Was pleasantly surprised when I entered to see a well-organised set up and service team.Went in to check on availability of flights and to do the booking with some remaining vouchers from last year’s cancellations and after confirming flights, they recommended to do the booking online to save on service charges.Paid parking in front , but not a lot, best to park on the opposite side of the road and walk across the street.

They helped me a lot! Radhika was extremely busy but still shows so much patience with all clients, and she’s been very very helpful and nice and kind.All the best, honestly! Thank you all!

Absolute disaster call center service, been trying to call them on 600544445 for the whole last 3 days for more than 20 times, trying all possible options to reach to customer service agent but no luck, waiting and waiting for more than 15-20 mins for each call, even for the Business Class still no use, I have a voucher for a cancelled flight, and the voucher was for unknow reason not working, and Im really worried than my money was stripped!!! not considering they are using 600 numbers for their call center, which is not free and paid number.... wow Im really impressed!!!!!

Customer service totally bad,give wrong information, after they telling talk with mail. Customer care number no connecting call 20.minutes 30.minutes..flydubai office make booking tickets but no give properl information. I visit next day they told me send mail. They take mistake I need contact other people to solve the problem, one day before I visited flydubai office before going airport.

Well this place needs a little bit booster from the management. Staff are relaxed, cool and calm and taking their time to finish whatever they are doing but I believe this can be done a bit faster so others waiting will not have to wait for longer.Peace ✌🏻

Worst experience ever !Had to call more than 20 times no response!Your call center team is a big zero !Never recommend! I’ve booked a ticket using flydubai , but when I’ve mistaken the date i had to pay full ticket again. It’s alright ! But this week when I’ve got mistaken for the name ,give name instead of surname , still I had to pay again around 400 bucks ! No mercy 😬

I went to buy a ticket in *Fly Dubai office ... The staff was helpful .. ticket price higher than normal travel agency and also charged me 60. Dirhams extra for printing of the ticket... And they said there will be 3 percent extra charges if paid by card.

10 to 15 min walks from Diera City Center Metro Station. There are 9 counters in this office. They are charging 3% for Card Payment. I visited this fly dubai office for taking “OK to Board”. And they charging 30Aed per passenger for this service.

It’s almost impossible to contact them , it’s very hard to get them to answer calls

Terrible service. They lost our luggage on the way to OTP. We immediately filed a report with them. We waited for over a month. After continually chasing them they told us they could not find our bag and that they were not liable for its loss because we didnt report it. HOWEVER, WE DID FILE A REPORT - THE REASON THEY ARE REJECTING OUR CLAIM IS UTTER NONSENSE! They will not provide any contact number and will not even call us to discuss the case. This is absolutely shocking and I would strongly advise anyone traveling with FLYDUBAI not to check in your baggage because the will have complete disregard for your property.

Looters, in a world of digitalization, somehow they need extra 30 AED for OKToBoard stamp for some nationalities and more 30 AED for verifying the Credit Card (if the payer is not traveling along), even if you show your card to them, they need to update the system and they charging for updating their own system. So 60 AED gets flushed right away. FlyDubai Not Cheap But Being Cheap.Make traveling easier for people, dont make it harder.

Excellent Support from FlyDubai Call Center person called Julien today. Usually FlyDubais Call Center is one of the worst in customer support however this one individual is proving this wrong. He not only provided all relevant the solutions immediately but even went out of the way to provide the breakup aswell as currency conversions. Fast and got the job done. Welldone mate ! Keep it up.
