People are knowledgeable and kind. Better to be polite to those who cannot speake English (I have seen some of our Sri Lankans struggle while talking and Airline representative even not change the language).. lastly , as the National official Airline of the country they should think about flight rates during the pandemic period. Thanks.
Really bad service ,no one picking the phone at all . In the office 3 Ladies sitting on the front .There is no respect for the customers. They talk like girls on the beaches.

Terrible Airlines, dont have bottled water and wont give you bottled water, you have to drink water from a tank in the aircraft and the water tastes weird and smells bad, the crew dont treat you well, and their seats are dirty.
Office is not 24 Hours. Closed on Friday.Opening hours. Sun-Thu 8-am to 7Pm
