The technology center is very basic, and is more of an office build than a tech hub. there are 4 floors, and the IT teams are spead across differenent areas. Make sure you know where you are going, otherwise, you will be wandering around a bit. The main floor as a travel shop, costa, and a small cafe before security. There is also an employee kioisk next to the costa.

Before I start I have some advice and basics to teach Emirates. There is only one Boss. The CUSTOMER. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman down, simply by spending his money somewhere else If you are not taking care of your customers your competitors will.Lets begin with their customer service - PATHETIC. Had lot of expectation about emirates, but lost trust on them now. The customer service representative was rude. I got the email just few days prior to my flying date (2nd Oct) about flight cancellation. When I called them to book another flight on the same day (As I needed to travel the same), they said the seats are fully booked and the next available slot is the 11th Oct which is 9 days after my original booking date. How am I suppose to look for another flight in such a short notice? The one which are available are expensive, why should I pay huge amount for a problem Emirates made? When I told the Emirates CS to provide some solution to travel on the my original booking date, his tone was rude, as if the flight got cancelled due to my fault.As a customer, emirates have to offer us a compensation to travel before cancelling the flight for reason even they dont know. There were seats available on business class for another flight on the same day, and I asked if they can upgrade my booking to business class because its their fault. But he was adamant and said I will have to pay the extra charges for business class. Why should I pay extra for a problem which was from their side?Really bad service, doesnt care about the convenience of the customer, they are simply looting money with their brand image. Will never travel on emirates ever again. Emirates has lost their credibility, probably because they layed off their experienced staff during covid. If emirates continues this way, they will loose loyal customer. There are much cheaper flights who provides better customer service.

If you are looking to buy a plane ticket for Emirates then you should avoid this branch. I was met with a representative of theirs named Mona and was greeted in the most degrading way especially is a shock for Emirates an airline that prides itself in customer service . I had went explained my destination and presented my student card so I can take advantage of their promotion of offering discount to university students which their own employees on the phone told me about. I mention I am a student and is ignored till I ask again where she says oh I will have to charge you again as I didn’t think you wanted to take advantage of the promotion which begs one to ask then why would I bring my student card for ! Her response quotes “it is only small sum discount “ and brushes it off . This is flabbergasting and if the customer is meant to know which promotion apply to then what exactly is your staff job . And as a paying customer this experience is hideous and degrading !

I made my first international travel to Toronto through this airline and had a very pathetic experience. The saddest thing was that they didnt even had a blanket for me and I had to stay with my jackets worn throughout my 14 hrs journey. The crews were absolutely not helpful. Will never ever travel with them nor will recommend to anyone.

Looks life amazing speech less to see this airport. Well maintained in side we have metr train to go to our gate. Fully advanced technology. One of the Worlds beautiful airport. Opposite to airport we have metro station for local transport. One stop for Eat, Shop and fly ✈.

Smooth and quick service. I arrived just 10 minutes before closing hour. The staff showed no sign of upset, but offered a very friendly assistance. I got my ticket updated within 15 mins and a lot of lovely smile throughout.The location is convenient and easily access by taxi.

I’m a frequent traveler and I chose emirates most of my timeYesterday’s flight from Hamburg to Dubai was not as good as alwaysThey forgot to give me the meal.. I had to call the hostess and wait for more than 30 minutes to get served.. I asked for one meal but got the other one!They did not remove it after that and i had to call them and waited for another 30 minutesI always expect the best from the best airlines ever..

My first flight with Emirates was in a A-380 from Domodedovo. Moscow. There was great an airplane and all things from Emirates Airlines. The crew is very polite and high professional. A meal is good and tasty. Entertainment system onboard has a lot of new and interesting movies. Lavatories are clean. Captain got take of and landing smooth and on time. So I trust Emirates Airlines best airlines.

Actually is between 3 to 3 1/2 stars. I have over 1,5M miles in Air Canada. This is my second time I flight in Emirates Airlines and I still can’t find why people choose or like Emirates, maybe for test the A380. Qatar have better service in business class since meals you can have or repeat any times. Also have pijamas for sleep. Maybe First class is better but price is too high so I don’t know if worth or not pay such sume of money. Maybe in my next flight from HKG to Bue departure on 04/June have different services.

