Hello,I arrived at the airport today 4 hours before my flight n. FZ 1928 from Teheran to Dubai to take then the next flight from Dubai to Sialkot.On the check in desk me and other 10 people at least were told to go to another office to take a formular to fill in and when we arrived back to give it to check un attendant, the desk was closed and nobody was there anymore 1 hour before flight with no indication of what to do which us outrageous. Im asking atonal refund of my ticket as you as a carrier didnt fulfill your obligation and didnt deliver the service I paid for and left me on a foreign airport with no other solution. As member of IATA association you are obliged to minimum service standards which today your crew didnt respected and you owe me total refund and hotel and food paid until my next available flight with you. I enclose my ticket and in awaiting a solution from your customer service which I called on many numbers in many countries without any answer. My ticket reference number is 4DQ471. Thank you...

We took fly dubai ticket only beacuse of we know they ill respond fast and easier process is there any issues occured.im calling to call center almost 200 times none responding the call.im very dissappointed about the customer service.

Flight was following all safety precautions providing mask and shield. Seats are comfortable and the meals are also good in taste. We have taken flight Dubai to Trivandrum.

No frills airline. The seats had no pockets, no entrainment systems and the crew was clueless at best. They need to improve their service level and bring at least on par with the parent company.Im not sure if this was unique to my flight but the crew seemed untrained and had no concept of as much as greeting passengers.

The worst airline ever. Flydubai refused to onboard me on the flight from Cairo to Uae on 19/8/2021 because of the QRD code in pcr test. I booked on Airarabia and there was nothing wrong with the code. I want my money back in full plus a credit note for wasting 12 hours of my time in the airport. Shame on you, this isn’t how you do ethical business!

The worst airline ever.I booked a ticket for my driver to Colombo but it was cancelled 2 times by flydubai for no reason and I rebooked for the third time but my driver didn’t trust them so I booked for him in SriLankan airline in an earlier date and he travelled and when I’ve requested a refund back to my credit card they deducted a fee plus I couldn’t get the money back to my credit card because they say in the terms and conditions ( which nobody reads ) it was mentioned a voucher refund only either for the driver or for me.And neither of us will travel on flydubai.In this case I lost al the ticket amount.

On 19th August the check-in staff in Kochi airport was pathetic. I think no leadership role. I was in the que for 3 hours and hardly they handled 20 passengers per hour. How can they be so insensitive to the customers standing for hours.

Flydubai is not reliable... better to travel with Emirates always ...no headache. Recently we faced lot of travel issues with Flydubai and they will not call or inform us in advance for their reschedule or flight cancellation. Always informing last minute to make us panic.

Horrible service. Staff tagged many passengers carry on baggage for the hold without weighing. Our carry on baggage was filled with cookies and some jewelry which I was worried of being lost or stolen so we had to empty as much of them as I could into the duty free bags we had. The carry on luggage they took into the hold was basically empty by then. We also had to hand carry a laptop and 2 tablets because we were told they arent allowed in the hold which was why they were in our carry on luggage on the first place. Upon entering the plane there was many empty overhead bins and seats which led me to wonder why they needed to take so many bags into the hold.The entertainment screens behind the seats dont work most of the time because their touchscreens are broken. Plane staff said to switch to an empty seat with a working screen because there was nothing else they could do. Nothing worthwhile was also on the entertainment screens without payment.The food provided was a plain egg with a piece of sausage, 4 fries, and water. Other drinks required payment. After finishing our food the staff never came around to get the empty containers. My wife took it back to them when she went to the restroom.Recommend never to use them. Unfortunately got stuck with them due to an Emirates booking that ended up having a flight operated by Flydubai.

#flydubai is unethically treating their customers by issuing a voucher for refund for cancellations. It means they are forcing customers to only travel with them. This is a bad way of doing business. Customer should have the choice to get cash refund or voucher.

