards Burj Al Arab the is in on the left hand side. Other land marks are the band is opposite of the Barakat Optical Shop and ENOC petrol station.

The worst banking service, whether by phone or internet, the application is very miserable, there is no attempt to update or develop it since its launch, every time I want to use the application and it asks me for a username and password, I receive a message that there is an error although I am sure of the data and after two attempts are done Suspending the private service, you have to call in the bank, no one answers, you are answered automatically, and this is not logical because the options are limited. I hope to improve your phone services and your application in the Internet for the sake of quality.

Very bad service, after waiting for more than 40 minutes the employee showed no desire to help and only transferred me to the main branch, knowing I went to the Mall of the Emirates branch and they solve the problem without having to go to the main branch,It seems that the employee does not know how to work on the system
