Overall the best clinic we have had the pleasure of going to. What really has kept going here is the doctors. Both our dogs have only ever been treated here and our beloved 18 years old cat was cared for by the doctors here for most of her life all the way through to her peaceful transition over the rainbow. Everyone from the doctors and nurses to the reception staff have always been professional and shown care above and beyond any expectations. We love you guys. Boo (RIP), Tiifu & Bella :)

I cannot thank Umm Seqiem vets enough they saved my little puppies life! I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and care they gave little Pacha for the 2 weeks she was with them.... Every single member of staff from the doctors to the receptionists truly love animals and were so involved and knowledgeable of everything that was happening - this place runs on the love for animals - thank you so much friends!

We had to take our cat in for a suspected blockage. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist Lori, as we arrived. Dr Milena was quick to see us and handled Gallagher with care and consideration. The only downside (which is relative and I will explain myself) was that after the initial consultation, it took a while for us to get the prognosis. This was due to an emergency with an in-patient and this animal was given priority. As I said, its all relative. This did not upset us, in fact quite the opposite. It gave me peace of mind knowing that if I ever had an animal in an emergency situation, it would be given priority over a non-emergency consult patient. Dr Milena phoned the reception at the earliest convenience to update us as to what was happening, therefore handling the situation as best she could. Soon after that, she reappeared with our cat, explaining the condition, best course of action and what to look out for as well as giving us a time frame in which to expect to see improvement. All in all a very thourough consult. Given that Gallagher was admitted at around 10 pm, the consult and medicine fees were reasonable too. Thank you for your service.

Would highly recommend. Dr Guy helped us out recently with an ear infection. Reception ladies always lovely. We have taken many dogs here over a few years and have always had a great experience.

A caring and professional clinic starting from its super caring and knowledgeable reception team, to its nurses and vets. I’ve been taking my two sickly dogs to Umm Suqeim Veterinary Center for over 5 years and it remains my go-to clinic. It is open 24/7 which is an amazing benefit where as a pet parent I know I don’t need to rush my pups anywhere else in case of any emergency, and we’ve had quite a few of those emergencies.Dr. Monique is an amazing surgeon and while Dr. Malcolm and Dr. Stephanie are our main two (amazing) vets, the other vets are also very good and we have seen them when one our main vets were not available. The clinic keeps perfect records so any vet there can easily check the entire history of the pet at any visit.Highly highly recommend them!

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Umm Suqeim Vet for helping my cat George. After rushing him to the vet with breathing difficulties they took him straight away. They were very open and transparent with the options that was available to me with the limited funds I had. They explained the costs of all the test that needed to be done and which tests were best for Georges current condition. The communication between the night shift and day shift is impeccable. Each vetenarian I spoke to knew everything about Georges condition as if they were the ones who examined George first. They also did follow up calls to see if George was OK. Absolute amazing staff. This is one of the best vet clinics in Dubai. The staff (reception, nurses and all the doctors) are by far the sweetest and most understanding you will ever get to meet. The level of expertise and responsiveness are above par.You cannot find a better clinic for your fur-babies and you can take my word as I have visited quite a lot in the past.

Bad experience. before taking your pet to this vet just look at my review. I took my cat for an emergency at midnight, this vet was my only option. first comparing prices to other vets? TOO EXPENSIVE, second comparing prices with the service? NOT WORTH IT. i love my cat so much. money would never be an issue. but i have taken my cat to alot of vets i’ve never seen a veterinarian have no idea about what he’s doing?? My cat had a fever and a runny nose, he only got an antibiotic injection that is supposed to last for a (week) and i went out with some ear drops that we werent actually there for. my cat was still sicker than ever. that costed 600dhs for consultation and additional 500dhs for the medications. i had to take him back to the other vet i always go to, and surprisingly the veterinarian told me there is no antibiotic injection that lasts for a (weeeek) ??? they did a whole checkup, 2 shots, a covid test and that only costed me 250dhs and my cat is actually getting better. this was my experience at um suqeim vet, as you know this will still be a vet with professionals who can still help your pet (not with me tho lol) I wouldn’t be talking if i have received the service that was worth the money i paid for. thanks for sticking till the end and i hope your pets are safe

