Very affordable airlines, needs younger hosts and hostesses. The current air hostesses are very rude and unhelpful, lack courtesy and common sense. Pilots are excellent, they do take offs and touch downs in the smoothest way possible.
Unfortunately, no respect and nothing called customer first! their behavior is 0 according what we are experiencing and seeing other companies here in Dubai, but never mind if the government is weak in all things, sure you will see such bad examples!!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time with operators that did not know how to welcome you or help/direct you, no smiles, no explanation when asked why the website does not work to book flights. I think all the operators would benefit from being trained properly in how to give exceptional customer service and value their clients instead of being so miserable and unwelcoming.
