Worst airline ever. They refused me to issue boarding pass for me at Dubai airport even tho I have onward itinerary to Turkey. They insisted that I have to show my flight ticket back to home country and told me that it’s the universal rules of all airlines. what a bullshxt. Whilst I called to the service center they gave their colleague another version of story that I have no documents at all. RIDICULOUS AND OUTRAGEOUS. Turned out that I have to buy a ticket all the way from Beirut to China within an hour to get on board

I called the office to request a wheelchair for mum who is coming to Dubai. The first representative who answered my call seemed as if in a hurry and did not even give me the chance to ask before announcing that he sent the request and hang up the phone quickly. I called again furious and was answered by Mr. Faisal Hamadeh who was very friendly and professional. He apologised for what happened with the first representative and took care of the whole request even for her return flight. Just wish all representatives could be like him.

Call center agents are not helpful. they have difficulty answering in english & are least helpful to customers needs. instead of answering the timings the agent disconnected my call.

I was very frustrated with the terrible service from the call centre and as mentioned by others had the phone disconnected on me by three operators, I think because their English was not good and it was a little complicated due to taking pets on the flight.BUT then along came Valerie based at the Dubai office. She was utterly professional, got right on the situation and resolved it for me. She saved MEA for me
