It was the fastest experience I ever had in this office the staff are well knowledgeable and helpful. I went there to change my ticket so they made open ticket for 2024. That was a pretty good decision they made for me. Well accepted. Because of the Covid protocol their seating only two person no rush for the service. It is in jumeirah road very easy accessible place to get your travel enquirers.
I had the opportunity to fly r/t from London to Dubai in their older first class suite. The service was spectacular on and off the plane. Someone met me in Dubai as soon as I stepped off the plane and escorted me through everything. Took about 1 minute not counting the walking. It looked it would have taken hours otherwise. She answered all my questions cheerfully.The pictures of the bathroom include the shower (one of two). The bathroom is huge.The suite is very nice with closing doors and a 32” screen. Little compartments everywhere. Slippers and PJs. The amenity kit was quite nice. Soft drinks at your side and snacks. The bed was more than long and wide enough with great bedding.Food was excellent and at least 5 courses. Being a vegetarian I didn’t avail myself of the caviar but will try to get a tin for a friend on the way back.Choice of alcohol was excellent. I had a class of Hennessy Paridis Imperial (around $2800 per bottle). I don’t drink champagne but I am trying the Dom 2008 on the way back. Johnny Walker blue is available. I will say the wine list was not great. Good but nothing special.This is a bucket list trip that I was able to book at the beginning of the pandemic for far less than the normal price (about 70% off). If you have the money or the points it’s an amazing experience.
I’am disappointed on my Business class flight- the service is downgraded.. there is a big difference between the business class before and after COVID.. I felt that I had an economy class flight with a better sit..
Today on 10th of August I was offended and severely abused by Mohammad Khir (who was the supervisor in Dubai airport) in presence of my under age son during his trip to Moscow from Dubai.My son arrived at the airport with an oxygen generator to be transferred to my father in law. Day before the flight I contacted Emirates airlines over the phone and Mr. Ramy said that he got all approvals from medical and security teams to allow my son to carry an oxygen generator in the cabin despite its weight ( 18 kgs). I hesitated to put my generator in the normal checked baggage since its very expensive ( 15000 AED) and fragile.Mr. Ramy and then Mohammad Khir confirmed that this kind of approvals indeed exist, but Mohammad Khir said that he has full authority to deny any such approvals and any decisions made without him mean nothing for him.I started a polite push to make him understand that he must serve me and present solutions, but he blamed me for being rigid and behaved as if I were his subordinate, and not your loyal customer. When I raised my tone since his behaviour was offensive he threw my sons passport at me and walked away.I approached him firmly and demanded solutions to my problem. He ignored me and when I insisted he told:I dont want to deal with you and no one will help you. Keep yelling please!My persistence and the fact that the sons airplane was about to depart attracted some other, higher managers and only their presence helped move this situation somehow. Some of these managers clearly said that the only way for my generator to be sent to Moscow is fragile luggage but the company is not liable for any damages.I was disappointed and offered a class upgrade and proposed to purchase two more chairs to still put the generator in the cabin. This was denied by securities.I was abused and totally exhausted since no one in your company tried to serve me for the money I paid as if my pay was nothing. I was forced to admit what they proposed, but if my device will encounter any single problem as a result of transportation I will do my best under the law to get compensation in the court.Overall I will never fly using Emirates anymore and propose to compensate my situation according to the volume of your real appreciation of your clients.And please do your best so that Muhammad Khir will no longer work for you
The place was emepty when we went there. Had to take an extra turn to look for the parking but overall it was ok.. inside was not crowded with pandemic procedures in place. The staff was nice as well.. but it took her long time to even respond to the simplest of questions.. looked like she was working on other stuff as well.. :)

So disorganised and misleading email. Very unpleasant experience when I tried to alter my flight date. The website showed €26 extra to pay so I proceeded and made the payment. The confirmation was sent out to me and I was charged €321 instead. I was fuming and rang customer service. They were very rude and unhelpful, excuse aftercexcuses and hung up on me Finally. Never ever use them again and would never recommend it to anyone. Total cons.
We got cancellation flight to Copenhagen today. We came and they solved our problem in 10 min. They re-booked our flight for 3 days later out of charge. Quite, quickly and nice place to have all info you need.🤞
I am very disappointed and very frustrated on how your staff in Tehran Iran handled our problem with damaged baggage. It has been more than 2 months and we called many time and nothing happened. And finally someone in Iran calledThey told my mom to go to the store which was far away from her house to pick up new bag and my mom went to the store and the store was closed bc on Corona Virus.I called again many timesAnd filled up more formsAnd they called my mom yesterday and tell her to go to the store again in this corona situation and the store is still close. I am so angry about the service from tehran iran Emirate office . Very rude too.I thought Emirates Airline was very good, more respectful , responsive and responsible toward their passengers base on Emirates reputation😤😤😤😡😡 not happy with the people representing emirates Airline.
Worst airline to deal with refunds of travel vouchers! I have been dealing with Emirates for weeks, nearly months now to get my refund of the travel vouchers to the UK I cannot use.Emirates agents via Twitter told me different things, the complaints manager again said something else.They want me to go back to the bank and chase this money up. The issue is that the bank account they have ‘refunded’ it to DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE.I had told them to NOT REFUND IT to that account but they did not listen, now it’s me running around trying to find this lost money.Emirates is the worst.

I came to this branch to try to solve a problem with a claim of miles. The staff mentioned that she have solved the problem, however after 2 days I went to check the website and its not there.... I love Emirates, but some staff are not at its level of service.

Why have two people and seven counters? Incredibly bad planning. Plan on spending atleast an hour for the simplest task. Emirates continues to lower the bar.
With the on going Covid scenario expect to spend at least 3 hours in wait time due to sheer volume of customers. Theres no parking, except for a few RTA spots along the main road. This office does not do refunds so we were told. So please check before you decide to spend 3 hours and get turned down.

Most of the employees are very good in their dealings, but the prices of Emirates Airlines are very exaggerated (and more) and the apparent group is not aware that there is a crisis in the world and people are in great affliction and distress and an epidemic that has destroyed and affected the economies of ancient countries and global economic entities. To return, I also hope to set special discounted prices for senior citizens and retirees traveling with their families and those who have served the state and look at them with a view of gratitude and loyalty.
More and more admiration of this airline.Always attentive to the small details and the pleasures of these customers.
