I add my voice to the ppl who suggested to change this shop to UNPROFESSIONALS PET SHEDIf the rate 5 stars means excellent then they deserve -5 because zero is too much value for them.Photos in the profile shows nice wide place but the fact will surprise you.Starting from the reception where there is no way of assistance to the unprofessional behavior from the stuff . I met the animal assistance where doctor is big word to use in this subject, however this assistant has high level of attitude acting like i will drive on 80 speed on lane speed 140 because the minimum speed of the street is 80. With no joke this assistant have no clue about what he is doing he will try whatever option available to him robotically without since of logic.And If you want to burn your money go to this shop they are pricey to cover their bills not to provide you services

I had an emergency and PVC staff changed my appointment to have my pet seen the same day. The staff were all very kind and understanding. Thank you for all your kindness towards my doggo as expected he is doing very well and recovering nicely.

Economical than any of my previous Vets in Dubai. The vet himself calls up and takes feedback on the progress and responds to calls which is really great. Highly Recommended, they are the best vets!

The doctor is good explained everything to you about your pet. Their prices is reasonable comparing to other vets in Dubai. Staff are friendly. The groomer is excellent. I take my dogs for grooming there, but in last visit one customer came with her two dogs who started to pee every where on the floor inside the clinic. I informed the staff about it but they seemed fine with it, cleaned some are and left others covered with urine, well this is a veterinary clinic you should care more about the hygiene of the place those animals can be sick and healthy pets may step on their urine and get sick too.

Based on the several experience and complications we had with our Chow Chow, they were the best to diagnose him in all occasions and we were extremely satisfied of the service, all doctors and staff were extremely welcoming and patient, the overall medical service is super great, but they need to appoint a much better groomer.Foods, treats, accessories and medicine are all available.

The name of the vet should change to , Unprofessional aggressive clinic , Aggresive to animal and so unprofessional, the workers inside don’t wear the uniform either the nurse , but the old staff was so friendly and kind and all a sudden last year changed and it was so uncomfortable , they place is small and no air conditioning and crowded + I had years of exprience with them and this is my last + don’t waste ur time and money and come to this place ( friendly advice ) municipality should 100% check that place out and shut it down , and thanks

I wish I can give it 0 stars. They changed the staff and doctors. It is called professional vet? Very ironic. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and aggressive with the animals. I took my cat he was traumatised they couldn’t even cut the nails literally two doctors trying to hold my cat down to cut nails? Are you kidding me? My cat was scared of them. They weren’t friendly at all!!!! They should’ve been friendly so the cat can trust them but nope, they were very aggressive so they can finish the work early to take another patient. If you care about your pet there are many other vet clinics with good professional doctors please try to avoid this horrible place.

I gave my kitten a cow milk, since she dont have a mother, I thought its okay, then I notice shes not moving anymore, so Bring her here in the clinic. They say its critical and cannot asure if my kitten will be still alive. But then they called me next morning and they gave me good news that my kitten is perfectly Fine. And when I visit her in the clinic, shes so naughty and climbing all the time on her cage. Im so happy I trust this clinic

A public clinic vet did not diagnose soki (baby doggo) properly and just gave medication without thorough checking and conducting tests. Soki got worse and we decided to take her to a private clinic. I remember a dog lover telling to check the only clinic in garhoud. Im glad we took soki to professional vet clinic. Dr Sasa, diagnosed her properly and she improved over time, she tested positive for ehrlichia and also another infection in stomach was diagnosed. Staff were friendly and clinic is so neat. There are only few vets who really are passionate with helping animals and you can find these few in this clinic

I rarely give negative reviews, but this time i just have to... Stay away from this clinic. My cat had a full hysterectomy at Professional Vet Garhoud and they couldnt even remove the stitches properly. After the spay she had heat in a month and they claimed that it was normal, and it would happen once. 9 months later, she is still having heat because of a leftover tissue. It was a full hysterectomy!!! they should change their name to UN-PROFESSIONAL VET! Now my cat has to have another surgery because of their incompetency.

ALL PET OWNERS EXTREME WARNING!My cat died at this vet.My cat of 6years fell ill after taking her from grooming due to lack of hygiene; they do not change towels or equipment between pets dog to cat and cat to dog.My cat died there today due to inability to diagnose and negligence. I doubt the doctors have any sort of degree. They do not write notes or even save pet files normally.. Each doctor there gave me a different opinion thats more clueless than the other.Do not take your pets there unless you want another murder at the professional vet clinic.I hope the authorities read this and do a random check. Especially that multiple reviews here talk about murder at the vet.

If I could give zero I would. My cat died today in this clinic. Why? Negligence and incompetence. Spare yourself the agony and take your pet somewhere else. Horrible people, have some decency and empathy. You are dealing with animals, they cannot speak or express; people should have comfort with their vets, not agony from their pets death. You unqualified human beings.

