Dear Oman Air Team,I would like to ask for an update regarding the refund of a cancelled ticket to our employee Mr. Reynaldo Roman Santos whose ticket was cancelled due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus as per Oman Air advised through sms last July 6, 2020. And as per Ms. Jocelyn Lapira advised, may she rest in peace 🙏 a former employee of Wahat Tours who processed the booking of our employee, it is a refundable ticket as per telephonic conversation with Oman Air Head Office of Oman. I am communicating and updating with Wahat Tours regarding the refund all the time, and she keeps on telling me that it will be refund once the Oman Air Airport will be open after 5 months, until she told me that possible Oman Air will refund the money after 1 year. And for your information its been 11 months now & next month July 06 will be 1 year but nothings happen. In that case please do update us regarding the refund so that i can relay your update to our employee that has already been gone for good in the philippines due to bells palsy illness. And now his wife passed away due to Covid-19.That amount is very important to him for his daily treatment / therapy & also for burial of his wife. I need your mercy on this situation!You can contact me anytime soon on the same email and through my contact information below.Your immediate action is highly appreciated.

I have seen many people bought tickets from Oman air and later on flights has been cancelled , I had the same situation here and they said they will refund our money after one year, they dont have the right to hold our money we never agreed with such refund policy. I want to know what is the possible options we can do how we can access them since its not Dubai based airline company, If any one have information about this kindly revert to me. THANKS

One of the best airlines, understanding the needs of its flyers. Provide concessions on 2 to 3 kg extra luggage and no cheap playing of weighing hand luggage before boarding.

Services are very bad, no one listens here in international language. If you put your problem in international language they start speaking their local language. Behave of staff is very rude. Ministry of arab issues visa to me and their department refused to accept without any genuine reason. Just problem my name was printed two time on visa. Then my father name. But name was same of visa and passport.

My husband was taken in a wheelchair very quickly from plane to plane, however, he left late at Heathrow Airport. On the way, they lost his luggage (they sold a ticket for too short a time interval between flights, and if they managed to put her husband on a plane miraculously (the clerk just ran with a wheelchair in Oman), they didn’t deliver the luggage as fast as they promised). As a result, my husband was without a coat and without medicine, fell ill with a cold, and all this was delivered only on the third day, but he had to buy the necessary things in Oxford and share his medicine at his own risk. Now the telephone clerk is trying to evade reimbursement of financial damage for the purchase of vital things. Gave some phone 04 351 8080, which cuts off the call faster than it receives. Will I get to them, and will they make up for the loss?

They do not answer the phone at any of the Omani offices in Egypt or Dubai. The flight is excellent, but the offices are less than zero
