My ticket was confirmed on 24th Dec.2020 and all flights were cancelled to Saudi Arabia due to 2nd strain of covid-19.But when they resumed flights on 3rd Jan 2021.they didnt consider the confirmed tickets which was already heavy paid for, instead they should pay for reimbursement for all those days of stranded I was،they overcharged again the ticket to change my date so I had to pay double price for the ticket plus delay by them.I requested and complained but as always in a trash.Customer Support is zero.I was ready frustrated with it.Thanks.

Worst experience that i had enite in my whole life, employees are like villian (not everyone), not even single ways of professionalism, trying to scare the customers by shouting and like beasty character, HR should be more concious about hiring people, they must have some criminal background or something, never ever go for saudi arabian airlines, thank you
