I literally called this local office over a 100 times and nobody picked up the phone. This airline is utter garbage from top to bottom.
Was assisted by a wonderful staffed named Karim with my refunds.He was very patient and polite!
Very very poor service,staff are not speaking English even though I know that they understand what Im saying.Cabin crew use the last tow set ( 6 set ) to sleep almost the hole trip

I had one of the best customer service experience from their Dubai Emar square branch . Mr Kabeer K has delighted me beyond my expectations when my family was traveling to US and the flight got canceled. He has been extremely understanding , patient and helpful to re book us in a different flight with no extra cost and further even help in rescheduling the return tickets multiple times to meet our needs.And all with smile and willingness to do more makes the experience even better.He has been a savior during this travel and I cannot be more pleased by my choice to pick Turkish Airlines.Kudos to such selfless employees who make our travel experience a bit more wonderful and bringing the service level to a different level.Thank you Kabeer for all the help and support so far.All the best!!!
Why do they have a landline if nobody ever picks up the phone.
They are not answering the phone.If you cant answer the phone then remove it why you are putting it and now one pick up the phone

Cheater and not honest.They sold me a confirmed ticket to Europe then I discovered that they are not allowed to fly to Europe due to Covid-19.Then they will cancel my ticket a few days before the trip and hold my money for another week.They still offer their tickets for sale while they know that they cannot fly their airplanes

Flight got cancelled by airline, I processed a refund online, only to find out I will be refunded half the ticket fare, I called the call centre to find out why I m being charged if the flight was cancelled by the airline, they kept shifting me to different people, no one knows anything, went to their outlet, they referred me back to the call centre and informed me that refunds normally take 120 days and they dont know why I m only getting half the amount. Imagine 120 days.I have raised a complaint on their website and have nt heard anything as yet. I need my money back so that I can book with another airline. Whats funny is that it only takes a split second for them to debit your credit card but a mission to give back your money. Its been an atrocious, horrible and appalling service from ticketing, to call centre agents, to the refund process, to the outlet staff and to the complains process.Here is the principle. You can not treat your customers shabby and rob them and think that you will succeed and be sustainable, and get away with it, not a chance.This was my first and the last time using Turkish Airlines. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER.

They canceled my flight as per government regulations. I had to come to the office as the website and call center was not working properly. They took care of me. Offered me solutions. And canceled my ticket with refund. 7 days for tickets refund. And 14 days for the seats refund

