No one ever answer the phone call. They don’t have a customer service. This is the last time i book my flight on Turkish airlines

Horrible! They never answers calls whatsoever, and worst of all, they will keep temporizing in order to avoid issuing a refund

They dont have customer service at all... you can call all the day no one will answers your the call

Worst travel experience, they lost my ski bag so I had to rent skis.
