I have been raising dogs and cats since ever.This is the most commercial vet I have ever seen.Please avoid them, they order unnecessary tests just to make you pay an extra money.They promised a call back from the vet to explain and that didnt happen either

We loveee this place for grooming! (Shih Tzu Dog Owner) Jay is the groomer we use & I have recommended him to my brother who has Saluki Mix & is very particular to groom as he gets it done lesser than me. Even he loved him! There is one small hiccup as their appointments are alwayssss full upto a month at a time :( Unless it’s a grooming emergency which I have had & thankful they accommodated me It’s great for someone who knows their schedule after 2 months but I’m not like that & I thought I will call a month before to book but it doesn’t work out. I had to forcefully take 2 appointments to see which one works out once I’m closer to the date. Other than the booking thing, they have great staff & amazing place! Would recommend them 👍🏻

Had the pleasure of sending our poodle to Pets health to get groomed and I must say very well done. Some groomers miss certain stuff out but I was very pleased with the outcome. I booked for a full session; ears were cleaned, teeth was brushed and my stud muffin cut was handsomely done! Price was great as well! The groomer even sent me pics before and after which was lovely ! Thanks again !!!

The staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful, they also do such an amazing job when it comes to grooming. We like bringing our cats to this clinic. Dr. Lazar is very professional and gentle with our cats. We never had any issues and we feel our cats are well-taken care of here.

It’s my first time to visit vet clinic and I feel so lucky I found the best one. It’s nearby my apartment. All the staffs are so friendly and professional. Veterinarian always give me good advice and Ofcause their treatments for my cat is always make him feel comfortable. Isn’t it the most important for your pet? Since I adopted my cat, all vaccinations/de-worm and neutering are done by Pet Health. I don’t have to worry about anything. Even now all my cat food/toys I bought from them.

I started using this clinic out of pure luck. Move close to silicon and after looking for a vet in the area I found them.All the Vets and their team make sure your comfortable and are very attentive. The place is clean, their check up rooms are also very clean. Good job to all of you.

I took my dog there a couple days ago. He needed to have the kennel cough shot. My dog also needed grooming, so I had also asked the groomer that was there if he had a slot open that day, he did not as he was fully booked. The next day I had pet groomers from another company come to my house to bathe and groom my pet. The pet groomer found out about my pets kennel cough shot after the grooming and he told me that my pet should not have a shower after the kennel cough shot for at least 3 days. I was shocked the vet did not tell me this and obviously I was worried. So I called the clinic to speak to vet and the receptionist had no idea how to respond to any of my questions then afterwards he said the vet will call me back because she has another appointment, and she never called me back. That’s the last time I will ever go to this clinic. I ended up calling another clinic and they helped me with all my questions.

I found out about this clinic just as it opened and have been taking my White Shepherd, Rocky, to it since. Ironically, not for the vet services, but rather for grooming as Jay Gonzales is the chief groomer there. I met Jay about 9 years ago, in 2013, and he has pretty much been the sole groomer for Rocky ever since. In the early days since meeting him, I observed him along with several other groomers in the same organization as well as others, as well as some professionals on youtube - mainly cause I wanted to learn but also because I wanted to evaluate if whoever was grooming my dog was worth their salt.A few months down the line I was fairly certain that he was one of the best pet groomers, if not THE BEST I’d ever seen. Today, as we close in on 10 years of having known each other I can proudly say that Jay is no longer the guy I recommend to anyone I know with dogs (or cats for that matter), rather he is a friend. And what’s more is Pet’s Health clinic through it’s fantastic employees and the professionalism and courtesy it extends to all its clients ensures that I, in addition to everyone I’ve referred, will remain loyal customers for years to come.

Dr Lazar is very good and professional.The place is very clean and the clinic is very beautifully done.The downside is they are a bit expensive but not anymore expensive than other vets of the same standard.

We have ordered a travel kit for our dog who is flying soon. The reception confirmed by email that we can come today at 3 pm to collect it. We drove all the way to Dubai Silicon Oasis just to find out that the kit is not ready and wont be ready by Saturday (maybe). When we asked the reception why we were not informed, her response was: I informed the manager. We then tried to arrange an alternative but after approx. 30 mins realised that the reception lady doesnt understand what is a travel kit and what should it contain. Very dissapointing to waste our time and money without even apologies.

