I am extremely happy and grateful to the whole team, a special thanks to Dr. Ahmad who did miracles with my 11 year old cat who has Chronic Kidney disease and is in the last stage and had stopped eating for 3 days, even though I kept going back and forth to other vets, they gave me medicines and did some flushing all in vein. As I was not seeing any improvement in him, I took the advice and recommendation from a friend and went to see Dr Ahmad in Noble, it was the best decision I made, my cat finally seems better and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad and the Clinic have genuinely a good and skilled extended team to support your fur baby

On Christmas day we found a stray kitten in the car, it got caught up with the radiator fan.We managed to get it out and called all around Dubai and unfortunately everything was closed. In the morning we went to a vet. We were recommended to go to Noble by the doctor at Winterfell Veterinary.We went to Noble and explained to Elaine at front desk the situation they gave good value for money on the care and treatment.They were excellent in their management for the kitten who we decided to call Rambo the kitten as he soldiered through a few fractures.We have been pleasantly surprised at how honest and reliable this clinic is and we have decided to care for Rambo and use their clinic for ongoing care.Thank you for your care and attention. You were upfront with all costs and services and you didnt do any unnecessary treatments.

My cat carrier was left at the vets in January after a rescue cat was adopted. Ive never seen the carrier again despite a 45 minute visit, several calls and messaging. Staff seem unhelpful and uninterested. I will not be related to this practice again.1 receptionist even assured me they were looking for my carrier which had my name on it however she wasnt even interested in taking my name. Very bizarre.Since writing this 1 week ago I have been informed that if I dont take this review down the clinic will stop helping stray cats. What is this behaviour? Maybe invest your time and energy into proper customer service and complaint handling rather than harassment and threats.

I would recommend this clinic for anyone who has a dog or cat in Dubai! The staff are very friendly and Dr Soheyl was amazing to my cat Hanna. She is a rescue cat and usually gets really aggressive and stressed when we visit for her treatments, But she was way calmer and relax at Noble Vet clinic. They offer a wide range of packages and services and products.

If you have emergency situation for your pet dont your waste time with this clinic I tried to call the clinic so many times ,their secrateris even doesnt bother to help me , I told her its emergency and I need talk to doctor she said to me you can send an email and guess what its 4 days passed and until now dr didn reply me .I went to this clinic 2 or e times before but I found same situation in the reception, 4 ladies sitting there but they dont bother themselves to even reply your hi .

Based on my personal experience and maybe they are good with other customers, I received a call from them few days back for my dog vacincation, I was surprised as I never do my dog vacination at this clinic, so maybe they took copy of my dog card while doing grroming once at their place!! nevertheless I asked the lady if she can book as well for full grooming and she said yes, so I booked for Saturday 5th at 10:00 am for vacincation and grooming, after driving 30 minutes going to their place, at the reception that lady advised no booking is available, we booked you for 12th of September!!!!!Based on what? you called me and I never called you? you said during the call will send you a message and you never did???????no apologies and not even trying to find a slot available!!!it seems customer always right theory doesnt exist at this place,will never come to this place again,again maybe they are good with many other customers but my experience was not so briliant!!!!

We had a great experience with our annual vaccinations for 4 of our cats. The Dr. was very professional and took great care of them.We also decided to get 3 of our cats groomed at the same place and it was our first time grooming them so we were nervous. However, they really took care of our cats and the results were amazing! So happy we chose Noble Vet.

I am really happy with Noble Vets, appointments are always on time and its always service with a smile. Chip loves going there and even for his vaccinations!! Would really recommend them.

I have been taking my cat to this vet clinic for past 4 years.Dr Vladimir is very patient and caring with my cat.He keeps in contact with me to update vaccinations yearly.Staff are lovely and friendly.Overall atmosphere at the clinic is very nice and modern. Calming music plays.There is a pet shop connected to the clinic so if you need to buy anything for your pet it is easily available :)

I took my cat Zara here recently. Overall, the experience was good but there is a minor detail worth writing about. I called up just before the appointment to check the prices and was quoted ~200DHS for a consultation/checkup and ~50DHS to trim my cats claws.On the day we saw Dr. Soheyl and he was friendly and informative about the problem my cat was facing (skin issue on forehead potentially linked to a pancreatic issue). He suggested getting a blood test and we agreed for the safety what-if factor of the cat. Everything was fine, and the results came back within a reasonable period of time.However, when it was time to pay the bill we couldnt help but silently scoff in disbelief. The consult & claw trimming was as expected, however was additionally charged a ~800DHS (combination of 3 different charges) fee for the blood test. Look, at the end of the day we consented for the blood test, but looking back, for something this expensive we feel it wouldve been appropriate for the vet to caution us of the price.Ideally, we should be on the ball questioning all potential charges, but I guess this caught us off-guard as in the moment we were only thinking of our cat. The vet took 49DHS off the bill for the claw trimming; this was nice but didnt really affect the magnitude of the bill. I guess the point of this post is to warn others of this, but at the same time commend Noble Vet on their clean facility, nice front-desk staff and good doctors.

