Its best place to buy cheap and returnable tickets from here also most of the time one will not face much crowd and your problem can be solved immediately also the staff is good and caring only except the old one man with white hairs he just tries to tell everything from him and will let you go without your work done and rest of them are all good the first check everything online than guide you in a better way. So better ask other staff rather than that old man with glasses and white hairs. Best of luck.

Worst services, customer care is super lazy and unprofessional. They are problem creators for passengers, web booking team so ill-mannered. No TAT for refunds, complaints.I made mistake booking with them. Will avoid further.

I Called PIA office in Dubai and in first attempt they answer my call, they talk to me very soft and professional way. This a question not review, I didnt find any option for question.I came to UAE having a visit visa. my return ticket date is 19/7/2019, and I will get a new visit visa tomorrow.I visited a couple of days ago this office they told even though my flight day passed, I can still change and use this ticket for my future flight back to Pakistan. I just want to ensure this true???

Very satisfied with customer service , Mr. Shahid is an amazing and very polite , picked up my call on very first ring, and some down sides regarding system needs to be updated easy access to manage and to reserve the booking should be provided ,current system requires customer verification code but it doesnt send any code in email, because system is poor i need to skip my office and travel for 2 hours just to change my reservation that is nonsense. but anyway because of shahids great customer service half of my anger is gone . good job shahid , keep up the good work.thanks

I had been their many times for ok to board stamp for the staff of my company, sometimes for ok to board stamp for friends and family .When I enter for the first time in the officr of PIA all The staff was from Pakistan when speak to them in our national language urdu with the staff I feel very happy that PIA is maintaining our national culture in United Arab Emirates. The staff is very humble , kind and polite. For the first time their was some problem in the name of passenger , the staff guides me in very good manner. Then they solve my problem. I feel very happy. Although I was thinking that PIA is not in good condition but when I saw the corporation of the staff I will say Thanks too PIA management . As usual again something new. Few days ago came waited for one hour got ticket and went. Now came for OK to board. Again take tocken and wait for one hour. Ok to board is one to 2 minutes task and for that also taken tocken and wait. When our airlines will learn best customer service. Better to go with emirates where ok to board is online.

I wanted to book for my Father who is disable. I was worried how Ill manage but PIA not only solved my problem by providing To and from Aircraft service they also give my father 40% discount as he falls under Special Person category .What seem to be a difficult journey turned out peaceful .

I flew second time in the PIA but still it is not upto the required airline standards.Basically the problem is untrained very very big reference staff hired by the airline even the GM dont know what is the international airline standards and how they have to overcome with the current facing problems.

The office timings are terrible as if you need some help from head office you need to take off from the duty because the air line office is working until 6 pm please make it possible that at least one counter must open 24 hours .But the service is great and we expect improvement in the future .
