I had two tickets which got cancelled due to COVID after a while I call them to rearrange it, they not willingly to help asking me to contact their office in KSA then the lady switched the call to some guy who started raising his voice not giving me a chance to reply or talk then ended up hanging the call on me. Totally disappointed as it was my fav Airline back when I lived in KSA.

Really improving and taking it to the global level, they are taking a lot of care about the customer service and experience.New airplanes and with quality focus..The most important thing is that you can feel the different from the online or the app when you book the flight and when you arrive at the airport, ALFURSAN make your waiting time a great time.. 👍Always my first choice..
I booked 3 business class tickets and flight was delayed from Cairo to Dubai for few hours. There is no scheme in place for compensation which is norm in all big airlines, when I arrived to Dubai my luggage was broken, I made a report in Dubai airport and no one bother to contact me till now. I tried to communicate with the Customer service but obviously no response and I am sorry to say they are very bad. This is a big airlines and has all the facilities to be the biggest airlines in the world. His HRH Mohamed Ben Salman has the right vision but airline management do not help achieving it.
Poor customer service even 1 star i can not give. I call dubai office both numbers and no answering my calls and i called to saudi office someone answered me and she said she will transfer my call to right person but after that no answer just like that. I dont get answers on my query.ZERO STAR PLS.
They have no mercy when it comes to grab money regardless of conditions person is suffering by them.very sad .
Worst experience booking flight by Danata with saudia airline SCH/18057177.At the first place the flight delay from Manila and second she arrived late in jadah 2:00 am after he conect flight went 1:30 am to Dubai.She stuck there in the airport without any assistance and consideration of passengers.Really feel shame about this kind of service for tow respect companies Danata and Saudia airlines.I will never use this service again .
Tvs are not working most of the time. Cleanliness is not done well. Stewards needs training to serve on time
