Very nice people and service except the accountant didnt want to give me the receipt after payment and had to demand for it, Also one kenyan lady serving was not friendly, so three star for the Ethiopian lady serving she was very nice and friendly.
We had a good and a bad experience with them. Bad because they cancel our flight 3 days before departure and they did not seem to care a lot. Good, because at the end we were luck and we found Zubin, great profesional, he did his best and gave us a solution to our problem so so could finally fly on time. Thanks lot Zubin!! Great service.I always find staff from Africa to super kind and friendly.I had an issue with my Kenya vouchers that were given to me due to flight cancellations during the covid scare.They sorted it out very well and went to extra lengths to assist my family and I.Thanks to all the staff at Kenya Airways in dubai.

The worst service you can ever get from an airline. The phones are never picked up and even when put through to an agent the attitude is from another level. The only benefit from this airline is the baggage allowance.
I have been sending these guys emails for a year to reschedule my ticket and they keep on forwarding tona department whichbnever responds to emails.When you call, you will be on call waiting until the call drops.I then decided to visit the office peronally and arrived at 6pm on the dot and the staff pretended no to see me through the glass windows.The cleaner then just waved, we have closed.Such 🚮

They keep distance as per covid regulation s but there Services are expensive like reschedule traveling date you must pay 300drm not fair.

It took me only a few minutes to explain my issue to the agent and she sent a msg to Kenya Airways Office in Nairobi requesting the change I needed due to flight cancellation. Although I am still waiting for a reply from the agent via email but I hope it will be done.

Ive had good services here before but last time was very timid. Maybe they were just having a bad day, I travelled to Cameroon, my luggage was left behind, I waited another day to collect my luggage and got no apology. Was a bad experience.

I dont know how I forgot to share how badly I was treated with a sick person at the airport months ago by one Asian lady in the office upstairs.My sick friend was traveling back to Kenya, I showed her a doctors letter signed, just requesting for a wheelchair to escort my friend to the plane since it was a long walk. I think she was having a bad day or tired because it was midnight. She canceled the flight with no mercy was arrogant rude and had a very bad altitude towards us. She gave us wrong information on top of everything, that we were not going to pay any money to rebook the flight the next day. She went ahead and asked us to leave the office even without giving enough information on what to do. Confused, we stayed at the airport for few hours but my friend was sick so we had to book any nearing hotel for him to rest. The next day we went to Kenya airways office AL Fahidi with a KQ letter filled and signed by Aster hospital doctor, the Kenyan ladies were so helpful but we were asked for 750 aed to rebook, opposite to what the boss lady from the airport had told us.She is the manager I understand but my sick friend was a customer,Instead of offering good customer service, pain, regret and struggle was inflicted on us. Everytime I see any advert about KQ, i remember the incident and promise myself never to use it or let any of my friends do.Painful experience.
