Phone number is not working too bad and not 24/7 service also for emergency
Put my name instead of mother in laws (paid by my CC), spotted mistake instantly and informed airline within 15 minutes of booking. They refused to change ticket name even with me offering to pay a fee... i lost a 500 usd ticket. How can this be anything but senless profiteering when no recourse for common sense? Recommend to fly Emirates, Virgin or BA instead, the customer sevice is amazing in comparison. I will never fly Singapore Airlines nor any of our staff due to this treatment in the past. Have requsted calls to dicuss but no response. Very sad.
Friendly staff & quick service , very less waiting time
