No check in, no bathrooms/benches/shaded area/AC etc. Tou basically wait in the middle of the parking. An absolute joke!

There is no sign of the bus stop or Etihad bus stop board anywhere to identify the place. You need to judge and identify by finding the bus only 😀. Bus staff was very much helpful and guiding for all your questions. Appreciate them for all their help to put luggage and take it back at Airport arrival.We have to walk a bit as we traveled via Etihad bus service from Dubai, which started at 1.30 am mid night from Dubai to Abu Dhabi airport arrived around 3am which is 1.5 hrs journey as there was no traffic on way. Its around 122 kms run from Etihad bus stop near Mazaya shopping centre in Dubai, opposite to Dubai Mall location. Worth visiting and travelling for convenience, ofcourse there are chances for improvement in bus stop to airport terminal entrance which is bit walky when u arrive, rest experience was great.Abu Dhabi International Airport T1 and T3 are connected internally. So either way you can enter to your check in counter.Thank you and all the best guys for your journey ahead.

This place doesnt exist... I cannot understand why they call it luxurious bus terminal.. there is no sign of Etihad, no sign of bus station, nothing at all.. you just go there and wait for a bus under the sun sitting at the hot ground.. dont use this company at all...they are totally unable to transfer someone from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back.. really disappointed

Etihad is one of the best airlines. Here staff in office are busy in mobiles and can not provide the solution you are looking for but i got that support online later.

Do not get fooled by the picture...There isnt any bus terminal, just the massive car park with no where to sit, no toilet facilities, nothing.😡

There is no office in here. One coordinator is available near to Etihad holidays office(closed). Also one guy is available for assistance. Etihad Bus will come at LEVA hotel entrance side RTA Parking.

Tickets are cheap but not worth the hassle, its a stop in the middle of nowhere and incompetent staff.

We used to fly frequently with Etihad Airways without any issues, but this time its totally different and complicate,My wifes flight was early morning 7am to Casablanca, as per the booking details we should be @ Mazaya centre (Etihad hub) @ 3 am we been there almost by 1.20 am,Once we reach the centre the mall was already closed and no one around exempt the security from the Mall, he said no one is on at the moment, the mall its already closed and we have to wait outside (in the parking area,) imagine the weather its horrible and the humidity its high, and we have to wait in this terrible weather.I call Etihad call center to get a clear picture, I have to wait on the queue for 10 min, then I spoke with the agent, she was lost as well, she doesnt know where the centre its located (I dont blame the agent) thats not her task, I been with here for almost 20 min looking for options and solutions,,,Then one Etihad staff he appear from no where, he ask us to wait, he check the booking, Pcr test,,, and he asked us to wait for the bus, it will reach by 2.45 am...We waited in the parking for the bus.Earlier I spoke with the call center and confirmed that we can drop our lagguage and do the check-in from the centre (which was the golden time of Etihad before they closed that branch) but nothing was done from there.The worst thing there is another family travelling from CANADA and going to MOROCCO with their baby with seven months. they have to wait out, luckily the security guy alow her to seat inside the mall even its closed, just to keep the baby in good condition.ThanksEtihad.com

The Etihad Bus Terminal pick-up/drop-off is from the back, in the shaded car park! I dont remember seeing any signs tough, but the bus. The staff was very helpful, even tough we have arrived in the last minutes before departure, without luggage. With luggage, better get there earlier. There was a small Etihad counter/stand inside the building, where the ticket was checked for details etc.

If u are visiting then be sure to check if indoors is closed or not, because of covid

Etihad is providing a good shuttle buses for Dubai living passengers who are traveling from Abu Dhabi to worlds most destinations,There is one thing they need to improve, they should provide some sitting places for Passengers in Etihad Airways Bus Terminal, there is no place for sit and to keep their luggages. Its back side parking place of Mazaya Center, staff is very cooperative and try to reach at least 40min earlier than the departure time.

Hard to find. No sign this is the place for the Etihad Shuttle. Why isnt the shuttle going to thé airport ?

A bit confusing without any sign boards..

I had a booking on July 4 but I waited there 2 hours and then came to know there is no bus then had to rush by taxi. Depending on this service is not reliable it can make you miss your flight. And they wont listen to you later.Parking was available on arrival and they have installed temperature cameras for your safety at the mall.

The worst experience of life no response from team you have stand in parking for a hours, no airlines staff is attending anyone, busses are good , drivers are very good, but you cant feel its luxurious airways service.Must need to improve and need waiting area for passengers?