After reading the mean reviews I decided to share my experience with the clinic as I never had a proper chance. I want to start by telling all the staff how thankful Im for saving my baby girl Misty. She is safe and doing very well. And yes now we going only to this clinic.My cat was bitten by a groomer in “Pet Lover Dubai Marina” and they brought the cat home in a very bad condition without explaining what happened, Misty was not able to stand or breathe, for us it was clear she is dying. My husband took the car and drove to the umm suqeim clinic as it opens 24/7. They respond promptly and start the observation. I will not go into details about what we were experiencing as it was a nightmare but I never felt safest at any clinic and how much they show love to Misty and to us owners it was feels like we are all in this together, like a big family. Myself, my husband and Mr Balou, our 11 year old shar pei, will always be grateful to their team for saving his life in emergency last weekend. Our beloved dog suffered bloat unexpectedly and their emergency services got recommended to us.Their team response was very quick and incredibly professional. After seeing x-rays, we know that they made a miracle happen and Mr Balou is still with us , recovering. Dr Monique, Dr Guy and Dr Alberto - THANK YOU! Youll always be in our hearts.After seeing some reviews stating that they are money grabbing- what a nonsense. This is a vet clinic with highly qualified staff, not a charity organisation. I have always like this place but last time I went directly at night for a rescued Pomerainen puppy which was not feeling well, the doctor reacted very fast and he was very helpful and made me feel better, although he said that the puppy will not survive and the chances are very low, I left a deposit of 3k for 2 days hospitalization and after 2 Days they said it needs third day and then they said this is Low Sugar in the blood after doing TONS of tests and that the puppy need blood transfer which will cost high and the puppy needs to stay at the hospital for more 4 to 5 Days with a cost daily of 500 AED just for keeping him.I sent my brother to get the puppy which he did and when we went to a different vet consulted another doctor she found out the the puppy is full of Worms inside and that is why when the use to put glucose he use to be fine and then he gets sick again with no power and faint, the Worms was soo big that we give food the worms eat it and the puppy stays sick which was the main reason that the puppy is sick and now he is totally fine whatever was given and said by UMM SQUEIM VET is wrong and I paid full 3,694 AED for no reason and I took the puppy worse than what I gave them I will never ever use this place again 👌

Very professional set up providing a comprehensive range of services. The staff and the vet are friendly and caring individuals and they have been wonderful to our kitties.

This was my first experience at this vets because I had an after hours emergency with my kitty and my usual vets were not open. She came home with a large wound on her leg (turns out it was an abscess). I was very impressed with their service and grateful that they were open so that I didnt have to wait until the next day to get her treated. Many thanks Umm Suqeim vets for being there 24 hours for our fur babies!

He was past the point of no return and when you do not know where to turn, USVC is the only option (24 hours, decades experienced vets)Caution: they are the most premium in town. And from what I found significantly more expensive than other clinics. You get what you pay for, they have hourly analysis of how your pet is doing tracking everything from vitals to behavior to bowels you name it, using tech to do so and very detailed monitoring. My pet was well looked after, his cage constantly cleaned and linen replaced, I was confident from first moment they were the place to save my cat.When it came to the big decision however, the surgery they recommended was triple the cost of the nearest clinic EVC. You do feel you are getting somewhat pressured given their inflexibility on prognosis but I dont blame them for what they recommended was right. I saved a huge amount of money by going elsewhere but nonetheless they were worth ever penny of what I paid for the life saving treatment.

Stay away!! They will rip you off. Greedy, non-compassionate. Its not a clinic, its a money making machine who couldnt care less about the animals they treat. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.This clinic is only all about tricking people and ripping them off. I have already informed all pet owners around me and I would like to deliver this message to anyone else with a sick pet. DO NOT trust this clinic.Whoever is replying to the reviews should know that it is YOU who is absolutely faking everything. My CAT did not have any fractures on his skull/jaw ! It is all evidenced with the other doctor and this is not related to you to know who the doctor is. You must know that am taking this very serious.I do have all the x-rays present and it is being reported to legal authorities for misleading, false diagnosis.I am very sorry for the management of this clinic.You guys instead of fighting with clients because of your own mistakes should infact be feeling ashamed and apologize.

