Only they interested to how to take alot of money from the customer. The fly cancel why u still not refund the money back to the customer. And if fly cancel why the ticket will cancel too. Why you not refund and let the customers buy with another airline.

It saddens and frustrates me that the flag carrier of Philippines is providing a terrible kind of service. Ive been put on hold for more than an hour and a half. My flight was supposed to be on the last week of March but that was cancelled and rebooked. After 2 weeks, 5 days before the flight Id been given the notice that itll be delayed for 30 days? I understand that there is the pandemic situation but to change the flight to 30 days, thats outrageous. The one-way ticket Ive purchased is not on the cheaper side too so they shouldve at least given me the priority for the second time theyve scheduled my flight. I have a friend who took a flight via Qatar Airways going to Cebu and his flight had been smooth (No cancelations or whatsoever). I had my reservations before booking the flight with PAL but Ive given them the benefit of the doubt. I guess my intuition is not entirely off course. This is the first time Im flying with PAL but with this kind of service I might consider more better options for my next travels. I hope PAL will revamp their services soon enough.

I called today for more than hour and NO ONE is picking up.I was put on hold for such a long time... Very disappointed and upset.I wish I could post the video also but its not allowing me... It was only a voice machine telling me to stay on hold and that our call is important.My flight is 25 March 2021 and was CANCELLED.It was REBOOKED on 30 March 2021.Again it was CANCELLED 27 March 2021.Ive finally decided to NOT travel and I want my money back.Im calling for a refund.I did the long procedure for the REFUND and got and automated response that my email was received and that another email will be sent to me. But THERE IS NONE.I NEED THE REFUND.Its a refund for 2 passengers.I need my money back PAL.PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE OR YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMER.THANK YOU.

I just want to expressed my greatest disappointment with Philippine Airlines the Official National Carrier of the Philippines. Which give me a headache after series of flight cancellation.I tried calling them even i spend dollars because they are not toll free to ask for another option but they cant give you anything. They just keep saying sorry. I have waited for how many years just to get back home but here we go again. I requested for refund so I can go with other airlines since they are not cancelling flights they said refunding will take 5 Billing cycle which is not acceptable.Its my first time to fly with PAL but all I experienced is disappointment and unprofessional service. I will never fly again with PAL. Goodluck

I want ask ? If there is flight but I cannot to enter Filipine airport why still mention in travel agent, we are passenger don’t know about this and book the ticket, after we will trouble because we can’t enter the AirPort then you have to refund the ticket, They will charge you 50% But it not your mistake because they are not mention if you can not enter filipine AirPort without visa , so better you can take other flight for transit flight , very very dissapointed

I just booked my flight a week ago, then suddenly it was cancelled by the airline for some reason.People are booking their flights simply because we want to go home.But upon visiting your office to get an assistance with rebooking my ticket, not just me but some other customers, went to your office in Deira, however, your pathetic office was been closed according to one of DNATAs staff. You are posting your office hours online but in reality you are really not there to assist your customers. LOL.You are giving us the chance to book a ticket in your website, but receiving an assistance from your team seems to be hopeless for all of us who chose to book thru you.This is just really a frustrating and disappointing service from PAL. They cannot be relied on and no credibility to help their customers nowadays. What are you people thinking? Make us suffer more. If you cant rebook our tickets ASAP, then refund then refund the money ASAP so we can find another airline where we can book a new flight for us!!!

I was told on the phone on July 2 around 2pm if memory serves me right, by Ms. Jamaica that if I would put my personal items in my bike box along with my bicycle and it would be absolutely fine as long as I did not exceed 23kg per box. Come check in on the day I fly (Aug 24), I was told by the desk staff at Dubai airport that this is not allowed, no personal items cannot be mixed with my bicycle in the bicycle box.I ended up paying the excess luggage fee, had to buy a box at the airport and repack all my things that was highly stressful, caused me a lot of inconvenience and almost made me miss my flight as repacking and searching for tape at the airport took time.Please be more clear as this excess luggage fee that I paid for and stress received was not my fault to begin as I simply followed the agents advice on the phone.Please have this investigated, I hope the call was recorded because I wish to be compensated for this inconvenience as again this was all not my fault.

**Not worthy to claim 4* and say “The heart of the Filipino”, they don’t have a heart. They are the most inconsiderate airline to families with Infants. They don’t give priority to your infant child, no infant food, no priority for infant seat. And also no Entertainment system whatsoever. Their tickets are overpriced for nothing.

This company is the worst. They broke my luggage on my way from Dubai to Manila, their cabin crew supervisor on my flight was so rude and I have been trying to contact them for a complaint but of course their customer service is ghost. Not recommend at all.

They are scammer! We just booked a ticket yesterday dubai to davao, they received the payment but they did not allow the passenger that we booked to board saying our payment was declined. Now we are calling them and answered with the classical call center answer that their system was down and cant pull out their records! What an alibi? This airline is a thief big time! They keep you on hold for hours and you cant even speak to their supervisors as they are hiding! Worst airlkne in the world! Enjoy our hard earned money while you still breathing who knows one day you will get what you deserve!
