They are not helpful ...1) they have changed my ticket from 25th to 26th without even telling me .. I came to know by coincidence when I went to them to split group of tickets2) I drove 45 minutes from my home to their office and they ended up saying “we cannot help you”. They have asked me to call the call center from there !!!! Then the call center fixed the ticket for me !3) Next day the ticket was automatically cancelled and the call center Called me and asked me to go again to the office to have the ticket reissued. I had to shout at them to re-issue the ticket without having me driving another 45 minutes ! THEY DID! I am just wondering if they can do it from the beginning, why they want their customers to suffer !My advise is to AVOID that airlines completely

Advise is not to book ticket of this airline but if you did never go to this branch as they have worse customer service i have ever seen from any airline.
Nice airlines but costumer services is almost missing! Except if it works with you online. But airplane is wide and it is luxurious type
Our flights were cancelled and we have had an issue receiving compensation from Saudi Airlines. Nobody knows what to do and they are trying their best to not pay us back. Service from the office staff was good. Just management issues.