I took my bunny to the vet at this place and had good service which worth more than what I paid. and the doctor was very friendly and provide us much advice.

Noble Vet have been my go-to vet for over 1 year and they are amazing. Their staff is polite, professional and very dedicated. Dr. Ahmed is our regular vet and he is always so great with our animals. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent care - even going as far as following up personally on special cases or just to be sure that your pet is recovering nicely at home. They will also make sure you only have to do what is necessary for your animal instead of trying to run up the biggest bill possible to make a profit. They are an honest clinic who genuinely care for your animals well being and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new family favorite. They also do a lot of work with local animal charity groups which is a huge plus in my book!

This was our first time visiting the clinic as we recently moved near the area and one our cats had an emergency with her teeth. We were impressed with how Dr. Ahmed dealt with her case, he didn’t recommend unnecessary tests for her case and was able to diagnose her quickly. Also, the way the staff dealt with my super nervous cat was impressive, she is very sensitive but seemed quite comfortable at the clinic.

Am new to the clinic but so far highly impressed with level of service and depth of knowledge. We are beginning a comprehensive course of treatment with Dr Soheyl and so far he’s excellent. We discovered the clinic by accident as coincidentally the groomer in the same building used to be our local groomer but he moved and we have followed him as we regard him as the best in Dubai

We used Noble Vets for our dogs vaccinations, and we were super happy with them. They were cheaper than any of the other vets, and it included a full health check. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are amazing. I would highly recommend their services.

We saw Dr.Ahmed at the Noble veterinary clinic for our cat Minnie several times, especially for situations that were a little abnormal. Each time he was extremely kind and informative. He took his time explaining the situation, giving all possible outcomes and what he recommends. Weve been to many vets here in Dubai but for once it felt like he genuinely cared more for the wellbeing of our cat rather than making money for the clinic. Even if we had questions later back at home, he would take his time to call us back and patiently address our concerns. The receptionists and aids are also extremely lovely and friendly towards all the clients which makes the clinic an extremely welcoming place. I would highly recommend it for proper and thorough care of your pets.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. They don’t stick to their words and they charge different prices than what they mentioned initially. They told us a price on the phone and after our visit they charged a very different amount. And when you ask to speak with the manager they completely ignore you and they are careless about your concerns. They charge you extra for very small simple tasks which I could do myself. And some costs, for no reason at all. A private doctor to come to my house and treat my pet is cheaper. But unfortunately he was not in the country.

There should be one concern for any vet clinic and it’s to make sure that pets come out from it feeling better and recover from anything the clinic can help with. On the other hand, this clinics motive is just to gain more money !! And as per my knowledge when any clinic cause or make any mistake they should act responsibly towards it not throw it on the pets owner. Will never recommend this clinic unless you don’t want you pet to live!!!

Every member of staff, from the receptionists to the vets ensure a high level of personalized care. Go there for all my pets needs since the first visit and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Also highly recommend Dr. Soheyl as he educates the pet owners while providing excellent care for our Arya.

Our cat had a surgery and we were advised to buy her a protective cat dress as apparently it was much better than a cat cone. I asked several times if it is better and the lady at the reception assured me that it was so I paid 100 AED and baught it. Now one day and besides her suffering by wearing the dress the cat ripped it off and made a huge mess. A cat cone would have certainly been the better option and cheaper as it is only 5 AED in a pet shop. The vet charges almost 50 for it. Not happy at all.

So pleased and happy to visit especially this vet clinic in Dubai DIP. The puppy who had Parvo virus and was almost to die was saved because of all their efforts much appreciated Doc Pedro who is a REAL vet doc and his priority is first to save lives.I advise this clinic to all!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This clinic work tirelessly to help rescue groups. They never refuse any emergency animals. The doctors love a challenge and use cutting edge treatments and think outside the box. They have saved my elderly shnauzer and worked with me to keep my bills down for her treatment. They are not my usual vets and I only went in the first time because we found a stray. Now they are my go to vets. There is a clinic manager always on site and shes super helpfull if u have any concerns. Highly recommended.

We brought Amaia for vaccination and she arrived trembling. But the doctor was able to clam her down and she did just fine. Noble veterinary clinic is Amaia’s first ever clinic when we were still staying at DIP. When we left DIP we changed clinic due to distance but we eventually returned back to where we used to. Kudos to Noble Veterinary Clinic Team!

The manager of this clinic is a business women who charged us double the price of what was told to us initially and refused to discuss and told us our cat can’t be released unless we pay the price. They kept our cat for 3 days and told us this was necessary and told us a different price to what they charged in the end. In the end they charged us a huge amount of money and she refused to explain herself.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, i do not recommend this vet clinic to any one, all they care about is money, they did an initial surgery for my dog and then one of the nurses accidentally removed the stitches which called for another surgery for the same expensive amount, although its their incompetent fault they had to redo the surgery, however after we settled the amount in full when we went to pick up the dog they asked for an extra 3300. Such a horrible experience, and even after all those surgeries my dog is still is unwell.