This airline is a joke and Mujib (Ticket sales) the Joker or the Great Gasby. Not only a nightmare but also a big rip-off which starts with my Business Upgrade. I was asked to make the payment immediately, so I went to the Atm bank MACHINE and deposited a check with the required amount to obtain my upgrade. 24 hrs later I was told that payment didnt reach and that my ticket was on hold until my payment would be done in CASH, which i Did. I requested of course to have my check back which they refused by saying that the amount would be deposited to my bank account within 24 hours. off I went for my trip.Ten days later, once I came back I noticed that that check amount was not yet credited into my bank account. I called and was told that money was not yet credited and within 3 working days I would have it into my bank account. So 2 more days have passed and nothing yet. I keep calling and no answer. Now I am forced to go to lodge a police report and having to deal with another headache just because these people are dishonest. ON ANOTHER NOTE: please do not cross by Istanbul airport by all means unless you are really desperate: cheap service provided by the rude and Turkish only speakers. There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK and when asked, they give you a toll number where they can speak only Turkish. No One speaks proper English and most importantly ISTANBUL AIRPORT DOES NOT MAKE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ANYTHING (even you lose your child)!!!!!! and if they do it based on death emergency case, itll be hard to understand what they mean. SO I WOULD RATE THY -1 and Turkish customer service -10/ probably they take their President/Sultan as a proper example to deliver with foreigners..unfortunately Google reviews are too optimistic about this joke.
31 st of March I’ve purchased online tickets for 2 passengers one way Sharjah -Bodrum on 7 May with 1 stop in Istanbul. 26 of April Got the message of some rescheduling flight time on 29 of May (I got surprised bcs didn’t book the ticket back from Istanbul to Sharjah ,I ve planned to go to third country )was issue with their website I couldn’t find my tickets through manage booking,always was error , 27 of April I went to this office and the lady assistant told me that I have only Sharjah Istanbul 7 May (the date that I actually need )and back 29 May(the date that I didn’t book at all)after I found out that the website I booked through (not official Turkish airlines ) booked return ticket by itself bcs its would be cheaper then one way ticket(I didn’t receive any info about it in my electronic ticket )So, I need to get to Bodrum ,I said to the Manager in the office , and I showed the Ticket number of Istanbul -Bodrum , she didn’t even look at the number ,straight away said - you don’t have that ticket !Only Sharjah Istanbul , Istanbul Sharjah.I asked ,Are you sure ??She answered ,Yes!I thought ,ok,if she doesn’t see Istanbul Bodrum tickets of mine in her computer then I have to buy it anyway bcs the hotel is booked ! I purchased in the office tickets from Istanbul to Bodrum for 2 passengers 495AED per person total 990 AED for two people ,she said its the cheapest and the same time that you “booked “ by yourself before .I was scared to have some problems with flights,so I did buy.Then i came home to check on the Turkish airlines website domestic flight that I purchased in the office Istanbul Bodrum ,it’s ridiculous ,só the price actually is 93,5 AED PER PERSON ,186AED FOR TWO THE SAME FLIGHTS WITH SAME LUGGAGE WEIGHT ,everything same !I was curious ,I checked again through manage booking on official website of Turkish airlines Number of the domestic ticket that I purchased by myself on 31 of March , of course it’s appeared in the system !! I went back to the office ,explained situation , asked why the website doesn’t work properly . And mentioned about the difference in prices that she overcharged me instead of 186 Dhr I paid 990 dhr ,she started getting angry ,raising her voice on me ! I asked refund of tickets that she sold me , the fee on the website in the fare rules was 38 dhr per ticket ( I couldn’t refund by myself bcs it was purchased through office agent ) . And of course they have their policy in the office to increase the fare ,she deduct 130 dhr from 495 dhr each ticket.Total from all this NEVER DEAL WITH TURKISH AIRLINES OFFICESystem /website doesn’t work properly !Cheating on prices and fares!Customer service is very poor !

As an airlines its great, but as a customer service its bad, I bought my tickets using my credit card, but when I canceled it I had to come to this office to collect cash, I dont know if its legal to do that! Anyway guys here are polite and professional, its just annoying to come here

No proper coordinate between Airport staff and Turkish airline to address serious medical conditions4. Everyone is rude and yelling, and all faces are grumpy5. English language is not something you can use in that airport because everyone speaks only Turkish6. The TAV hotel will not help you if you are sick till they make sure that you pay then they call port clinic 55557. Will not treat you in a proper clean room, but in a pre-occupied room8. No pharmacy inside the airport9. Dirty toilets10. No one will offer help when you tell them I’m so sick- and you don’t know from where to get wheelchairs11. Everybody will push you away trying to avoid assisting you12. Call center will only direct you to write a feedback form, then when you do that after 3 times you get irrelevant replies, and they will copy-paste the process that you should follow in medical emergencies but will not tell you that such a process should be communicated to the sick person by the help desk staff.13. Police office were so so rude and were screaming in Turkish because they don’t speak English.It was a horrible 5 hour transit when I was sick on the floor and didn’t get help in that “International Airport” which is supposed to be welcoming tourists as well.That was my first and last visit to that airport.By the way, I sent compliments to TAV airports management, Turkish Airline Customer Service and didn’t get proper replies.I will write to AITA and will get our company lawyer to take legal action.

Awful experience, first of all kept calling them for 3 days many times on the given number as I needed to ask them one small thing but no one picked up the phone so had to travel from Sharjah to dubai. When there only two ppl in ticketing and there was along queue, the two ppl who were there were not very well versed with what was happening. I had a query which they couldnt respond so they addressed it to their manager who at that time was out of his cabin trying to book what seemed like a ticket for his relative.. He didnt even looked at me when the executive told him about my query forget greeting or acknowledging me .. The amount they spending on marketing they should spent atleast half of it on training their staff.. Peace
