The worst possible service that you can imagine. I bought a ticket for my mother via their website, online, but i had to physically go to their office for verification. I had to change the travel dates, i paid online, yet i was asked to go to the office again for verification. The flight got canceled and i was asked to go to their office again for refund request but they wont refund all onto the card and i was asked that i ll get a call after which i will have to come to their office again for remainder amount which will be given in cash. I went again after 2 months as i didnt get any call and then they told me that they cant give me cash as that is only given to the passengers so either i get a letter from my mother or she has to get it from Pakistan. Before going for cash refund i asked about it from their email support but they gave a generic response and were of no help either. So my suggestion, of you enjoying pain and suffering choose Airblue
My experience with airblue was very bad because of they dont send any emails regarding alerts for wasting my ticket money.Infact when I visit them they said send email and still didnt response properly.
Good service provided by counter personals but still need to improve to deal with large number of customers. Customers have to wait in sun some time even in summer season
I think we should have an option to slam some ΪΪΎΨͺΨ± to these crazy AirBlue staff instead of giving stars to them.
Fast services. Took 5 minutes to purchase ticket.Need to work on online selling. The only problem people usually face is about extra/additional charges on card transactions.
Staff is good but sales department policies not fare ,My flight was on 28 may ,flight not bring passengers due flight restrictionsWhen I apply for ticket refund they deduct 250 DH ,its not fare,This is not passengers mistake, ( I hope management will take seriously acation & return deductions money)
Visited it during a trip to Dubai. Staff is super nice, very supportive and they guided nicely. I had trouble in getting support from customer care but staff here was super active and supportive. Thanks a lot
They are very annoying. Despite of having ticket, passport and permanent visa on my name. They asked me to come to our Dubai HQ for credit/debit card verification which was actually 2hours away from my place.To be very honest, in a fast city like Dubai this is truly waste of time.

Sorry to say but very stubborn staff. Not listening and understanding problem of a customer and trying to put the blame just back on the customer, Who is stuck with them after buying their tickets. The after services are really poor. My Flight Got Cancelled which i was not informed about. My PCR test payments were ruined. Got fined by the UAE immigration on late exiting and AirBlue was as cold as snow on the hectic situation they created for me and my family. Because they had their f***ing payments taken already. In Pakistan branches their staff is very friendly and ready to help the customers. Here in Dubai they are vice-versa. Will sure complaint to their head office once i go back. Kindly you guys understand you represent a country, when you cant take care for your countrymen how will visitors trust your services.
This review is not about airblue sales office rather it is about airblue. The worst service ever in the history of Aviation industry. I was informed to visit boarding counter before 4 hours. But the counters opened 3 hours ago. I am just shocked that the staff also dont know about exact timing. Ill try not to travel again on this airline.

Very disopinted from them..i bought online ticket from them. Due to covid19 they cancel the flights. When i asked them to cahnge the ticket or refund they reply me they will not acomodate. . I wait near about 50normal days.they cahrged me with 892 and after long time they refund me 810aed.they canceled the flight they took my money and after long time they give it to back me with this BIG LOSS.

If you have purchase the ticket online they will charge you additional money Approx. 8 $ from now where Currency conversion is not this much at all. I booked a ticket and schedule everything according that and later I got the message that flight as been cancelled and I was told that upon cancelling I will get less money that the actual deducted at the time of ticket issuance- The worst part I must need to go to the office with my cards to claim the refund - I can not send this through my driver :( : ( Suggestion if your schedule is important go for any other airlineGood Luck ! fly safe !

One of the bad Air line accross the world, because I was booked the tickets 4 months ago and still I didnt get any response from Air blue. I called many times to the service center but they told that you should more wait because our concerns staff are sleeping. Also in this period the Air line is active for other people but not for me, because I have paid already. May Allah destroy this Air Line policies and their stealers. Very bad, very cruel and very rude Air Line.

Not recommended at all. Last week Airblue supervisor didnt allow my employee to travel for personal reason !!!! First time in my life i see this happened. And Airblue service office defend her and forced the low income labor to pay change flight fees !! Even though labor was on boarding 4 hours before departure and i was with him 2 hours before departure. Unfortunately i expected that visiting their office and showing all proofs of bad airblue supervisor action would help. But they did nothing except asking. I dont recommend at all . Pay more money on another flight better than this bad experience with Airblue supervisor.

Worse airline ever. I booked a ticket using my company account visa card, for 635AED. On the day of travelling the ground staff of AirBlue didnt let my guy travel because we cant buy a ticket using Company Card. So I bought another card using my personal account and he travelled on the same time same airlineI went today for a refund and they deducted 300AED out of the 635AED as it is their policy!!!! Thats almost half the ticket!!!Basically I feel like being rubbed by this bad airline

Its the best Low Cist airline i know. Very friendly and cooperative staff. In the office and call center. Best price tickets.And the lowest fees for Refunding or changing the ticket date. And they also give refund if you miss the flight and charge a very minimal fee

I would honestly say that they have the best service among the Pakistani airlines. Their response time over the call center line is almost immediate and email response is also very fast. Polite friendly staff. There was a time when a passenger thought he was not called in time for a cancelled flight but they explained that the problem was eventually with the passenger phone number and not at their end. I have also notice that at the airport the staff politely tell a passenger about a company policy atleast 20 times but still the passenger insists on them breaking the rules. The same thing does not happen at emirates check in where when the staff say one thing, same people listen and back off.