Come here if you want to lose your pet! They are extremely unreliable and seem like they don’t know what they are doing. A friend of mine lost her pet cause they couldn’t diagnose properly! They gave no clear answer for the cause of death!!! Also, they choose to sedate “difficult pets” those that are not cooperating (NOT FERAL) over and over and over again for grooming, instead of trying and calming down the pets!!!! The way I see it, the pet died of negligence, as they again sedated her for the 5th time in 2020!!!! But this time because she had an infection and was on antibiotics her body couldn’t handle it.

THIS PLACE KILLED OUR CAT. WARNING TO ALL PET OWNERS:Our beloved cat had visited this “professional” clinic multiple times only to be returned back home with no diagnosis or issues identified, until her final visit where they had called us back to say she had passed away and to come pick her up!!!!!... this is not the first time I have heard of such horror stories related to this clinic. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE AND IF YOU ALREADY DO, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU SWITCH VETS.

This clinic has far exceeded my expectations. I heard delightful reviews and decided to check them out. I’ve seen the way they treat pets with full care and I am amazed with how eager/passionate they are with animals. I recommend any pet lover to see and observe how much they work to maintain a healthy pet in their store. I’ll surely bring my second falcon there in the near future, as their quality outweighs the price!

Our cat passed away in this clinic due to gross negligence and a horrible case of misdiagnosis. We brought her in multiple times over the last few weeks and were reassured that she was fine and just needed some antibiotics. On her last visit, we received an incredibly apathetic call that our cat was gone . The clinic is highly incompetent. Do not bring your pets here.

I had a perfect experience there, and they were the only one’s that treated my cat. Costumer Service was on point.

Please do not take your pets to this vet. I would never recommend them. Dr. Vladimir gave an excess dosage of Ivermictin to my poor 6 week year old kitten, for her ear mites, and now she is under supervision at a hospital for being extremely weak. This clinic is very cash oriented and will do whatever it takes to make money, including unnecessary medication. My kitten now has very weak hind legs and cannot walk properly. If you love your animals don’t take them to this clinic.

A horrible smelly place, with unfriendly receptionists who dont even look at you when you talk to them. The pets are kept in a closed room which is not even infront of the vets. It feels like a prison. The Vet Dr here messed up my cat, performed a minor surgery without my authorization, declared my cat as safe to go home, no after care, only to discover that in less than few days he had to be rushed back for something even more severe !I am so disappointed because they charged me alot, they didnt take care of my pet, they performed a surgery without my consent, they provided no after care support. When I confronted them, they were not even disclosing the name or contact of their owner. He has accepted the mistake but till now not accepted to refund my money back. I wish there were laws where I can sue the clinic for hiring such unprofessional staff because of who my cat suffered to much. If there was a Minus Star rating, that is what I would give this clinic. THEY ARE PROBABLY ONLY GOOD FOR GROOMING AND VACCINATIONS Because i expect much more responsible behaviour from a VET who I m handing over my pet to! I went there totreat my galah and I asked if they had an avian vet, well they lied and got a very unprofessional treatment for my bird. They did not have the right equipment either so they began trying to make a collar for my bird with some spare plastic which left me surprised.

I swear If I could give a lower rating I would have! We took in a pregnant stray with an infected bite wound. They supposedly took care of the bite wound but didn’t do the most important test for ANY stray cat - FLEV/FIV. Their answer to that was “you didn’t ask for it”. They didn’t even suggest it!!! Professional my foot! Then they spayed her after inducing labor. Kittens were born safe but the surgery they did was worse than a road side wanna-be doctor! Her stiches opened up the very next day. They handed her over without even checking. Of course, the entire thing was infected and actively bleeding by day 2. We rushed her to emergency care at BVH (thank God!) and turns out poor thing was in critical state and even her intestines were about to pop out because muscle tissue was torn! Dying tissue and infection with pus! They charged us 4.5k. I feel we paid for them to KILL her.IF YOU LOVE ANIMALS DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. They are KILLERS.I hope that by leaving this review I am able to warn people and steer them away from absolute barbarians!

I don’t advice any body to leave his pet between a hands that they don’t know even the mercy ,i took kitten just finished one month to check him up ,they did all proper tests ,they found out that he had corona and they told i have to leave him for intensive care tow days , which i did ,they closed the clinic and left alone he was wet ,and freezed from cold and they said this the extra care to pay all that money to die alone they treated him very badly ,i know he had a very serious disease but he died from carelessness and the morning only when they opened the clinic they tried to warm him up after he was already dying from cold ,they are not honest at all and all what they care about is money only ,even i forgot the medicine for another cat at the reception counter they did not bother to call that I forgot the medicine if you really care about your pet don’t take them there