I have read a news review about Emirates Airlines being the best so I was excited to finally fly in one. My experience was a disappointment. The airplane was nothing fantastic, the toilet seemed to have loose covers. The attendants were grumpy, do not smile and do not say goodbye to departing passengers. It took me 3 requests to get my ginger ale. I requested because they didn’t offer me a drink during meals. Most of all, the passengers were already standing and taking their bags way before the plane came to a complete halt when we landed in Dubai. However, my trip from Dubai to Manila was a lot better with smiling and prettier attendants, real touch screens and newer plane.

I travelled last Month from Dubai to Islamabad on Emirates Airline. It was not my first time on Emirates and as usual i was so disappointed by the non professional attitude of boarding staff. They were shouting towards passengers like they are in the fish market. I ask one of the staff for check in counter and he was so rude and seems like he was giving me a favour instead of doing his job properly. Not gonna travel again by Emirates. The standard and quality of this airline is way down nowadays.

I had a long round trip Belgium - Bali with a stop in Dubai ✈️. I usually need a day or 2 to rest and to get rid of the jet lag. Not this time! The flight was so comfortable! 😍 The chair was easily convertible to bed and I managed to sleep 😴 during the flight (which is not often the case).The service was amazing and the staff was extremely nice, smiling and helpful. 🧚‍♀️I caught a cold 🤒 just before my flight and the staff took care of me and prepared warm tea whenever I needed. 🤗 I also didn’t hesitate to take a glass of good Champagne 🥂 ( but that’s another story 😊). Will definitely fly again with @emirates ✈️

I fly about 4 times per year and I have to say the food on emirates flights is improved a lot in these years.About the comfort, Emirates planes are pretty much similar to other airlines: with a lot of movies, games, pillow, blanket, etc.Maybe there is a little more space on the sit for the legs, comparing to some other airline.The price depends, sometimes I find Emirates expensive but sometimes I find some offer.

This was posted by my brother and would like to do the same as the PNR NUM FBR4Q6 was my wife and my childrens 6yrs and 1.5 yrs.I would like to Highlight my pathetic experience with Emirates Airlines on 24/03/2021 where my family was flying “DUBAI TO MUMBAI” on 21:50 flight.We were 7 passengers in all with 3 different PNR’s “I7PR4B” , “F6MELS” and FBR4Q6 .We had 4 kids (2 infants) with us and had already done online checkin which was of no use at all. We reached the airport by 15:12 which was sufficient and had to wait in the que for almost 1:30 hours with kids. Upon requesting the manager, he said we are giving priority to another flight whose boarding is gettung closed and were not emtertained.However we got a chance to do the check-in but we were stopped there and another passenger was called as their gate was closing so we moved to another counter.Since we were 7 of us, i went to a single counter and wanted to do a group check-in but emirates Staff “Mr.Adham” said i will not do the check-in for all the passengers and you need to move to another counter and we did that. I had called the emirates call center after reading the travel guidelines on emirates.com to verify the number of copies i have to take along with me so that there is no issues at the time of checkin and they confirmed “2 copies” per PDF for the “Air Suvidha” and i followed the same. At the time of check-in, emirates staff “Mr.Adham” told me to get new copies and i said i have followed the instructions already and emirates is charging “AED 15” per copy and he was asking me to get 6 sets more to which i said emirates told me this and “ANY EDUCATED PERSON WOULD SAY THESE ARE TWO COPIES AS IT HAS ALL THE PASSENGER DETAILS” upon which he responded i will off load you all from the flight and i asked him on what grounds?We all were frustrated as we had to wait soo long and after that we are getting such response from “Emirates staff” is really bad. He kept on repeating “ we are busy and we are not playing here”- like seriously? Is this the way to talk to the customers?However i took the printout and the copies were wrongly printed by the printing department and i had to run again to get it reprinted. On the other hand “ Mr.Adham” kept on repeating the same thing that i willOffload as the gate is going to be shut amd all documents were supposed to be managed before and accroding to me i had all the documents. On the other counter, infant’s boarding pass was not printed by emirates staff and security person stopped us and we had to run at the airport for all this.I have been an Emirates customer since 1995 and preferred to travel with emirates untill yesterday but after getting such pathetic service from emirates i would think twice before booking emirates and would recommend evryone to think twice as well as i could see many people running here and there due to a lack in process. The rudest, most unhelpful, arrogant cabin crew I have ever experienced in all the time I have ever travelled. The Australian cabin crew member raised her voice for no reason and then stomped off like a child. Just disgraceful. Ive heard many other horror stories about this airline and will not use them again. Asking for water shouldnt result in someone being rude. If your cabin crew hate their jobs, its not the customers fault. Overrated airline driven by marketing and PR with subpar servicer.