Ginger was in desperate need of help roaming the streets with a massive head wound this summer. Once captured, I took him to Umm Suqeim Veterinary Centre. Dr. Sarah immediately took him in and performed an operation overnight, kept me updated via whats app and gave me information and confidence that Ginger was in very good hands. The follow-up visits during the slow process of recovery were equally pleasant, Dr. Charlene handled Ginger so well. I am very grateful and would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Umm Suqeim Vet for looking after Ginger when everyone had given up on him. The little survivor recovered fully and found his forever loving home.

The clinic is very bad and the doctors who work there are exploitative. I took my cat for three days and was initially treated with things the doctor said about her, and I did not see the treatment, as if I was not allowed to see my cat and this is not logical at all, then the doctor said that if I put the cat in the clinic, I have to pay only five thousand dirhams today, and there are expenses In addition to the days in which the cat will stay ... Praise be to God, I gave the cat because I never trusted this clinic and did not advise anyone to go to it

Overcharged and scammed us, do not take your pet here

By reading several negative reviews, I can unfortunately see some commonalities with what I experienced. Even if money rules the world, I think this clinic should focus more on customer/ patient experience than pure profit - or else it will loose its customers/ patients. I will illustrate my words: 20:30 on Thursday I visited the clinic because my dog was vomiting for several days. Next day I noticed significant scabs in his right ear and asked for free consultation because the vet in charge (Dr Charlene) obviously missed it and this scab did not appear overnight. I was keen to pay for the treatment but I thought this is fair not to pay again the consultation fees of approx. 200 AED given that I paid 2,000+ AED for blood test the day before. I have been told on the phone that ear check was performed hence free consultation was impossible. After arguing that this is 1) untrue - ear check was not performed, only temperature taken but on the opposite ear - and 2) this scab does not come overnight (even if I am pharmacist by education you do not need to be a brilliant physician or vet to realize that), the manager was supposed to reach out to me. Unfortunately, 4 days later no one reached out to me so I went to an other vet who recognized that my dog has fungus which was developing over the past week. This is the proof that this clinic cannot recognize its mistake, profit is the key driver and I can only hope they will realize it soon enough and improve their customer experience asap.

My cat Pepa was hospitalized and treated for upper respiratory infection by Dr Felicity (who received him at night on short notice ), Dr Milena (who kept me updated and explained everything in detail), Dr Sarah (follow up visit) and Dr Malcolm who did another blood test to check for potential kidney problems. Allison, the nurse was just so kind. I also have to commend the lovely Receptionist from the Philippines ( I did not catch her name being a bit anxious at the time) Once again, the team work, excellent communication amongst them and with me, constant follow up and professional caring attitude put me at ease and gave me the confidence that Pepa was in good hands. Thank you for making a stressful experience more bearable. Yet again the team at USVC have done an amazing job and I am very grateful 🙏 can’t praise this team enough !

