They dont answer their phone at all

Rude and unprofessional employees, and share incorrect and invalid information.One time i called them by phone and asked for the availability on an upcoming flight and received a confirmation that its available, i asked her to add my name to the list and confirmed that I will be on my way to pay and book, she accepted and said ok.When i reached after ten minutes the employee denied that she gave me the confirmation and said that there are no available seats left. I asked to see a manager her colleague next to her claimed that he was the manager and started to speak rudely to me saying this what is available if you dont like leave.Then someone came from inside the offices pretending to hear the commotion and claimed that he was the real manager and pretended to check the availability on the plane one last time and confirmed that yes there is one seat available but i would have to pay extra to book it..... I had no other choice that day sadly.Im very disappointed with the service, they are badly representing the Good name and reputation of the Syrian Air lines