Well fly Dubai web system is not reliable so much now a daysIf any of the me using plse do ur booking through call center or it ticket office. I chose seat in their system and it was not reflecting in the booking further it is hell to call or follow up with most of their staffNot to mention the attitude of the hostesses.Better to pay little more and take emigrates air line

Flydubai is a budget airline and overall the experience was goodThough they dont serve free food or drinks but one can always order. Their staff is nice and attentive and overall my trip with flydubai was good

Worst airline I have ever flown withMost horrible experience ever at check in in Dubai with rude, unprofessional, absolutely uncivilized personnel - as if these were randomly dropped folks caught from the street.Dirty aircraft and anarchy during the flight - people moving around all the seats all the time, most not wearing masks, puting their feet on whatever seats, walls, ceiling. Aircraft staff could not care less.I would rather consider doing a transfer next time than using flydubai again

I flew from Seattle to Alexandria, Egypt 🇪🇬 I had to stop in Dubai to connect... very big difference between Emirates airlines and fly Dubai however fly Dubai is Ok except they dont offer any amenities on the plane, it will cost you $2.00 for a bottle of water ... everything for additional charge. Once I missed my flight while I was at the Airport ... I had to pay for another ticket!!

Flew from Dubai to Skopje (Macedonia). Baggage zip was damaged beyond repair and lock missing. Logged all of it through the proper channels with evidence, but they denied compensation because they alleged Baggage resulting from the inherent defect, quality or vice of the Baggage. Astaghfirullah! Airlines of shaitan.

Fly this airlines if you dont have any other choices. Not at all good experience. Its budgeted airline hence you need to buy most of the things on your international trip.Even the business class was not a great experience dont make same mistake of upgrading it business class. Better to opt for the front row seats of economic class.Staff service and friendliness was average.

Nicely divided into 2 blocks to keep operations and flight services seperate. Ample car parking and a great cafe and canteen.Cool place to relax with some outdoor lazy chairs.

Always had a good experience with flydubai. Flown with them 7 times in 3 years. Flights are on time and fast check in.

Though I arrived more than 60 minutes before my flight in Borg AL Arab Airport, me and 4 other passengers were denied boarding.It was one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through.

1* is for getting us from A to B safely (but not on time).2* is for friendly but not so attentive onboard staff.Other than that, this is an abomination of an airline. Imagine a 6h flight with no snacks and water, unless you pay extra. Leg room? Pff, forget it. In flight entertainment? Nope. Sauna for free? Oh, yes, that one is included. Prepare to sweat in one position, with no water for 6h.

It is so comfortable flying with FlyDubai.

Flight quite empty so lots of space, however, seating would have been quite comfortable even if the flight had been fuller - I had less legroom on much more renowned carriers (as a 187 cm person). Clean aircraft cabin staff friendly seating comfortable in the seat.

It’s simply like riding a tight bus..🤣 with rude attendants and sometimes u wait and wait for their lazy staff to arrive to their empty reception desks!happened to me while waiting for one hour in al maktoum airport with one employee dealing with one problem/ passenger for whole hourU can literally get nothing if u complaintNot recommend !

Very bad services, poor customer service

Not my favorite airline. The staff werent overtly friendly but the plane was quite new. Being a low cost airline it left from from terminal 2 which was a bit like a crowded mall. We boarded on time via remote gate and we arrived with a 40 mins delay. Given the choice between flydubai or Emirates I think I would opt for the later for its convenience and its more comfortable experience.

Even we have to pay for water.... 5 hrs flight from KTM - Dubai needs gud food and free water i guess atleast 1 bottel would be great ..... And LED screens are all down... In both my two way flight i got different seat but damaged led screen very sad

Flydubai unfortunately became a 3rd tier airline that only flies where Emirates lets them. Behind the curtains you do have dedicated, hard working employees aware of the hurdles and dissatisfaction. Unfortunately the management and Emirates dictates who and how!For Flydubai Cargo, ohhh what a disappointment! For business propusese I used to ship tons at a time for personal use 100.Today they asked me for 1900AED for 20kg pack.I am not doing to send any business their way any more.

The worst terminal at Dubai International Airport. Terminal One and Three are amazing. Flydubai terminal is separated from the main airport and after traveling through, you will understand why. No outlets available for electronics, trash and garbage left on the floor, no bars, and people laying on the floor picking their toes. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely abysmal airline. Had a +12 hour delay leaving Istanbul two days ago. No communication. No Fly Dubai staff. Even the staff at Sabiha knew nothing. Each telephone call we made to Fly Dubai was not answered or the call was simply dropped. Once we finally got on board, we were simply given the age old technical problem rubbish. Which is really just corporate speak for we dont give a *&%#@. Fly Dubai is not just low cost, in terms of corporate etiquette, its also as low as you can go. Shame on you Fly Dubai. As my subsequent (post flight) calls have proven, they still dont care or think that one deserves an apology. But, I am your profit margin Fly Dubai. And I certainly wont be contributing to it again.