Expensive prices for treatment without any results

It is a pity that USVC don’t treat people, or at least I don’t think they do. To rate them would be impossible because how many stars would you give for your heart to be mended back. As far as it goes, I rate them the very best in vets & among people – nurses, doctors & admin people alike.I brought Fury to Dr Alberto’s desk after midnight, when he was seizing every fleeting moment. His voice only heard when he snapped back from a seizure as if crying for help and how useless to feel completely unable to do everything to make him feel good again. After having multiple trips to several vets (some better than others) it was seeming as though it was crazy to expect some real diagnosis. Like non-human life was somehow inferior, dispensable. Somehow as soon as Dr Alberto saw him, he sprung to his aid like healthcare people only in TV do. They really do seem to care about animals, so deeply and they are so good at helping them too animals on fours and animals on twos. They seem to understand the stakes, just because someone doesn’t speak, his life isn’t a luxury. From the moment I handed Fury I finally after what seemed an eternity of suffering, I started to believe his paws found a genuine helping hand. When a further call was made in the morning by Dr. Malcolm , it was clear. These people were mighty good at what they do. What followed was very thorough, logical, professional approach and at the end of it – Fury was back home chewing my toe again. Now, to be clear I really don’t want to go back ever again but I genuinely appreciate every single person there – the so kind Lorraine (who said “you can call us anytime you want and your call is never a burden to us”) the most amazing Drs starting from Dr. Alberto, Dr. Malcolm, Dr. Milena, Dr. Stephanie this really nice nurse Fury even peed on (I apologize, I didn’t raise him like that It was all the medicines I assure you) just thoroughly nice and comforting people.I cannot recommend them enough – I think I have been literally everywhere in Dubai I think these guys are absolutely the Avengers of Pet Care (wanted to say Justice League but you know Zack Snyder screwed and Marvel didn’t). There was a moment that night when I rushed to their care carrying a limping body of this tiny boy when I thought I could never smile again and what these guys did so deftly, gracefully and kindly I could never forget.I see some poor reviews, I don’t know anything about these situations and I don’t understand how you can put a value on a life of an innocent being. My experience is that these are the nicest bunch of people I have met and to me you cant get better than them. Some of my friends who are also familiar with them swear by them, absolutely amazing. Thank you to each and everyone who nursed and fixed Fury back into his old self again. He really seems to have put those dreaded days behind him, I will take a lot longer though.

The only thing that they care about is money. when i brought my baby cat to them urgency. they told that “it is street cat, are you willing to give money?” when o said yes, their only concern was how they got more money via tests. In the end they took unneccesary test and did not do anything for cat. cat died they took 2000 dirham. and they didnot do anything to resque cat!!!!

I write this review with a heavy heart, namely because last year when dealing with my elderly dog (14yrs) with renal failure I couldnt fault the support, warmth and professionalism of the clinic during this most difficult of times. For that experience I am truly thankful.Last month when dealing with my other senior dogs mild (suspected) ear infection, I sought vet care. 1st visit I left with a diagnosis and ear drops, which were administered accordingly. Around 10 days later I returned (driving from SHJ) as my dog was completely deaf, stone deaf.Upon consultation the only advice given was that she is an elderly dog and nothing more could be done for her besides an out patient MRI costing in excess of 5K. I was advised that there is/was no proof that she could hear before visiting the clinic and therefore no evidence of the drops causing the issue.I questioned the drops used and was told that this would not cause her to become deaf - It is simply old age. So I (paid) then left the clinic with no treatment plan, a deaf dog and extremely distraught. I even purchased treats at the reception as a last ditch effort at making her feel better/more comfort.My friend who was driving me took me to another vet down the road (EVC) for a second opinion. I showed the said deaf videos to the new Vet and he examined her thoroughly. A micro camera was used to examine her ears and she did in fact have complete blockages in both ears of fluid and small blood droplets - I also sighted the inner canal video taken. He throughly washed/cleaned out her ears, I left with a treatment plan, support, a simple ear wash and pain relief. The whole experience cost me a little more than the visit to the USVC!I sit her today (a few weeks later) with my elderly dog whos hearing has completely returned, she is back to normal and this is all I could asked for. She can hear the rustle of plastic (which means treats) from the other rooms in the house! This I am thankful for.I do hope this review helps someone, I dont want to dismiss this practice. Perhaps I just received a disgruntled person having a bad day. Because this is not the service level I received last year.I only wish I could review the experiences as individual posts. But sadly I must combine them. My original rating was 2 star, but i changed this to 3 stars purely based on the previous interactions with the team and the support I recieved last year.

It was my first and last time there.Charleyne ,one of the veterinary representetives night duty was so rout.Looking after the money only.Just becouse i have 1000 in my walet and she ask for 3000 dhs to be paid the seem time,i dnt have .She insisted so many times to let my cat to sleep.Shame!!Big shame!!And just bring the cage with my cat to take back home with 3 tablets Doxycyclin.. Took my dog emergency to them, I explained to doctor that he is coughing so hard and vomiting white foam, the doctor checked him for 5 mins and suggested to admit him without any necessary check and she gave him injection to avoid vomiting!!! And after that he stayed vomiting the white foam because she couldn’t know that the problem is from the coughing, all the check up tooks 7 mins and its cost me 725 derham without any solution or proper check up , i took him again to sharjah vet the check him properly and they know that he ha throat inflammation thats why he is coughing and throw the white foam and they gave him two injections and one antibiotic, so yes based on my bas experience with Umm suqeim vet i don’t recommended to any one as they charge u high with low quality service

