The clinic in general is very clean and has friendly staff and you can look at camels and peacocks while you there! what is most important Is the visit at the clinic really helped my cat in the long run. I came to the clinic with my rescue kitten who had ongoing digestive problems since birth. With my previous vet visits at other clinics i was only able to receive short few days solutions for my cat issues. With doctor Mafalda i received a proper treatment, she took time to explain to me the whole reasons for my cats ongoing problems and helped me understand better how to take care of him so he doesnt get sick again. Thank you again!

Took our cat for an x-ray and consultation it was an emergency.Excellent Doctor, nice facility and professional staff 👍I would rate it with 5 starts if it was not pricey.

We had a referral letter to get a x ray done for our pet. We got our x ray done but no details of the results of the x ray. No physical image either. They wanted to charge us for the conclusions of the X ray stating a consultation is required to provide details of an same. Just here to make money and not care about your pets. Go to other places for X rays.

Very unprofessionalEmergency service took 2 hours for my dog to be attended and they charged me extra. When picking up my dog I waited another 2 hours because of a mistake in the bill that I discovered when doubting the amount which was more than double the estimated amount!My dog died last night only after a week of a 7k aed treatment that was clearly uneccecary. I could have been told take your dog to die in peace instead of all this money making business.I received a call today from a manager who was only trying to resolve an outstanding payment and didnt care much when I told her my dog passed away last night

I had a surgery for a genetic defect its the only place I found to perform her surgery, it was due December 5th, surgery went well and her treatment was 15 days now , they told me the surgery will cost 2,000AED and today they want 3,000AED more for the discharge.Its a total 5,000AED they should have told me that much from start.Now I cant take her out from there until I pay 4,000AEDHer name is luna.I cant get her out.

Its the worst experience and like a nightmare that we brought our cat in this hospital. We brought him for a broken leg, took 4000 dhs to do the operation,after my cat operation not allowed to visit him.1 week after my cat operation when we called the hospital they said that our cat is dead due to virus. And still wants from us money. From a broken leg, turns out to be death of my cat.Very bad. They dont know how to value life. Never trust this hospital. They want only money. 👎👎

One of the best Veterinary Hospitals in the UAE. They performed Juvenile Pubic Symphysiodesis Surgeries for two of my German Shepherd puppies Kara & Kiara. Doctor Stanislav Vyrva is an amazing orthopedic surgeon. Even the cost of surgeries were very reasonably priced.They have an amazing team Miss.Nacera, Miss.Ailene, Mr.Tom, Mr.Niyas & Mr.Safdar. They are very professional & extremely polite. Especially Miss.Nacera & Miss.Ailene are very welcoming.

I was very impressed with Marisel who I found to be very loving and kind. From the time I walked into the clinic today, she did her best to make me feel comfortable. We took our dog for neutering today morning. A routine procedure as per all vets and he is a healthy pup so no reason to worry. But this hospital gave me a very big reason to worry when they returned his collar and leash saying bring it tomorrow but seconds later our dog runs out of the hospital. How do I trust someone who cant even guarantee to return our pets? The staff are not equipped to deal with pets. If a pet runs out, there is no barrier to stop them. Extremely unsafe and careless.

Amazing vets, amazing staff100% responsive and friendlyI am extremely happy for the service given by dr stats to my rescued cat and the way they handled his case when most of the vets told that he wont make it and might pass away.Zabeel vet gave a hope and my cat was all fine after a week and required medication given asap so that he starts to show progress and he is all healthy and happy now.I highly recomend zabeel vet to all those who are worried for their pets and lose hope n give up. Zabeel vet can help your pets by giving them right dose of medication at right time. As even my cat suffered due to wrong diagnosis at other vets and later we found he just had stomach issues and was not able to digest food. Please if you are worried and feel no vet is able to solve issues of your cat just rush them to zabeel vet they are all professional and start giving the right medication same time.

Very luck that Dr. Lukas Juszkiewicz is in town and he performed a very difficulty picture perfect orthopedic splint insertion into the broken leg bone of my chattering lory (Lorius garrulus) - Zabeel Veterinary Hospital s with any doubt one of the best specialized avian hospital you can find in the UAE.

