OmanAir, give me back my money! You should honor your words! You promised to refund my money but that has not happened yet even after almost 2 years now. Bad reputation!

My flight have been cancelled last July 2, 2021 so i applied for a refund. On their website it says it will only take 7 to 10 working days. I made a refund request last june 18, 2021 but until now my refund is not yet given back. The date now is july 7, 2021, it’s more than 10 working days already. I tried to follow up many times on the social media accounts but they won’t give you the right answer to when you will get the refund and sometimes they won’t answer at all and just read your message as if nothing happens.Same with the call center. The people their are very rude in answering your phone call and are not helpful at all. It’s the worst customer service i have ever encountered in my whole life. What a shame on this airline. Taking peoples money that easily when they cancelled flights. They will let you beg for your refund over and over again. I hope this airline will get what they deserve for what they’re doing to peoples money that should be refunded. A terrible Karma to this airline is waiting.

Rehlat and Oman air are crooks. They never say a true word. They never returned my 3700 AED even after 2 years because of the flight cancellation. No response for the emails, no response for the calls. They are a team whose cheating the travelers globally. Cannot trust theses crooks.

I have seen many people bought tickets from Oman air and later on flights has been cancelled , I had the same situation here and they said they will refund our money after one year, they dont have the right to hold our money we never agreed with such refund policy. I want to know what is the possible options we can do how we can access them since its not Dubai based airline company, If any one have information about this kindly revert to me. THANKS

Booked ticket through rehlat and oman air cancelled the tickets, its been 4+ months waiting for refunds, poor customer service, no reply to emails and calls. Never ever book again as they are holding peoples money in these difficult times.

Oman Air has been good overall and their service is appreciable. Instead of calling write to their registered email ID and sure to get a call back from Dubai office. I have been assisted by Ms. Asma Ara so promptly and pleasantly for flight schedule change free of cost. I have travelled a few times and they have maintained decent service.

Worst service !We had booked our tickets in OMAN airways through Rehlat for a 2-way journey from dubai to hyderabad. A day before our journey, they mailed us that the flight has been cancelled due to technical reasons. Its been 5 months now, but till now we didnt get any refund amount even after several mails, visited to customer care office & filled feedback forms to Oman air office & rehlat. Both oman airways & rehlat are not at all responding properly. Both customer service people are very poor.

The pre travel journey experience is as important as the travel its self and I think Oman Air needs to realize that and implement it in their strategy. It is my first time traveling Oman Air, and it being a GCC airline - I have had high expectations, only to be disappointing even before my journey started. I have been trying to reach them over call through ages, yet no one answers ? A professional Airline values customer inquiries .

If you have the option. NEVER fly with this airline. If you want to have a good trip, avoid at all costs.Terrible planning, flight delays, missed connections, terrible CS from staff. Furthermore, their CS line (because the simply don’t answer emails) is impossible to connect with and if you get through they don’t help with anything.

I had come to the office for ok to board these people cant even take print outs of the visa or passport copy for their customers. I was forced to go out and take print out from outside .surprising these people still need hard copies and cant work with soft copies in todays world, very bad

If you are going here on Friday, please note that the shopping center is closed. You have to access the Oman air office via parking lot and emergency exit. Good luck with that!

Very bad customer service, online modification is stuck! No one picks up the phone in UAEs office and no one picks up the phone in Omans office! And when you go personally to dubais office there is only one employee to handle stuffWill never fly Oman Air again

Staff are very unhelpful.They dont care about the passenger especially the lady who is on duty right now Dec 17,2016. She doesnt want to entertain customer because she is doing her report or sending email to a passenger.Staff are chatting even dealing with the customer infront of them. The lady doesnt give eye contact and shows no interest with the customer.