I have been loyal customer for 2 years bringing 5 of my cats.Every time I was charged differently. Never taking again. There is hundreds of vet clinic out there with decent prices, I was charged double today for the same service and same vaccine.

I recently visited this centre with my dog Sky! Hes 15 years old and was in a lot of pain. Everyone has been so professional and attended to Sky with the utmost care and attention especially Dr Lidia. Sky is doing a lot better and we are so pleased with the treatment he received. A big thank you to everyone at NVC for all your help.

Yesterday was my first visit to Noble Veterinary Clinic and Im honestly amazed.....amazing, friendly, and professional staff. In addition they have their own in house shop for pets accessories and food items.

Ive gone to this clinic for the past 2 years and was always very pleased with the service provided. The vets and vet techs are great. However, I strongly recommend you do not go to them for pet export needs. The clinic staff do not understand the procedures. Worst yet, it seems they intentionally mislead and use scare tactics to pressure you into using their recommended (and astronomically expensive) pet transporter, snoopy pets. Very disappointed as of late.

We have taken our 3 cats and a dog to noble over the years and have found their service and duty of care to be the best we have experienced in Dubai. The animals are excellently treated and the doctors understanding and informative. i would recommenced this clinic to anyone with a pet living in Dubai

After so many disappointments with other pet clinics, we finally discovered the Noble Vet Centre and the life of our rescue cat Lizzy was saved.Very happy with Dr Damjan who did his best to help her recover from seizures and grow into a healthy young cat. Definitely recommend ❤️

Simply an outstanding experience and a delightful change from another clinic I visited last. Dr. Solely takes immense care and makes the pet and the owner absolutely comfortable. I believe finally I have found a clinic which values pet care over any thing else. I was accommodated within minutes as a walk in customer as my dog had an allergy. I was given detailed guidance on prevention and care. Lastly they are reasonable in their charges.

Consulted Dr Soheyl for our pug. He identified her thyroid issue in a single visit and cured her skin condition immediately- it just restored our faith in having our pug completely cured which never happened before. Slightly pricey but worth the visit. Thank you for your excellent service!

She kept having issues eventhough she had been treated by another vet before.We gave Noble vet another chance as we did hear many good stories and good vets are hard to find.This time around everything went smooth and we felt comfortable and so did our dog. We appreciate it a lot that Dr Soheyl also didnt push for any treatments but took the time to diagnose what is wrong and listened to what we had to say.Definitely a very happy customer and a happy dog! From now on we will be using Noble vet as our only vet!Thank you Noble vet!!

I have always had good experiences with Noble Vet Clinic. Tattoo has been visiting Noble for the past 4 years. His most recent procedure was a dental cleaning which went very well. Dr. Soheyl is very knowledgeable and personable. The staff know Tattoo by name. Tattoo recently developed allergies and Dr. Soheyls treatment protocol worked like a charm. Thanks Noble!

When I had revisited after 2 weeks of treatment for a problem with my cats back paw the vet seemed to not believe me when I said that I was applying the cream and betadine and was only taking the collar off for a few hours a day when I was present.The dermatologist vet was very good and identified the problem but I felt like I had mistreated my cat when I knew I had been doing everything to get him well.After 5 weeks of treatment, I discovered the reason he is not healing is due to him being provided with the wrong size of collar cone - he has been able to lick his paw and spread the infection on his leg the whole time. The collar was provided by the clinic who should know what size to use.When I wrote to the vets about this, they replied saying it would be a good idea to get him a larger cone so that he cannot lick the leg !!

We brought our cat who was not eating properly within 24 hours of noticing.1. Doctor and management pumped her full of anti biotics instead of medicine, no appetite enhancers.2. Admin and doctor scared us into believing she wouldnt survive.3. After almost 2 weeks of her health deteriorating, we moved her to a much better clinic,where she was properly diagnosed and back home within 3 days.4. There is a deep corner in hell for people who malpractice, misdiagnose, and manipulate people for financial gains.Do yourself a favor and dont go here if your pet isnt eating.

I recently visited Noble vet due to Quen skin allergy and lost of appetite despite of a short notice the staff managed to accomodate us. The staffs are very friendly and professional.Doctor Lydia instantly saw what was wrong to Quen and provide immediate medication. Quen now is doing well though he is still under observation.I will definitely recommend Noble vet to all the animal lovers out there. The place is clean and safe with spacious parking. From booking the appointment, to making me feel like my Darko is in safe hands, it was the best experience for me, and Darko,my doggie, was happy too. I will say that I get a bit too worried and slightly paranoid about my dogs comfort and treatment, however Sherrice at the reception was very helpful and answered my queries. I recently adopted Darko and Im glad we managed to find our forever vet clinic.
