NEVER OPEN ACOUNT WITH THEM , THEY ARE ONE OF THE MOST GREEDY BANK IN UAE AND WILL TAKE MONEY ON YOUR ACCOUNT THEN TELL YOU ITS FOR SOMETHING YOU HAVENT HEARD BEFORE AND THEY EVEN GO FUTHER TO NOT LET YOU SEE THAT THEY CHARGE , NEXT THING YOU KNOW YOUR JUST PAYING THEM ,
Bank is filthy.Old systems.Old policies.They judge people by salaries and not their worth.They dont see track record of customer,they only see their benefit.I have been customer with them for 10 years and they treat me same as new customer.Also staff is more of old thought pops who dont know how to treat customer.I am planning to all my from this bank because my hard earned money deserves better plave than this one where interest rate suck too...and no benefits of cards or whatsoever.
The branch timings are not updated as per Eid ul Fitr holidays. Checked the branch online and confirm that it is open, went to the branch and the branch was closed for Eid ul Fitr holidays, screwed my day due to their negligence.
The person Im supposed to call to help me with SME stuff did not answer my call for a week, magically when I went to the branch he was there and he answered my call.I suffered so much looking for the right department.If you have a new business, dont open your account with them. Extremely unhelpful staff.

My end of service benefits has been held by the bank till now (almost 20 days) even I have provided all the required documents to release it. Also, the way of approach of the customer care representative at the branch is really bad, its seems I am bagging the money from them. Because of them I had to pay penalty for my other credit cards and they also charged additional for their credit card as well. intentionally they create a situation for the people so they can charge extra

Never obtain a home loan from this bank. If they lure you into a lower rate they will trap you. This is a warning! Their interest rates and charges are the highest in the market. Their discussions for home loan rates take weeks which is a waste of your time and money and everything. I write this today with frustration.

Worst customer care can be found in this branch. We have visited other RAK branches in Dubai and they were more caring and supporting than here. If you have any service request i strongly advice you to avoid coming here. They are very headstrong and they do their best to disappoint you and making you leave their branch without completing or achieving anything!

Rakbank services are very good.But this branch is busiest Branch of any bank I ever visited.They need to add more counters and maintain performance of their ATM machines.