Aslan my cat had a sudden condition related to his heart called aortic thromboembolism (ATE). We took him to USVC as soon as the symptoms started and our experience with them was beyond our expectations. He was in and out for a couple of days and everyone at the clinic was extremely courteous, considerate and professional. They treated him and saved him (for now) and not for one moment they disappointed us. They followed up on his condition even after he was out of the clinic. His condition cannot he treated and we are not sure how many months he has but thanks to them we feel blessed for the extra months we have with him and we truly believe it’s thanks to them. Polite and professional stuff, but only money is priority, you ask them for little charity where you gonna pay part of bills for abandoned or homeless animal and they say cant do it, and that you have municipality for that, plus on top charging you extra because you didnt have appointment, sorry you cant book appointment if you just found injured animal on street...

This is the best vet in the UAE. open for 24h, very responsive, and professional team. super great doctors .. they saved my 6 weeks kitten from fading kitten syndrome. the tests are accurate , and they offer great care for my pet.

I was in a panic yesterday as my rabbit was not acting herself, i got some rude replies from a different clinic when i said i might not be able to make it until the morning, speaking to this clinic on the phone just made me feel better and went there to find the sweetest staff, and even got updates with pictures through the night!!! Which i never got with any other clinic! My baby is now going home with me and am so happy with the experience and the lovely staff ❤️!

Considering all the work they put in I think prices are reasonable. I have been into their kennels which are clean and sanitised, they always have nice beds for the dogs!

I go to check my dying cat.. the dubai municipality comes, they ask me to go down rudely coz municipality will check... they look like panicking, and hiding something... i paid alot of money for critical care and they just tell me my cat died.. it looks like they are good when you are in the clinic but hiding something when you are away

A complete ripoff for nothing.... i understand that businesses should make money, but not like this.. i am a new dog mother, arrived there at 7 am terrified because my dog had diarrhea and was vomiting, they took 700 aed for consultation fee (total bill was +1300), if i had arrived 45 mins later this wouldnt have been the case, i felt they used my lack knowledge in pets to take this amount and push selling some canned food claiming it would help my dog

If google offered rating in ‘-‘ I would have rated -5. We went midnight for our new pup with severe diarrhea, vet was more a rate card rather than a consulting vet physician. Everything she advised followed by the price tag, due to which we were not able to trust her. There was no clinical diagnosis there were only tests, tests and tests. I regret going there. The first thing vet asked was complaints and second thing vet asked was about our budget or financial restrictions. I think treatment should be planned what is absolute necessary and seeing at the patients budget

This is the first time I bring my cat to this doctor. She is little bit older and needed a health check and blood tests. The staff are very caring for her and explained the tests to run and cost. Amazing they gave me blood test result straight away- this does not even happen in human hospitals! I will use this service again in the future.

Great service. My dog ate a bit of chocolate and I had overeacted, I called and the person I walked with was very calm and reassuring. Turns out the amount of chocolate my dog had eaten was harmless. Amazing service.

This hospital wasnt able to provide first aid! Totally unprofessional staff, they cant see obvious things, which even i without any special diploma can see. they want only your money. And its really crazy prices for treatment and health of your pet for them totally doesnt matter. After this people I went to other hospital where at least doctors can help and treatThanks for respondingBut better change your doctors which can at least do first aid!! after visit to your clinic pet couldnt close mouth!!! This is how your professional doctors checked him! And I am not telling that no one at least stopped bleeding!!!!! No any treatment was provided or discussed!!! Your doctors didnt help to pet at all! What a sense to your clinic ?! To get more injure and pay for this money??? People must know what to expect when you are coming in this place! Not recommend. In Dubai a lot of clinics and hospitals for pets which can really help animals.