Very crowded terminal with bad services. Terminal 2 is for economic airlines so they made it so small and it is noisy. If you have a long waiting you should go out for any nearby decent place ..!

I took Fly Dubai from Dubai to Zanzibar. I forgot my phone my phone on the plane but guess what they took care of it. Mr Ali Salum the Manager at the Zanzibar location went above and beyond the call of duty and retrievedmy phone. I must say I am from now on a life time client.

Best budget Airline out of Dubai T2. Book early and enjoy discounts. Emirates skywards miles can be accumulated by flying Fly Dubai. Transfers between terminal 2 and 3 now possible for connecting flights. All positive experiences. Check-in early on weekend flights to avoid long ques.

We didnt have any problem with this corporation. We were a very lucky, because we came little bit to late and we get last seats behind first class so we had very space for legs ( for my boyfriend it is very important, because he is 2 meters tall). So we had a nice flight.

Flydubai is the worst aircompany.We have booked a flight Colombo - Kyiv for advance for 2 May 2020 but the aircompany cancelled flight with issuing electronic vouchers. We requested refund to the credit card but the aircompany refused. We dont have money to book a flight to reach home because of lack money. Other aircompanies help customers but flydubai keeps money for unused tickets.I wish I wasnt a permanent customer the aircompany which break human rights.

We arrived last night and waited in the taxi queue. The person guiding passengers into taxis showed us to a plain black car. We said we wanted a taxi & he assured us that this car was a taxi. Of course it wasn’t! My ride home was double the normal price & this was limo company called DCT-VIP limousine. Please don’t get scammed like we did!

Great budget airline with a quality service and very rare flight delays. The good thing is that unlike many budget airline, to reduce the cost they cut they free service and not the quality, so you still have the option to get addons

Flew from Kuwait to Dubai. The flight boarded 20 minutes late and took off about 15 minutes late. The movie screen for myself and my traveling partner were broken. However, we did arrive ten minutes early? The visa process coming into Dubai was easy, small duty free upon exit. Overall you get what you pay for.

Exactly as advertised. My flight was clean, on time, and efficient. After checking in online, it was easy to drop my bag and find my gate.Flight attendants were kind and helpful.

I was charged twice for the same flight. I have called them and they said that they will return my money in 7 weeks. Its been more than that, but they did not return my money back although the call was recorded and I saved the screenshot. Their customer care service is more than poor, by no means they respond to your emails.Better to avoid this airline.

They have value for money to fly. But They mint money for every Service that you get, like for interaction with them at their customer service centre thy will charge you where if you go, say, to verify credit card, which is required to be done if you buying ticket for any one else, even family member. List goes on. Good leg space in cabin. Bad thing is you have to get on board r disembark using buses which again wastes your time. But if you dont get any service & travelling & paying for their using credit card its cheap.

Horrific, if u want a sane flight, dont use this airlines. Everything is for buying, even the blankets. Poor service from the hosts, they never attend to you. They served us 1 meal for a six hour flight. A word to a wise, if you have the chance, always avoid fly Dubai even if it means not sleeping throughout the night. PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY WARNING! If it were possible, Id give it a 0 star rating. Even their safety manual speaks too fast. You cant pick a word. Trust me on this, fly Dubai is a no go⚠️⚠️❌❌❌

Took flight from Dubai to Salalah and return. Passengers transfer from check in gate to plane takes a long way and so tiring. Same happened while returning. Baggage on the belt released more than after 40 minutes.The authority need to redesign the complete thing. Else, Air Arabia will keep on winning.

Very pathetic airline, rude, unprofessional and arrogant attitude of call center agents. They dont care for patient passengers. I had 2 times poor experience with #POORFLYDUBAI. They cancelled flight and did not inform to passengers. I requested many times just to provide flexible sleeping seating to my parents due to 18 hours long airport stay on steel fixed chairs for old aged 80+ years old patient having diabatic and heart issues.They jsut keeping saying rudly its NOT OUR FAULT .. .thats it... that was really imhman and ill-mannered behavior.Stay blessed you all and keep your families away from such unprofessional, inhuman and il-mannered money making airline. Very Pathetic...I will not recoommend to anyone, if you have option dont use this airline

Speed and great customer service. I did not had issues during checking in. Tip: Check online (24 hour before traveling) its very helpful and simply time when your are on counter.