Our very ill dog was referred here for an MRI. When he was returned to us 3 hours later than scheduled, he was whining in pain. We asked the doctor there, who seemed like someone who doesnt care about animals at all, and he nonchalantly said that our dog is just dreaming. We rushed him back to our vet clinic to find that during his time at Zabeel his catheter was never opened to let him urinate and our poor dog was in excruciating pain because of it. The lack of care here was just shocking.

We did not have a good experience here. The vet was very late to the appointment, didnt greet me or apologize for being late and then spent the entire visit talking to the nurse and telling her what was wrong instead of speaking to me. We will not be returning.

Dr. Bane and his team are reliable and helpful. Ive brought my cat which was very sick. And they’ve assisted me and helped me understand my cat’s situation. Now, Adonis is all well.

Visited Zabeel Vet Hospital with our 7 year old pug on Nov 2019 and Dr Lucas was prompt with his diagnosis of her condition. Though she was supposed to have a minor surgery for her umbilical hernia.. her blood results were not positive and hence could not proceed with the procedure. We also appreciate the follow up service offered by Dr Bani as well. We thank you for your service to our senior dog and her well being. Must say that charges are slightly high for the service provided.

The vet was good. the reception and the nurse were excellent and very helpful. only thing, my cat was asked to be kept for 10days for a fracture surgery on his jaw and was given antibiotic injections. Which pushes the cost further high. thus a big blow to the affordibility factor.Thanks

Took my cat for a routine check up and asked the vet (a Serbian man) to cut his nails while we were there. He asked me to step out of the room. When I heard my cat screaming I immediately opened the door to find the vet and his male assistant trying to restrain my poor cat. I said that I didn’t want to cut his nails in this way and my cat ran to me in fear. The vet told me I was spoiling him. Rude and cold towards animals, not to mention overpriced. Very poor. Took my cat to Paws and Claws a couple of weeks later and a guy there (Dominic) cut the nails whilst my cat sat on a seat in the shop, absolutely no restraint necessary. Big difference between the two.

I just went one timeMy cat is broke her fingers after the X-ray the Doc told me She has to do the operation which put the pin inside the bone it’s need almost 7k AED .it’s too much for me and I told them I might come back afterAfter that the attitude is totally 360 degree 👇 I try to ask if they can do cheaper cuz the cat is adopted The doc told me if I ask they goona charge me more with angry face 😠I paid 830AED for only X ray and checking fee and I leftI called more than ten pet clinic ask if they can do operation All of them told me No need todo operation just plaster is enough cuz the cat is still small and the finger bone is so tiny Big operation might hurt herI spend only 350 AED for everything including plaster and medicine and nutrition for growing boneNow it’s been 20 daysmy cat totally healthy and jumping normally

I made the mistake of not paying heed to the reviews. I thought being associated to a name like Zabeel they would be professional. Instead they have assistants and vets totally unqualified to treat animals. The vets and assistants at the DM clinic are more professional, qualified and clever to deal with pets than this unqualified bunch who believe they have a right to mistreat our pets and have the audacity to call them vicious when in fact the pet gets aggressive due to the treatment they received!

Very satisfied with the service. Dr Stas is very good vet. The prices are a little higher however worth it to ensure the best care for your pet.

I dont usually write such bad reviews but since its about a pets life I feel the need to put it out there. Pathetic place. Just a fancy clinic with such rude staff including the Vet. In my 5 years of visits to vets in different cities have never come across any vet who has muzzled my dog for a ear infection, that too with a RAG !!! My pet wasnt aggressive , was just scared but dint growl or bark or anything of that sort but this was how she was handled. I dint get my dog treated there, the way they handled her was enough for me to just run away. This was my experience with one Vet not sure about the others though.

Professional service and terrific care

If you love your pet then dont let the vet there give your pet any injections without measuring its weight and calculating a proper dose. My tortoise was given 2 injections with improper doses and died few hours later. There was no batteries on the weight scale and the vet just assumed its weight.Unethical and unprofessional.Dont make this ignorant mistake again

A groomer found ear infection straight after seeing doctor who told my puppy is fine and maybe I should shower less so he won’t scratch so much!!! Came back pointing to the ears to re-check with a doctor and he’s like “ Oh Yea hmm, a little infection..” and after all charged again as a normal appointment and got upset when I told that’s unfair! Rip off. Obviously not even looking on the regular check up. Thanks to my groomer my dog is getting treatment.