Always been happy with this vet clinic, the staff are professional right from the receptionists to the Veterinarians. They always treat my pets with care even though I have a few cats with feisty personalities! The prices are comparable if not cheaper than what I used to pay in the UK so no complaints there.

My kitten was on the ground dying, i rushed there and they told me that they wont treat the kittken unless i pay them money first which is around 2000 Dhs, i told them treat the kitten and ofcourse i will pay, the kitten passed away while we were arguing about it, the italian female vet was telling me that if i value my kitten life i should go get money and pay up, they care about the money more than any animal life, do not go there if you value your pet. And ill make a special snapchat review of that place so everyone understand what they really are. I still have videos of the little kitten and it brings tears to my eyes , i feel sadness and rage whenever i see the videos. Thanks to the bad experience i had with them!

I have used several clinics in Dubai and this is by far the best. The Drs are very knowledgeable and have helped several of my animals with complicated conditions in the past.

I was in panic 9:30pm last night, when found my cat laying down so lifeless,,,! In Google search i typed VET 24hrs then I got here. Thank God that my cat is taken care very well, all staffs and doctors are fully reliable by how they monitor my girl at critical time and are keeping me posted her changes and requirements by phone calls whenever needed. Visiting the patient is also very welcoming, the staffs know my baby girl by name, which is amazing. Dr and nurses are all aware of the history of my girl and its treatment by timings. I just pray so badly that my calico will be recovered good enough to come home very soon,,,, her human parents, 11 fur friends and 1 reptile are all waiting for her return so much.

Probably one of the best vets in Dubai. They have saved so many of my cats from the brink of death with excellent surgeries and excellent care. I have been to many vets in Dubai and actually deleted my old 3 star review of this place after seeing the other vets in Dubai. Dr. Stephanie in particular is excellent, she is very kind, truly does care about animals, and is very thorough in her examinations. However, I will admit that this place can be pricey and could lower prices so more people could bring their animals for this kind of care. Also I wish they offered better charity rates for stray TNR’s as their prices aren’t realistic if you want to bring numerous cats in for TNR’s.

The doctor wanted to put the cat to sleep claiming that it’s the best option, I didn’t agree ao they charged me 850 for consultation and ultrasound, I went to another clinic, they gave the cat a shot for 250 dirhams and everything was ok,

Thank you very much for taking care of my pet.Last night I was very scared seeing him in a bad condition after coming back from work. I liked the fact that the diagnosis was done on a step by step process and only the necessary was done rather than shooting my pet with tests and medications which is not uncommon by many clinics as I heard unfortunately.My dog feels good today and I will continue with the medications to finish the course of treatment. As myself being in the medical field I always hate over treatment and I appreciated my last night visit and the care provided.

Worst veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to, every pet that I’ve taken to them was never treated with positive results (unfortunately they’re the only 24hr vet). It’s very obvious that they’re just interested in making profit and have super strict “protocol” when in comes to that.Reply: I’m definitely sure I’m reviewing the right veterinary clinic, I’ve spent quite a lot of money at your veterinary clinic and you should have that in the system.

I have used several veterinary clinics in Dubai and in my experience this is the best. The Drs are the most knowledgeable and skilled as well as being caring, and all support staff I have dealt with are very professional. The only clinic I now trust with my pets.

I have been using USVC for the last 3 years or so, for both my dogs and have been extremely happy with their service.We have had appointments with different doctors as weve used the after hours service as well, and its very comforting to know they are staffed 24/7 with a full vet/nursing team and that the doctors coordinate with the patients progress. You do get what you pay for, and I believe nothing else could compare :)

My cat has an injury on her tail with sutures. She had removed the bandage on her tail and refused to wear the cone. As it was 10pm and our regular veterinary clinic was closed, we visited the 24 hour Umm Suqeim Veterinary Center so that they could re-dress a new bandage for her. Everything seemed fine until today when we had to change her dressing at our regular clinic. Whilst removing the dressing done at the Umm Suqeim center, we realized they had put a soft bandage on the wound (according to them they used this material because they apparently saw no signs of oozing at the sutures) however while it was being removed, the fibers of this cotton-like material had actually stuck to her wound. You can imagine that it was excruciating to remove for my poor cat. Whilst I appreciate the apology from this center as it might have been in their best interest, it was very, very poor judgement to use this material and it put my poor little cat in even more pain and stress. The price of this clinic does not at all balance the job done. If youre looking for a vet, I would personally not recommend this clinic.