Located outside a mall. Office was closed when I visited. The place has no proper waiting area. Its just a simple stop for a bus in the Mazaya Parking Mall. You just need to arrive 15 minutes earlier to the Bus departure time. It would be great if they had added check-in facilities here itself.

Great service fairly frequent. Air conditioned busses didnt make the journey to Dubai a tedious task. I wouldnt think twice about using the service again.

Excellent Service. The moment the helper saw our Car stopped with luggage he allocated a space for the car, came with a Trolley and assisted to pickup the luggage and drop it at check in counter. The staff was very polite and nice, they offered us with extra luggage of more than 15 kilos for 3 passengers. Moreover the place has got awesome atmosphere and if you are going with Kids , they have a play area furnished with TVs, Bed spreads ...loads of Toys. Kids will enjoy the waiting time there. Shuttle Air Bus service was great. Staying in Dubai for more than 15 years, traveled for the first time with Etihad ...and it is the best experience ever. Keep up Etihad !

Worse location ever

The location was fine but there were maybe ten Etihad employees and not one would help with saying where we are or can I call my hotel. I just arrived on a flight, my phone doesnt work here yet, and instead of an airport were dropped at a mall with no further assistance. The security guard in the mall gave me enough information that I eventually figured it out myself (btw Im well traveled, and think someone that isnt would be so stressed) its such an incomplete service

They can add more security by checking the i.d of their passengers. Easy to trick them pointing random names and they will put a check mark on it.

I think it was a very good experience taking shuttle from there until the airport... u just dont know how quick u get there...

Did not have a positive experience with the buss itself. The buss had a very strong odor and the WiFi was not working. They do offer water and a snack which is nice. Overall will it be using this service again.

A little bit all over the show. People pushing in etc. But it is what it is. Cheap shopping centre near by. So good food is a must. Did eventually get us to our destination.

I had flown Etihad for a couple of years. I was shocked when I reached the previous bus terminal only to find it shut down. Etihad had not informed me of the change. I only had moments to spare in catching the bus after getting a taxi to the right place. The taxi driver said may passengers had been caught out. Etihad could have done a better job informing passengers of the change. Flight was fine.

Reached 5 mins before bus departure time and firstly the office is in front of the building but the bus leaves from behind, so as a tourist you should have had a vision to figure this out, secondly the genius coordinating things tells us the luggage truck alteady departed and we could not send our bags?? He also said the bus was full although we had 4 seats reserved and confirmation email on hand. These guys are really living in the middle ages where customer service is concerned. Badly managed service, not surprised Etihad is going downhill fast compared to other airlines in the region. They will not survive if they keep this up. Customers have alternate choices these days.

Great service with good buses...But watch out for their schedule as it may change by just an email sent to you, so you have to make sure of your bus time.

Good service from Etihad Airways, the mall has ither offices, like Hertz, Oman insurance.Location is good, and easy to find.Why 3 stars, because theres no parking, hardly 10 cars can park, and such service mall with offices should provide any kind of parking, the city parking around the mall are occupied most of the working hours.

This is a nice arrangement made by Etihad to ease out check-in at Dubai and transport to Abu Dhabi Airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is to the level of a proper Airport. Its centrally located in Dubai so reaching your destination is easy. Not it forget the nice coaches Etihad has provided.

The free Etihad coach service between Abu Dhabi and Dubai is highly recommended. We used it twice, both journeys were comfortable and on time and we were very pleasantly surprised to be able to check in our luggage directly at the Etihad Travel Mall immediately on our arrival by taxi from our hotel.

This is the new Bus station for the Ethihad Airways travellers from Dubai. You can check in your luggage from here. This place has all the amenities like airport. But not enough car parking slots for the visitors.

Etihad Airways Bus is at Mazaya Complex Dubai, This is where passengers using Etihad airways gathered to follow Etihad bus to Abu Dhabi and join their flight.Because Etihad Airways Terminal is not in Dubai but in Abu Dhabi.

Great travel service provided by Etihad. The coach to Dubai from Abu Dhabi international airport is such a great idea and free if you fly with Etihad airlines. Used twice and it is always on time and the customer service is great too. If you need a metro station to get into central Dubai from or to here nearest metro is literally a 2-5min walk from the travel mall and is called Noor Bank also there are many taxis waiting to get you to your hotel/accommodation. Its just so convenient and helpful would really recommend the service.