Scammed! Cant purchase the excess baggage with out a UAE bank card (app denys the card) when explaining at the desk the online price is not honored ... 1000dhs for 10kgs instead of the online price of 104€... great way to make loyal customers of 25 years feel special. Particularly when supervisor Mansoor has an attitude, clearly does not want to hear the customer. Very rude - Emirates seems to be getting worse and worse by the year. No wonder customer happynes center was promptly closed this year 🙈- btw -After re viewing my review I seeThat some how google is editing these reviews ... shame on u emirates - paying to keep good reviews higher than honest ones ... :(

Very disappointed! i had an original booking dubai to paris round trip i called in France the call center to change the return City to Cairo. They changed it and sent me a confirmation email. I called days later to change the date of my flight Cairo-Dubai witch it was supposed to be changed. But the call center in Istanbul told me that the modification was wrongly made and that it could not be done and that i could never take the flight. So they advised me to buy a new ticket! This is really unprofessional and unavailable from the part of Emirates Staff and call center! And, after buying a new ticket, i received an email to check in online for the booking that i could not take! Im really disappointed of the quality of services Emirates. I bought a new ticket even if i had mine I really hope this complaint to be studied and to get a justification of what happened

I used emirates to fly to USA for the first time “would be my last” and the experience is really bad for an airline that market themselves as one of the worlds top. The so called emirates security group personally got aggressive with me because I did not understand his question and asked him to explain it in a better way. “He most likely speaking a different form of American English that I could understand” so instead of explaining he got in my face started to get louder and then told them to extra search me because I asked him to explain his question. Using his power. To mention I m a tsa pre in United States.And then at the plane with all the COVID outbreaks especially in Dubai they came to us asking to mask my 1 year old niece. Yet 5here was 24 people out of the 80 passengers without a mask for most of the flight, and I complained twice with no action from the crew members.Not worth the marketing they make for them self. I have used more than 8 carriers to go overseas but never a careless disrespectful airline like this before.

This is how they handle baggage with a fragile sticker attached! Also, attitude of some cabin crews were not very good. Food on some flights were good but some very unsatisfactory. Emirates may have some of the best fleet and IFE but I think they should focus more on training their staff and improving customer service rather than absurdly sponsoring every sport event out there to gain market.

Unpleasant experience.Buying ticket online was not possible. So i had to call their office. The price recieved via phone was different than the online calculator.I had no idea if my ticket included for example health insurance, etc.Online check in doesnt work.If you need any info, you need to call their central dubai office.Best surprise came upon arriving at the airport. Because although they charged meg for the ticket, and issued it, they put my ticket on hold. 50 minutes before departure i still didnt know if ill be accepted. If you need this kind of stress, please feel free to fly with that airline.

Hands down Im a real blogger and what iam about to write is pure point of view and not sponsored by anyone, my experience was superior and worth writing for, with this corona covid 19 issue , going beyond the standard service is something needs to be recognized and appreciated, i call them the diamond employees, i came in with a cuzin that was leaving the country and had an extra luggage that i was sending to my country to my fiance to fly emirates you gotta have hour Covid19 test done before the flight ✈️ it was done but didnt have the print out so the first employees they didnt allow my cuzin to check in and she have done it the night before but she had to wait 14 days to get a print out she had it on her phone , so they didnt accept a screen shot ,it was hard so I called for the manger MR Mohamed and explained the issue to him and he simply asked us wich health network we used and he checked in the system and told us that the clinic is a part of their network and verify the test and guided us to where and how to get a print out we got it done , a simple effort of such changed and saved up the whole flight we a actually had another PROBEM but got it solved thanks to Mohamed and another female COLLEAGUE, THOSE EVENTS is what makes Emirates flight the best , Mohamed won the diamond employees award of the month emirates

Great Airlines. Nice experience in flying their Airbus 380-800 double decker. Good service. Excellent hot food at short intervals. On air and desk staff takes good care. Had 4 long distance flights in last 2 months. Nice experience always. In flight experience with their Information-Communication- Entertainment (ICE) is nice. Full details of flight with actual position of aircraft at all times and live cameras. WiFi in cabin. Movies and all entertainment. Children movies. Can have cribs,gifts for babies.Good attention in case of illness to any passenger.Staff speaks many languages.Smiling and friendly.Selection of food including of the region of flight. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.Flown in many airlines and this airline can be rated as one of the best.