Jay, did an excellent job of taking care of our baby. He went in cute and came out squishy cute. The staff is very professional, and polite.We received pictures of our baby, and it was something new and meant that he was in good hands.Dr. Dre would like to thank you, for making him look pawfect🐾

I came with a 1 day old kitten, I went to the Dr. but honestly nothing was done and they told us they can’t do nothing. They literally didn’t touch the kitten. Didn’t ask questions to know if the mother is feeding her, what should we do. I proposed the formula which they didn’t even offer to show us how it should be done and when we requested help we were told Dr is busy.P.S We paid normal consultation fees for 10 seconds and then told that the Dr is busy!!

We would specially like to say a huge thank you to Jay who groomed our two cats yesterday for his professional job. He was comforting them all the time ( our cats don’t like water) but they were sitting calmly in the shower ( unbelievable ☺️) they came home relaxed and very pretty! Visited them for the first time and had very welcoming staff. Took my dog for consultation with Dr. Kathleen and was softly explained what my dog might be experiencing, though she herself wasnt really sure. Dr. Kathleen recommended that my dog should take some blood tests to figure out whats wrong with her, which I agreed to. Lo and behold, my dog came out of that room so... happy? with her tail wagging? I was so confused because my dog absolutely hates vets with all her being, much less needles, but Im really glad she was well-taken care of. Im a little bit disappointed that not much came out of that visit, with no clear answer and was instead recommended even more tests. Alas, no one said taking care of an old dog is easy, so this was also all to be expected.

I take my Shihtzu dogs to be groomed here and I am very pleased with the care and professionalism of Jay and all the other staff. I would highly recommend them. 👍

We had really great experiance with doctor Everard and doctor Lazar. The whole staff are very friendly and professional. Our cat had to be hospitalized for 3 days and doctor Everard was really understanding and kind. He was monitoring and updating us about the progress of our cat all the time, called us to give us major info, even sent us pictures and video when our cat felt better and started to eat on his own. Doctor really made a personal effort and showed genuine care for our cat which made us feel comforted and reassured.Thanks to both of the doctors and the whole clinic, we would definitely recommend it and trust our both cats in their hands again.

I took both my dogs for their vaccinations this week to Pets Health. The staff was amazing. The vets are thorough and knowledgeable. I found drops that I’ve been looking for my dog’s dry eye condition there. We got on time and left on time without any delays and all registration was done in few minutes with a follow up email and message of the reference number. Hats off to this team. Highly recommended and would use their services in the future 🐾❤️

Great Veterinary Clinic in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis. Everyone in the clinic, right from the receptionists to the doctors, treated us with respect and were very friendly. My girls loved Doctor Kath. The biggest advantage of this clinic is the large waiting area as well as the choice of food, toys and treats. They were running a great promo in January as well for Kennel Cough and Vaccinations which I really loved.

Honestly the best vet iv been to.. it is a distance away from my house but im happy to drive it just because of how great they are and the way they treat me and my Vegas.. they answer any questions you have and they do their jobs properly.. I took my 3 cats at this brand new clinic and was very happy with their veterinary care. Dr Kath is very professional and caring. My cats are not the friendliest pets but they were perfectly fine during the visit, handled with patience and kindness.

I have 3 cats, Zeazus, Christy and Coco. Coco was unwell, the vet and the caretakers were fantastic, she got recovered in 2 weeks time and all the 3 cats got their yearly shots and they are all doing great. Thank you guys.

Highly recommend the place, specially Dr.Everard, very professional and friendly, always available on call and Whatsapp. After losing my Cat he ensured I knew the reason and really helped me with coping up with the loss. As per my experience to pet health clinic it’s really wonderful and amazing the way they take care to my cat which is almost dying when the time I’ll bring it to the clinic. But now my cat now he is active again. Thank’s a lot Dr. Kathleen for taking care to my cat( mickey)

Didn’t find value for money for services including grooming and vet consultation. Nails were not properly filed. Had to take puppy again as he managed to injured himself with nails. During vet consultation, Dr. made three attempts to put injection to the puppy. Assistant was not helpful during this process.

The best pet health with great staff from the reception to grooming staff. Luckily they have Dr. Kathleen she is one of the best in handeling and caring for my 4 cats and of course in her treatments. we love Dr. Kathleen 💚🙏🏽