I received a health certificate good for upcoming 7 days of air travel in the beginning of July. Our flights were cancelled 6 different times due to COVID and re-booked. We are at a hotel, stuck in Dubai for the time being.Came for the certificate (now 9 days old) to be updated and they demanded I bring the cat for a full examination (which is ok with me) but ALSO to repay the complete fee of 350AED.Due to these extraordinary circumstances we are facing, I think some leniency should be in hand. Flight cancellations due to COVID, along with the fact that I received the same price of paper 9 days ago, should be enough reason to not extort money from us.Very disappointed with how this was handled by the vet. I paid 350AED and received the same exact piece of paper with a different date. It all took 10 mins to complete.UPDATE: In reference to the response from the vet; I understand an examination was in order for a new piece of paper. That it took a total of 10 mins, under the circumstances that I already paid 9 days earlier, given all that is going on, I would have expected and appreciated a bit more flexibility on your part. To show a bit more empathy towards your clients. Read the reviews on this vet and this is not an off chance encounter. This is a systematic pattern of profits > people. You can still refund me either partially or fully, please reach out for my bank details. Thank you

Update:Your response is only hustle and aggressive just to drag the attention away from the fact the you take the opportunity of emergency, and if life saving service is needed it cost thousands, this is the main point. The other point your vet mishandled the poor animal and what ever you want to review it is your call but will not change what happened or how I perceive you, not only myself but many others.Especially after your response , I have added other poor criteria as well, so unprofessional.. you just chose to assume my complain is untrue, I would only say the truth and I only said very little ..————————————————————-I would also share my bad experience; though I readI the reviews about the pricing and other aspects, I did not had time to look further after my vet emergency number did not respond.I don’t want to comment on why there is no welfare charges for stray cats .. but the services are so overpriced, so when people who try to help many stray cats from their own money fail to find other place except this vet they will be paying a fortune.. I can’t justify how life saving treatment for poor stray would cost all these thousands ! And if it’s the only way to save a poor life your concern still on money not the poor animal.The vet who was on duty mishandled the small kitten as if he’s handling an object & gave an injection which is not the right to her case.Such a bad experience, in the future even if it’s the only option I will not step there again..

Great clinic! Everything was orderly and timely as per my appointment. I had Dr. Stephanie who was an absolute pro as normally my small dogs aggressive to most who touch/hold him.Service is amazing but the prices are a bit high, in my opinion. I understand its due the location of the clinic and the high demand for veterinary care so a note of precaution to look at to your budget and the urgency of your case, the price may or may not be reasonable.

What a wonderful veterinary centre this is! I cant rate it highly enough. We have two dogs and a cat who are now registered here and each member of the clinic couldnt be more caring. Drs Monique and Malcolm are one in a million vets who practice with patience, loving care and humour. Your pet is in very safe hands here!!

The worst experience that any pet owner can have. The staff here are not interested in the pets well being but in the money. They are not professional, let alone well trained. And before doing any first aid to your pet they will ask you to do at least half a dozen test. Most of them useless at that given time and situation. I strongly advice you not to go.

I brought my pug here and he was diagnosed with giardia. He was put on treatment and after the course of treatment I asked if he had to return for a follow up which they said no need.6 weeks later and he now had an inflamed pancreas because the virus was still in his system. The treatment had not worked and after me questioning a follow up I was told no. Their lack of due care and attention has caused so many issues and my puppy is still in hospital (another vet) being treated on a drip for now over 5 days.I’d never ever bring my pets back here.*Just to respond to your response: I am fully aware of where I brought my dog and he was treated by you. You doubt he account of what happened which is concerning but hardly surprising. I asked the vet does he need a follow up and the vet said NO. I questioned it as there are 2 dogs in the household and the vet said neither needed to be retested.It is a complete derelict of care from your side.My dog has only just been released from hospital after being there for 5 days and he has to go through the treatment again. I will learn from my mistakes and never bring him to your care again. *

We have had consistently excellent service from this place since we started bringing our pet puppy here 10 months ago. He had a bit of a rough start due to a series of infections and so we had to make multiple visits to US Vets, including an emergency trip in the middle of the night. All of the vets that we saw were extremely professional, thorough and sympathetic, and not once did we get the impression that we were being overcharged. For all those moaning about the prices, the fees are comparable to what you would pay in the UK. That is what good health care costs - if you can’t afford it, don’t get a pet.