Unfortunately we can only do a 5star rating on google-maps. According our experiences with EMIRATES on many flights, we rather would do a 7*******star rating instead.Tonight we enjoyed again top services and professionell customer care in Business-Class throughout the FRA-DXB flight, including Bulgari toiletry-kits, additional mattresses etc.All members of the entire crew were highly motivated.Actually the cabin service despite in „ Covid-19-modus“, was still on Emirates-high-standard, while other well-known airlines downgraded and greatly reduced their cabin-services.Compliments to EK to be different.For us EK is still the top of world airlines.Unfortunately no Airbus 380 was dispatched on this FRA DXB flight. The A380 is our favourite „dreamliner“.We cross our fingers that all the great A380s will be back in the sky soon.

Which was not confirmed. I checked online on Brisbane Airport, the the flight EK430 is scheduled to arrive there.Today, I tried calling multiple times to Emirates team and they asked me to keep waiting until I get a confirmation call or email from Emirates team to let me when I could board the flight. Which I never got. After trying nearly a dozen times, at the end I got no response of what is going on and no one is willing to give me answers why am I not able to board the flight.

I had to queue in line for more than 45 minutes, meanwhile two managers (Ahmed El Zareef) were standing next to the line not looking at or trying to assist the extreme delays. After other people and myself included approached them telling them it is completely unacceptable they are standing chatting and laughing together instead of attending the clients who have been waiting I. Line for nearly an hour they told us to just continue waiting because of Carona, then continued to talk with one another. A shame that these are the people who represent Emirates Airlines.

They told me no refund then issued me a travel voucher and they say I have to wait 12onths to refund it, so they use my money for 12 months they I can use it, while they have no flights I am supposed to use the travel voucher, I never expected they treat there loyal gold customers like that, will never fly Emirates again

Ive had a really horrible experience with the staff at Dubai Airport, on counter 3, just 2 days back, when my bag exceeded the 20kg allowance by extra 1km, the lady at the counter refused to allow me, and asked me to remove the extra 1 kg, even though the flight was booked for my 69 years father,Very horrible experience with the ground staff at the counter, but the same staff would kiss your feet if you are on the first class, why don’t you treat people same way as you treat others, I’ve tried both economy and first class, and it’s just ridiculous if they teach them to treat people differently for the extra money paid.Never booking through this airline ever again, standard has gone to the ground.I had a lot of love for the Airline, but after this point, I would rather stick to british airlines, at least they treat people like human, regardless of colour or nationality

Easily the best airline I have traveled with. Also the best app, which gives you really accurate information. Like Etihad, Emirates has a complimentary chauffeur service to pick you up from home and drive you to your destination if you travel business or first class.What I also really liked was the bar they have in business class, which gives the possibility to network in the air!

The flight from Heathrow to Dubai on Monday, 24 June 2019 made me warm to economy for the first time in years. After paying extra for two bulkhead seats, we found the curvature of the cabin at the front of the plane made the space incredibly small. Enter Rachel Wager - staff no. 439859 - who immediately sought to resolve the problem. She found an empty row of four further back and explained that these would give lateral space, to compensate for the loss of forward space in the original seats.What was so refreshing, was the spontaneous move to resolve a situation we had not complained about. Her warmth and friendliness were a real asset to this airline. Other carriers should take note. Congratulations Rachel.

I am frequent customer of Emirates and fly at least 4 long flights a year and I really enjoy the comfort of the aircraft and the service of the crew. But the mileage program is shameful. Every time I travel I have to claim miles cause they are never credited, I already answered a questionnaire that promised me 25 thousand miles that were never credited. I got many promotional business upgrades more than 5. Today i looked my skyward profile and surprise.... I have 7800 miles after 10 long flights with many business upgrades. Shamefull for a company of this prestige. I am using another company program to buy emirates tickets because i get more benefits.
