I visited the Dubai Town Centre branch today as I normally manage all ticket bookings online. Both Omar and Rami were exceptional and proactively suggested options and alternatives that I had not anticipated. Both telephone and in store support exceeded my expectations and I really did enjoy the chat and pleasant experience! Time well spent!
The customer service personnel was very helpful. He was extremely patient with me, answered all my queries and assisted me to do my booking. Thanks to him I will soon meet my family home.
They should look after their pilots and crew,as their service with the passengers will be more friendly if they are happy, which will encourage the passengers to take Emirates again.
Hopefully emirates see that their service has declined massively, been using the provider for 22 years; when emirates were trying to get awards their staff, food and attentiveness were Amazing... now they barely bring the drinksTrolly more than twice in a 8 hour flight. When they fired the main trainer to the crew they lost that special touch.
The empolyee was not helpful at all , wasted our time while we came from a very far place, and gave us wrong informations at th end , very disappointing experience at this office!
Extremely slow. They have 5 counters and one is reserved for the holidays section. Rest 4 only 2 are operational that too it takes about 15min to serve one customer.Have to wait an hour before its your turn. Disappointed

Worst experience with them, we ask for a change to our flight since it was cancelled, he told us that it was changed and we are set to go, but we found out in the airport that the staff didnt change anything.

Given the fact of this current virus crisis, when most people are cancelling/changing flights, I waited less than 2 hrs but for my turn due to long queue , but it was all great experience because of Jane who attended my concerns politely and patiently looked for a good flight options for my daughter despite working on a full day shift.Thank you Jane for helping resolve my flight issues, you are one of the best example a customer service person should be. Very professional and fast sevice
No proper communication, went to extend the visa after speaking with their call centre to clarify all kind of details, after reaching the town centre branch, i got to know that they dont extend visas , driving for almost 95 minute going there, so irritating, the worse part is their airport branch, they never answer the phone even if u called them 100 times, but unfortunately when they got a call from town centre branch, they immediately replied !!!!! So they reply their own employees but they never reply to customers???? And when i asked the supervisor in charge at the airport branch why no one pick up the phone, he simply gave that straight horrible kind of face and eye contact, like he really doesnt like what i said and then he turned his back like he doesnt care.. what a manner .. emirates airlines unfortunately ur level of service is going down ...

Unpleasant experience.Buying ticket online was not possible. So i had to call their office. The price recieved via phone was different than the online calculator.I had no idea if my ticket included for exapmle health insurance.Online check in doesnt work.If you need any info, you need to call their central dubai office.
Worst center ever ... Emirates airlines failed us significantly during COVID 19 .. their customer service phone numbers cannot be reached .. I tried dialing multiple numbers that they post on their websites and it keeps getting disconnected on their end (no body ever picks up the phone) then I decided to come in person to this center in Dubai as I received an email stating that my flight back to the US/Seattle has been cancelled for operational reasons and there is nothing else to view online !! I Have been waiting for over an hour in the center with no one to help ( they have only one employee who is working and the other 2 employees who are present at their desks are doing nothing and not helping the people who are waiting.
Worst Emirates customer care Ive ever experienced.Inhospitable attitude, incomplete information, zero understanding or accomodation not at all like what you would expect from an Emirates office.
Easy to access and quick service
Good service however unfortunately way understaffed ....it takes forever for your turn to come quite frustrating. But with reduced flights and major airline loss due to Covid crisis what can you expect. The problem is that even their call center is overwhelmed and understaffed.

Excellent centre.. i came at 2 pm on Saturday and it had 6 staff ready to serve me immediately upon arrival. They checked everything on my skywards account and booked family tickets and mine efficiently despite separate dates. Thanks Emirates - Lisette for exceptional service.
I came at 8 pm today and I asked the security to enter but he said we closed already because the mall time changed to be 7:30 pm and I saw the staff was looking at me I was asking the security to ask the staff to help me because I came from long way and it was too much raining outsid and they never look at me or even ask for help I never expected this kind of indifference!! And where ! In Emirates which is the best company in the Middle East or the world!!i wish I change my mind next time to say good about Emirates .

Being a Saturday there are only three staff serving. Two staff desks are empty with no staff.Service is extremely slow. I have been waiting for more than half an hour.Normal days they have full staff and on weekends they have less staff...does not make sense.Highly disappointed.

Very good flight, but their prices are very high and expensive and they are supposed to take into account at least the work of an immediate 20% reduction for retired citizens and the elderly to serve the state, as well as the need to take care of students studying abroad and make a reduction for their tickets after confirming their academic documents.
The Emirates First Class is by far the nicest way to fly that I have experienced so far. From checking in to changing trains in Vienna, we were treated extremely friendly and had personal support the whole time.The plane was pretty modern and beautiful. The seat is huge and plays all of the pieces.Food and drink service is a dream - despite Corona.You get the feeling that all employees are only there for you.
Excellent airline with a la carte food, comfortable seats, always clean bathrooms and friendly attention from the flight attendants. I took Emirates from Sao Paulo to Dubai and then from here to Mumbai.