Sure not! They called it Trauma, instead of looking to the toungue and understand that it was Damaged.2- a falling cat will be subject to Jaundive and liver problem, did the doctors propose to treat the cat with Samylin? Again that was not in their mind, the focus is to inform the pet owner about a highly charged surgery!4- did this hospital doctors try to propose antibiotics to the cat?5-the operation for a dislocated Jaw costs max 800AED not 8000AED. And within the first 2 hours of the insident the Jawcould be relocated easily!Long Story short, i think you probably need to review the purpose of doing this Job and not hide behind it.The problem is that you still trying to make more business by trying to fill my gaps and not focus on yours!

After a bad experience at another vet I was anxious to bring my cat in to be neutered. The Dr was very understanding and offered to show me where she would be staying for the day, and the room where she would have her surgery. I was happy to see that cats are kept separately from dogs to make their stay less stressful. I also saw the room where she would have her surgery too. I was called when she was waking up from her procedure, and because the staff knew how anxious I was they sent me a little video of her eating not long after! Overall I was very impressed with this e facilities and the communication from staff, especially since they knew how worried I was! Thank you for taking good care of my baby!

On February 2019, our beloved Labrador, Bear was diagnosed with a life threatening disease and in the matter of a few hours she fainted at home. We rushed her to Umm Suqeim Veterinary Clinic where they examined her and ruled out all the possibilities until they found out what happened to her.Before we began treatment, they explained the costs involved and it was completely up to us if we wanted to proceed- they are extremely professional, honest and transparent!We, of course, proceeded and she had a team to look after her day and night for a week with amazing nurses and doctors who nursed her back to recovery even after her slim chances of survival! Our prayers came true because of the outstanding doctors at this Centre. Every day we are so thankful that our bouncy girl is there to greet us good morning.Even after the traumatizing memories Bear had at the clinic, she still runs back into the veterinary centre as though she’s at home.Thank you Dr. Charlene and team!

Our 10 year old pug suffered heat stroke. We brought her to the vet at 2am in an absolute panic. When we arrived everybody was waiting for us ready to treat Coco. We were explained the treatment process as Coco was in critical condition. The team were very professional and compassionate to Coco but also to us. We were sent video updates of her progress which was extremely comforting together with phone calls and next treatment steps. We cant thank the team enough for saving our Coco. No amount of many can replace a much loved family member.

My puppy could not use her leg after falling off the couch, so I rushed her in for an out of hours appointment at Umm Suqeim Vets. I was very concerned that she had broken something since she was so painful. They managed to take some X-rays after giving her some pain meds and thankfully nothing was broken. I was very pleased with the prompt treatment and diagnosis, and most importantly that I didn’t not have to wait until morning to get her pain medication! Many thanks Umm Suqeim Vets!

Consistent and quality pet care - with caring and dedicated highly skilled vets, great nurses and polite staff. I have always trusted their advice and care of my pets - I’m a regular customer since they opened many years ago and have never ever had any need to look elsewhere for veterinary care.

Always been very happy with the treatment my fur babies have received here. Staff genuinely care about the animals and not all about money as others claim. The clinic is the only clinic open 24hrs in Dubai (and UAE?) with Dr, nurse and even receptionist in case of emergency, so of course you going to pay little bit more than clinics who are only open 9-5. If people only care about money instead of getting good treatment for their animals then they should go to a cheap clinic and not complain about paying for top notch care by highly trained staff!!

Umm Suqeim Veterinary Centre take excellent care of my fur babies. They are informative about any procedures that might be necessary both over the phone and in person. They have a personal caring touch when looking after both my cats and ensure they provide the best quality to them and myself.
